It is not easy to rate this establishment. Its not that its not good, just it may be good for a small segment of travellers. The B&B is in a renovated old building with some very nice architectural artefacts. However, the design of the use of space is not too friendly to a traveler, especially if you plan to stay there for a few days or more. Let me first talk about the things I like about this B&B: 1. Beautiful old building, 2. very good room size for the room I rented, including a huge bathroom with bathtub. The room is bright with two big french door and window. Areas that I think it would improve to make staying there more enjoyable and convenient: 1. There is no closet or to put your clothes, so we have to lay out all our clothings on a big coach. If you have clothes, pants and jackets you want to hang, you may be out of luck, since there is very little space for hanging clothes, and the hangers supplied could not hang pants. So we lay our pants on the big couch. 2. The night tables are very small and not too much space to put a tablet and a phone and a glass of water there.We have to put the table lamp on the floor in order to make space for other items. 3. The toilet is in a different room outside of the bedroom area, and away from the bathroom. Unfortunately, there is no sink in the toilet area, and each time after going to toilet, one have to walk over to the bathroom to wash your hands, a bit inconvenient. 4. On arrival, we were asked what kind of bread we want in the morning, we indicated chocolate croissant, and we were given that for the 5 days we stayed there for breakfast. I think it would have been nice if they have offered other choices each morning. 5. There is no menu for the breakfast, and person looking after the breakfast would come and ask what you want. Unless I know of all the items that they can provide, I could only ask for the familiar items. I thought a simple menu with different offerings would be useful for clients.

Apartamento hotel, cozinha, geladeira e TV estão disponíveis. Para mim, que estou habituado a viver em apartamentos em Paris, foi muito bom e familiar. A sala é relativamente grande, provavelmente com 20 metros quadrados, e as roupas podem ser lavadas e secas durante a noite. Uma ótima opção para uma viagem de vários dias a Bordeaux!

It is an efficient, stylish, and highly-rated base for exploring Bordeaux, though central attractions require a short walk or tram ride.

A experiência no hotel foi ótima. Primeiramente, estávamos receosos em relação à localização, no entanto, o metro em frente ao hotel tornava tudo tão fácil e acessivel. Uma coisa que chamou a atenção foi não ter um balcão de recepção. Pensei que isso limitaria o serviço, porém, revelou um serviço simples e acolhedor feito por colaboradores eficientes e gentis. O desjejum também foi muito positivo, tanto pela variedade quanto pela qualidade dos alimentos. Sobre o que senti falta foi de um pouco mais de comodidades, como um frigobar no quarto e chinelos, por exemplo. Outra coisa que deixou a desejar foi a ”vista da cidade” que era uma janela muito alta para observar, bem diferente do que se esperava pela descrição do quarto. E sobre o que mais gostei foi o quarto ser extremamente confortável e acolhedor, com bons acabamentos e um conjunto de cores e luzes muito bem escolhidos. O banheiro era excelente além de revelar um ótimo serviço de limpeza. E a cama.... a cama... era perfeita e superou as expectativas em relação ao tamanho, conforto e qualidade dos lençois e travesseiros. Foi uma excelente estadia.

Este hotel está localizado no centro histórico de Bordéus. Não há vagas de estacionamento no centro histórico de Bordeaux e a polícia na beira da estrada é muito dedicada. Há muitos policiais que foram reclamados e limpam veículos estacionados ilegalmente. Escolhemos este hotel por ter um amplo estacionamento próprio, que exige pagamento. Mas muito conveniente. Caminhamos por toda a cidade velha de Bordeaux. O carro foi deixado no estacionamento do hotel. Este hotel dispõe ainda de uma pequena cozinha onde poderá preparar as suas próprias refeições ou simplesmente aquecê-las no micro-ondas. Mas o bife em Bordeaux é tão delicioso. Todos nós comemos fora.

Disappointed. The room was small, the furnisture was tired and in dire need of refurbishment. Second-hand books were used as part of the room decor. To enter the bathroom, one needs to put one leg in with the other leg left outside and, with the door half-open, bring the other leg in - that's the only way to enter. The room standard is much lower compared to similar type of hotels in most other countries, while the price is significantly higher. The building opposite the hotel is boring-looking and is undergoing constuction. The closest underground car parking is a bit far away and is extremely pricy. Everything is pricy in that country, while the quality of living is lower compared to most other European countries. The city as a whole dissapoints. A lot of **** people, really **** on the streets! You see them everywhere selling self-made trinkets, however, when you return a few minutes later they are all gone - ostensibly swept away by the police. You also see a lot of homeless people who sleep outside. This is a result of incompetence and mismanagement by ****** and his life partner, apparently. The standard of living in this city has deteriorated significantly compared to what was the case 5-10 years ago. On the positive side, the hotel is clean, the personnel is friendly. The location and the surrounding area are OK, however, it takes 15-20 of walking to most major sites.

Me hospedei aqui por um total de 6 noites. Ótima localização com fácil acesso a tudo. A hospitalidade foi excelente — os funcionários foram prestativos, atenciosos, cordiais e sempre prontos para ajudar. As instalações estavam limpas e bem conservadas, tornando a estadia muito confortável. Altamente recomendado.

We got the one bedroom suites for four people. Spacious apartment hotel. Recommended if you drive your own car because it’s a 15 mins drive to city proper. There is a parking for drop off and pick up. Value for money and cones with breakfast.

🟢 The location was very convenient and easy to travel around. We parked there and then used the tramway to get around. Convenient and easy. The inside of the building looks fresh and good. The rooms were quite big so we could spread everywhere. Surprised to see the toilets and showers separated, but enjoyable. Large choice for the breakfast for 18€ but had to wait sometimes for refill. 🔴 the staff wasn't really friendly except if you were the one to do your approach and talk to them. There was an alarm early morning during our stay and no-one was at the reception to greet us and tell us if we had to evacuate or anything. When we (other clients and us) told the réceptionnist it wasn't normal she got upset and replied back instead of apologising or anything. The staff didn't know what they were supposed to do in this case. Not reassuring if there's an actual fire someday. 🟡 cleaning wasn't amazing but could have been worse so no comment on that.

Para uma equipe de competição multinacional, ter micro-ondas, cozinha e geladeira pode resolver muitos problemas. Claro, seria melhor se houvesse forno e máquina de lavar. A cama no quarto é boa, mas o sofá-cama é realmente desconfortável. Pode ser muito confortável com ar condicionado durante o período mais quente. Há uma cidade Carrefour perto, mas o preço é um pouco caro. são necessárias duas paradas de bonde, mas você pode caminhar até lá. Há muita incrustação na água da torneira francesa depois de fervida. Se você não aceitar, compre água purificada.
