Well-located and quiet place next to the Cité des Vins. Food market next door and many options along the riverbank. 10 minutes to the city center by tram. Good service and cleanliness. Breakfast is adequate but could be better (the only minor complaint...). Room with a view

L'objectif était d'être proche du stade Atlantic pour assister au match. Arrivée en tram avec la ligne C très proche de l'hôtel. Hôtel à proximité du stade. Campanile au standard Campanile. Petit déjeuner satisfaisant avec mix de salé et sucré. Efficace pour la cible recherchée.

Na minha opinião, as quartos são um pouco fortes para o estilo do hotel - eu gostaria que eles fossem um pouco mais agradáveis!Mas a cama estava muito confortável, o banheiro era Muito limpo e um bom pequeno-almoço (com excepção do café da máquina divertido).

Apartamento hotel, cozinha, geladeira e TV estão disponíveis. Para mim, que estou habituado a viver em apartamentos em Paris, foi muito bom e familiar. A sala é relativamente grande, provavelmente com 20 metros quadrados, e as roupas podem ser lavadas e secas durante a noite. Uma ótima opção para uma viagem de vários dias a Bordeaux!

Disappointed. The room was small, the furnisture was tired and in dire need of refurbishment. Second-hand books were used as part of the room decor. To enter the bathroom, one needs to put one leg in with the other leg left outside and, with the door half-open, bring the other leg in - that's the only way to enter. The room standard is much lower compared to similar type of hotels in most other countries, while the price is significantly higher. The building opposite the hotel is boring-looking and is undergoing constuction. The closest underground car parking is a bit far away and is extremely pricy. Everything is pricy in that country, while the quality of living is lower compared to most other European countries. The city as a whole dissapoints. A lot of **** people, really **** on the streets! You see them everywhere selling self-made trinkets, however, when you return a few minutes later they are all gone - ostensibly swept away by the police. You also see a lot of homeless people who sleep outside. This is a result of incompetence and mismanagement by ****** and his life partner, apparently. The standard of living in this city has deteriorated significantly compared to what was the case 5-10 years ago. On the positive side, the hotel is clean, the personnel is friendly. The location and the surrounding area are OK, however, it takes 15-20 of walking to most major sites.

Good location but sadly tram lines in front are closed meaning bus and then tram needed to get to airport But I liked this place a lot and would return Lots of restaurants nearby and train station opposite- but no noise.. buses were easy once you get the system Main good thing was the reception staff… they couldn’t have been more helpful When I rang before arriving they were lovely and throughout the stay they were fab Location staff and price weee great value !

We needed a hotel for one night, near Gare St. Jean and this one resuted in a great place. The room is confortable enough for a one night stay, and is really close to the station. The people at the Front Desk was very helpfull and kindness.

The apartment was clean and nice, however a number of things needed maintenance attention, particularly the aircon which did not work and the room was seriously hot on entering. I messaged the company for assistance due to the language barrier and received no reply. On checking out I mentioned the aircon to be told they only had heating in the building. The controls of the unit clearly showed cooling and heating so I feel this comment was not accurate. Could have been a really nice experience but we sweltered through 2 nights of discomfort so we’re pretty disappointed.

Here's the pro about apparteo (Good location next to the bassins a flot, really nice view during my stay which you could see a beautiful sunset 🌇 , bus station just in front of the hotel and not too far away the tram station cité du vin which is only 5 Stations away from Center of Bordeaux, you have also Les hangars not far away which is one of the most peaceful place to walk day or night, I mean Apparteo position is actually really good, everything looked clean except a few things but doesn't bother, it is a also a residence of students) Now about the cons, if someone didn't help me, I couldn't have entered the building nor having access to do the check-in, in fact you need a pin code that I Never received which the card of your room is inside with other card which can be a little bit odd, anyway can have access to it, the office was close each time I try to check someone no matter the time, the smell in the bathroom was really unpleasant but I could manage to get over it from opening every window and little perfume, but it come back if I keep the door close of the bathroom The table where I was eating was moving a lot, but honestly other than those few cons that can be managed, it was a really pleasant stay, I enjoyed a lot and could sleep really well, calm, peaceful, nice view I highly recommend this place as the few cons can be solved easily, just wished to see someone at the reception and it would have been even better. Voici les bons de l'établissement Apparteo, celui-ci est vraiment très bien situé proche des bassins à flots, la chambre qui m'a été attribué avait une excellente vue avec un couché de soleil vraiment magnifique et apaisant, il y a une station de bus juste devant l'hôtel et la station de tram cité du vin n'est pas loin, celle-ci est à seulement 5 Stations du centre de Bordeaux , pas très loin il y a aussi les hangars, belle promenade de jour comme de nuit, honnêtement Apparteo est très bien positionné, tout été assez propre malgré de légers défauts, Apparteo est aussi une résidence étudiante. Maintenant pour la mauvaise parti, heureusement qu'une personne qui séjournent dans l'établissement m'a aider sinon je n'aurai pas eu l'accès à celui-ci ni eu la possibilité de récupérer ma réservation de chambre, surtout qu'il y a besoin d'un code pour ouvrir la boîte où se trouve enveloppe pour la carte de chambre, le problème ici c'est qu'il y a aussi les réservations d'autres personnes accessible, je pense qu'il faudrait sécurisé un peu plus l'accès à ses informations, du coup ni a mon arrivée ni a mon départ je n'ai pu croisé de réceptionniste, il y avait aussi une odeur assez désagréable dans la salle de bain / toilette, ouvrir les fenêtres et mettre un peu de parfum à pu atténuer l'odeur mais celle-ci revenez si je fermé la porte de la salle de bain, la table à manger été assez instable mais en dehors de cela , le séjour été vraiment agréable, belle endroit, assez calme, fan des bassins à flot, la vue incroyable, bref excellent de se côté là Au final je recommande totalement Apparteo malgré les petits défauts qui peuvent être résolu assez rapidement avec de la volonté, vraiment dommage que je n'ai pu croisé personne a la réception.
