It is not easy to rate this establishment. Its not that its not good, just it may be good for a small segment of travellers. The B&B is in a renovated old building with some very nice architectural artefacts. However, the design of the use of space is not too friendly to a traveler, especially if you plan to stay there for a few days or more. Let me first talk about the things I like about this B&B: 1. Beautiful old building, 2. very good room size for the room I rented, including a huge bathroom with bathtub. The room is bright with two big french door and window. Areas that I think it would improve to make staying there more enjoyable and convenient: 1. There is no closet or to put your clothes, so we have to lay out all our clothings on a big coach. If you have clothes, pants and jackets you want to hang, you may be out of luck, since there is very little space for hanging clothes, and the hangers supplied could not hang pants. So we lay our pants on the big couch. 2. The night tables are very small and not too much space to put a tablet and a phone and a glass of water there.We have to put the table lamp on the floor in order to make space for other items. 3. The toilet is in a different room outside of the bedroom area, and away from the bathroom. Unfortunately, there is no sink in the toilet area, and each time after going to toilet, one have to walk over to the bathroom to wash your hands, a bit inconvenient. 4. On arrival, we were asked what kind of bread we want in the morning, we indicated chocolate croissant, and we were given that for the 5 days we stayed there for breakfast. I think it would have been nice if they have offered other choices each morning. 5. There is no menu for the breakfast, and person looking after the breakfast would come and ask what you want. Unless I know of all the items that they can provide, I could only ask for the familiar items. I thought a simple menu with different offerings would be useful for clients.

A bit quirky modern decoration, but the room is quite big, and everything is super clean with helpful staffs at all time (can feel the Marriott signature here). Gina restaurant on level 9 is not bad at all though a relatively limited a la carte menu (restaurant is also breakfast place with a very good breakfast buffet). There is also an indoor pool on level 9, great for winter though level of chlorine was quite high (so you don't soak as long as u wish?). I have not used the Gym, but equipments are aplenty and seems inbgood condition. Very good modern and functional hotel, only 10mins drive from downtown Bordeaux.

We had a wonderful experience at the Hilton Garden Inn Bordeaux. The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout — from the rooms to the common areas, everything felt fresh and well maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, always ready to help with a smile and going out of their way to make my stay comfortable. The breakfast was a real highlight — a fantastic selection of fresh, high-quality options with something to suit every taste. It was clear that a lot of care goes into both the service and the food. Though foods could be replenished a bit faster during peak breakfast hours when popular items run out quickly.  Overall, a perfect stay in Bordeaux. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and outstanding hospitality.

The location is very convenient, many cafes, restaurants, shops and a big supermarket are within walkable distance. And the interior design is so cosy, very nice.

The hotel is situated in a perfect location. It is in downtown and a few steps from the tram B. I particularly appreciated the cleanliness and the quality of the bed. My room was very quiet, although pretty small. I won’t recommend it for two people. The staff is gentle and professional. What was disappointing was the unavailability of a business room for work at the needed time. I had to go out to find a place for my business call at 9:00 AM.

Excepcional. Quarto amplo, bem equipado para estadas mais longas. Super confortável. Localização impecável, há poucos passos do transporte público (sem baldeação)para ir e vir do aeroporto ou Gare. Curta caminhada para principais pontos turísticos do centro.

🟢 The location was very convenient and easy to travel around. We parked there and then used the tramway to get around. Convenient and easy. The inside of the building looks fresh and good. The rooms were quite big so we could spread everywhere. Surprised to see the toilets and showers separated, but enjoyable. Large choice for the breakfast for 18€ but had to wait sometimes for refill. 🔴 the staff wasn't really friendly except if you were the one to do your approach and talk to them. There was an alarm early morning during our stay and no-one was at the reception to greet us and tell us if we had to evacuate or anything. When we (other clients and us) told the réceptionnist it wasn't normal she got upset and replied back instead of apologising or anything. The staff didn't know what they were supposed to do in this case. Not reassuring if there's an actual fire someday. 🟡 cleaning wasn't amazing but could have been worse so no comment on that.

O hotel está localizado no centro da cidade, em uma ótima localização. O restaurante e bar no terraço oferecem vistas excelentes. Há lojas de conveniência nas proximidades, o que é muito prático. Atrás do hotel, há uma igreja e uma pequena rua, o que torna o local muito bonito. As instalações do hotel são um pouco antigas, mas foram renovadas e decoradas. O serviço é muito bom, tornando-o ideal para viagens de negócios.

A sala do hotel está bem. A localização é relativamente estreita. Depois de três noites, EU peguei 380 euros EM ouro e a Carta de crédito bloqueada. Quando EU saí, EU estava certo com a recepção. Está tudo bem. Eu peguei o ouro de Volta dois dias depois, MAS EU peguei 132 euros e telefonei para perguntar o que aconteceu. Disse que usamos o pequeno-almoço do hotel, dissemos que não, e finalmente o hotel passou um minuto a verificar, dizendo que era um erro. Agora é o reembolso. Quero a minha conta IBAN. O Banco Da China não TEM essa conta, e então dize-me o processo de enviar a conta de inquérito, Pela primeira vez, EU lhes dei a conta do MEU marido, não recebi o e-mail EM UMA hora, e PELA segunda vez EU liguei e lhes dei o MEU e-mail, então EU não enviei e-mail, e enviei-lhe um e-mail no hotel, e olhem para Quando EU volto, EU senti que é intencional.
