The staffs were very supportive, they let us check in early when it was ready. The security guard was also happy to help us bring our luggage down when we left. "Cleanliness is very important to me, and this hotel was wonderfully clean. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. My checkout was originally at 12 p.m., but since my flight wasn’t until 9 p.m., I asked at the reception if I could stay in my room until 2 p.m. It was no problem at all. Afterwards, I was able to leave my luggage in the lobby.
After a few hours of exploring the city, I came back to the hotel in the afternoon. At the entrance, there was complimentary coffee and tea for guests, and I enjoyed a nice cup of coffee there. I stayed at the hotel until around 6 p.m. and felt very comfortable the entire time.
The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast. The selection was quite large, but it was mostly local-style food. It would be great if there were more Western or international options for guests. There is a beautiful lake near the hotel.
Overall, my stay was very pleasant – a clean hotel with friendly staff and good service. I would definitely stay here again!"

"O hotel é um pouco escondido e difícil de encontrar, mas o estacionamento é muito grande. O hotel está em uma localização muito boa. Você pode chegar à Cidade Antiga de Keqiao em poucos passos. 服務：蠻好的，主動給電卡，還會提醒我們開車來有停車券，有問題隨時回答，比如WiFi密碼其實寫在房間裏哈哈但是沒看到衹能問前台。"

Adan and Joie at the front desk coordinated all my needs in advance, and the check-in arrangements were impeccable. Upon arrival, I experienced efficient and friendly service. "Yunhe Yebo Hotel is a very nice hotel. The staff are friendly and nice. They provide a great service and the amenities are clean and tidy. The shuttle service is also nice even though I didn’t make reservations 24 hours before check in. But they are still able to arrange a shuttle service for me from the train station. The fruit and soup are delicious and suitable for winter. Besides, the variance of choices of breakfast is also one of the best ones that I had in my life. I strongly recommend to stay in this hotel. Definitively I will stay again next time when I visit Shaoxing."

The resort’s cozy yet elegantly designed rooms [Tree top rooms and RVs] provided a haven of relaxation, with large windows framing the serene bamboo forest. What truly elevated the experience, however, was the exceptional care from the housekeeping team. A special shoutout to Xiao Luo, whose attentiveness and warm demeanor made us feel genuinely pampered. From thoughtfully sharing local tips, her dedication embodied the resort’s commitment to hospitality.
As a pet owner, I was thrilled by the resort’s pet-friendly ethos. Our furry companion was welcomed with treats, a comfy bed, and even a playful toy! Beyond that, the resort curated delightful activities: guided hikes through misty trails, flower-picking in sun-dappled meadows, and complimentary photo shoots at scenic hilltop vistas. The photographers expertly captured the beauty of the landscape, leaving us with timeless memories.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming homestay in Shaoxing that truly felt like a sanctuary for the soul. Despite the rain during my stay, it only enhanced the experience. I had a fantastic stay at the ShaoXing Keqiao Atour Hotel. The hotel was impeccably clean, with well-maintained rooms and common areas that made my stay very comfortable. The laundry facilities were excellent, which is a huge plus for business travelers. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any needs. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary coffee and welcome drinks, which added a warm touch to the hospitality.

Há um grande parque sem energia elétrica e muitos gramados, onde as crianças também podem andar de bicicleta. Há também serviço de mordomo. Desta vez, tivemos o mordomo Xiao Yao, que nos prestou um serviço muito bom e respondeu prontamente a todas as perguntas que tínhamos. Depois de ficarmos dois dias, ele até melhorou nosso quarto e nos forneceu frutas e ensopados todos os dias. Seria ainda melhor se abríssemos mais salas de tênis de mesa e outros locais esportivos!

Bbastenxu應該説整體是高出我的預期，雖然預訂之前也看到過圖片，但是到了現場，景色還是非常漂亮，入住的這幾天夜色降臨後，坐在草坪上納涼觀月聊天，非常愜意。服務也非常好，所有的工作人員無論是前台還是打掃房間的阿姨、餐飲部的員工，都很客氣，給人以親切的感覺，我帶去的寵物在我們外出遊玩時越獄逃出房間，很熱心的幫助解決。原計劃沒有打算在民宿就餐，但有一天玩耍得累了不高興外出，晚飯在民宿解決，意外獲得一致好評，第2天的晚上推掉了原先預訂的熱門餐館，還選擇在民宿就餐。總之如果下次再來新昌，這家會優先考慮。

Flower picking rooms must be locked with five stars ～ The environment is elegant, the rooms are clean and tidy, the decoration style is high-end and warm, and the shots are blockbuster. The quality of bedding and bathroom products is online and the living is super comfortable. The landlord is warm and attentive, the local guide provided is super practical, and the breakfast is fresh and delicious. The location is excellent, the travel is convenient, and the price is absolutely perfect! This is one of the most satisfying homestays I have ever stayed in. I will choose here next time. I highly recommend it to everyone!

The staff's camaraderie and genuine care, even despite language barriers. The use of a translation app allowed for effective communication, creating a memorable experience.
I also want to send out a special thank you to (Wu Shaojie, 胡紹丽*, and 单张小琴*) for their dedication and assistance, particularly in resolving payment issues with my US bank cards, helping me get a taxi, getting a SIM card and use their personal phones to make calls for me and translate to the person on the other side.
The manager's gesture of waiving the upgrade fee exemplifies genuine concern and compassion in the hospitality industry. The hotel's location is ideal for work life balance, with numerous food options and a shoppinright across the street.
The cleaning ladies are always very friendly despite language barriers. Always smiling and polite. 2023, I stayed for a total of 108 nights in different hotels and cities. The hospitality I received at this hotel is unmatched. I highly recommend this hotel.
