"Lift , lobby are all full of smoke. The worker are overworked, services are slow we reach around 2.30pm but room wasnt ready when we return 4.30pm still not ready. We have to wait for long time in lobby. I request for smoke free room. But one of the room is not smoke free. Air conditioning is not working. Breakfast just so so..the only plus point is near to train station that's all."

"The room was clean, hygienic, and tastefully decorated; you could tell a lot of thought went into it. The owner was also kind and enthusiastic. Shaoxing is a city with a rich cultural heritage, home to many historical figures, and its quiet, uncrowded environment is perfect for a leisurely trip. Three days wasn't enough to explore everything, so I'll definitely be back."

"The hotel is in an extremely convenient location for accessing tourist attractions, and it’s also very close to both the train station and the bus stop. The hostess is incredibly enthusiastic, giving guests detailed advice on the best places to visit and the most efficient ways to get around. When guests check out, she even gives them a small gift as a token of appreciation. You truly feel valued here. Next time I visit Shaoxing, I’ll definitely choose to stay here again!

"they put 2 double beds together to make a king bed, which wasn't ideal. the room could have been colder and more air conditioned provided it was 35 degrees celsius outside the whole time. i think it was over priced especially for the national holiday. good location otherwise and in the middle of a lot of bustle. staff was super friendly! the breakfast view was better than the actual breakfast-- the food quality was just okay."

UUsuário convidadoRoom was clean and the reception was awesome. The receptionists were all friendly and amazing. The room was a bit cold when I first came in, but it got warmed within a short time. Also the location is very close from Shaoxing Museum and Xuwei Art Museum. Finally, the room price is very reasonable. Highly recommended!

DDootsiezThe hotel is clean but the loft room has a faint smell of cigarette. There is basically no sound insulation so it’s very noisy. There is also no fridge in the room, which is very inconvenient on a hot day. The staff is helpful and otherwise the room is spacious.

My wife and I recently stayed at the Super 8 Hotel in Keqioa City Shaoxing, and we had an unforgettable experience! While the entire staff was friendly and accommodating, one young lady stood out: Meimei.
Her exceptional service truly made our stay remarkable. From the moment we arrived, her warm demeanor and professionalism impressed us both. Meimei went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, helping us upgrade to a premium suite that completely blew our minds! Her attention to detail and genuine care made us feel truly valued as guests.
Thanks to Meimei, we extended our stay and thoroughly enjoyed every moment. I believe she deserves special recognition for her outstanding work!

Kkiki0124The boss help to upgrade a bigger room upon my request for quiet room which facing residental area for free. Thank you boss. The room is big and clean. It is about 15-20min walk to mingzhu subway station. Otherwise, can take 2 stops by bus to the subways station. The bus stop is just outside the motel. Water may accumulate on floor in aashroom after bath, not a big issue, can just swipe it with floor wiper well prepared in the washroom.

Easy to head to malls & stations, close enough. Rooms were simple and quite spacious, but can hear noise from outside. Front desk staff was unfriendly :(

UUsuário convidadoO chefe é muito simpático, tem uma ótima atitude e é muito paciente. Temos um pequeno problema com nosso carro. Depois que o chefe descobriu, ele imediatamente nos ajudou a entrar em contato com seu amigo e nos pediu para ficarmos tranquilos e nos divertirmos. Na manhã seguinte, o chefe nos ajudou a entrar em contato com um bom amigo e nosso carro foi direto verificar para nós. A fiscalização demorou mais de meia hora, não houve problema e não fomos cobrados pelo serviço. A água no tanque de lavar as mãos na sala não estava fluindo corretamente, e o chefe imediatamente veio nos ajudar a resolver o problema. Desta vez, durante minha viagem a Shaoxing, senti que meus amigos em Shaoxing estavam muito entusiasmados. Shaoxing também é muito divertido. Voltarei na próxima vez.
