The hotel location is about 100m of walk from the ancient city entrance which is perfect. Room are perfectly clean, spacious and comfortable.clothes Washing service on demand. Breakfast is included, chinese food only. Love the hotel !

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable. They even provided a convenient pick-up and drop-off service from the airport, which made my travel experience much easier. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, offering a relaxing environment after a long journey. I also appreciated the attention to detail and the warm hospitality throughout my stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and thoughtful amenities.

The rooms were very clean and they had great views over the city. It’s about 30 minutes on foot from the old town. 
Great service, they allowed us to do a late checkout as our train was in the early evening and the dropped us at the train station for free!

體驗非常好，樓下就有美食節，離機場  火車站也進  打車非常方便  早餐豐盛  停車場也挺大的而且免費的    酒店環境優美  前台小姐姐服務熱情  長的好看  非常滿意

剛到酒店辦理入住時，前台小熱就特別熱情主動，全程笑容親切，辦理手續高效又細緻，還耐心幫我介紹酒店設施、周邊出行路線，連早餐時間和樓層提醒都講得清清楚楚，完全沒有敷衍了事。入住過程中遇到一點小問題，聯繫前台後，小熱第一時間響應，處理速度超快，態度始終温和耐心，每一個細節都考慮得特別周到，讓人感覺被認真對待。
 
不管是諮詢問題、需求幫忙，還是退房時的貼心提醒，小熱始終保持着專業又暖心的服務態度，主動熱情、有求必應，真正做到了把客人放在心上。有這樣用心的前台工作人員，直接拉高了整個入住體驗，讓人覺得格外舒心踏實。
 
酒店整體環境乾淨整潔，房間寬敞舒適，設施齊全，隔音效果也很好，休息得特別好。地理位置便利，出行就餐都很方便，性價比超高。但最讓人印象深刻、最想點讚的，還是前台小熱無可挑剔的服務，專業、貼心、周到、熱情，每一次接觸都讓人如沐春風。

Que experiência super legal! Era minha primeira vez em Pequim e eu esperava ver neve, mas não vi, o que foi um pouco decepcionante. No entanto, fui agradavelmente surpreendida por encontrar um hotel tão acolhedor e atencioso. O ambiente é incrível e a equipe, especialmente as meninas, são maravilhosas! 👍 Perfeito! Na próxima vez que eu vier a Pequim, definitivamente ficarei aqui novamente. Recomendo muito!

一進房間，我就被那寬敞的空間驚艷到了，完全沒有那種侷促感，活動起來別提多自在。房間佈置得温馨又精緻，每一處細節都彰顯着品質。
重點要誇誇這個浴缸!它就像一個讓人放鬆的魔法小天地🧖。外觀設計時尚又大氣，材質摸着光滑細膩。放滿熱水，泡進去的瞬間，一天的疲憊都煙消雲散了。水温恰到好處，水流的按摩感就像專業按摩師的手法，舒服得我差點睡著了。
酒店的整體環境也沒得説。從大堂到走廊，再到房間，每一處都乾淨整潔，裝修風格簡約又不失高雅。窗外的景色也很美，晚上還能看到城市的璀璨燈火。
服務也十分貼心，工作人員熱情又周到，有求必應。這次入住體驗真的太棒了，下次來這，我一定還選這家酒店!

國慶出遊，先到房山區看親戚，就隨便挑了一家附近的酒店，提前郵寄的快遞前台也都幫忙收好，服務很到位。房間乾淨衞生，酒店大廳裝修也算是用心了的，很不錯

酒店設施齊全，前台後台服務人員熱情周到，房間寬敞明亮，又有早餐，新開業呈現新面貌，靠近地鐵，靠近北京中心區域，環境幽靜，全國優質品牌舒適性酒店，物美價廉，到北京算是找到了屬於自己的高性價比酒店，獲得感滿意感拉的滿滿的，感謝貼切到位店家服務，為旅行增添愉快，下次再來

The hotel has easy access to/from the airport by metro, as it is next to Qixinggang station, served by metro line 10. From the line 10 ticket area of Qixinggang station, there is a lift at Exit 4 that leads directly to street level, and the hotel is only 20-30m from the lift exit. Qixinggang station is also served by metro line 1, which goes to Shapingba high speed rail station and many attractions such as Raffles City mall and Ciqikou old town. There is a convenience store 2 corners from the hotel entrance, and the hotel lobby also sells drinks and ice cream. My room is clean and comfortable. There is also a small rooftop gym and rooftop terrace with nice views of the city. There is only 1 lift inside the hotel so there may be waiting time during busy periods.

The room was much better than expected. We chose a hotel nearby the airport as we only touched down after 1am. The hotel was great and arranged for free taxi to the hotel. The room was big, clean and nicely decorated - perfect for a quick overnight. The area surrounding the hotel was nice &amp; quiet &amp; we had a good breakfast the next day morning opposite the hotel. Overall perfect as it was really reasonably priced too.

Stay with family including my parents and wife and kid.
The location is prime only 5 mins walk to the train station.
The room is spacious and clean with smart control.
Aircon is functioning well and the room temperature was very steady.

GreenTree Eastern offers much value for the price of a night's stay.  With personalized service and a very friendly staff, staying here is a joy in itself.  The location is a few minutes away from the subway and MIXC Mall where you will fing everything that you may need.  Breakfast is included and provides an array of hot  vegetables, soups. fruit and drinks.  Its location, cleanliness, aminities, and very friendly staff have enticed me to stay here during my last four visits in ChongQing.
