很好的度假村，環境優美，早餐豐富，有機會還想再去

酒店環境很好，巨出片！但是服務卻是爛到骨子裡！這裏的服務員都極不耐煩，英語非常不流利，和歐洲其他地方四星以下的服務都不能比！我中午到了酒店就和前台預訂晚餐的餐廳，他打電話説餐廳需要一小時確認，我説如果今天沒有位置、請他安排第二天晚上七點半，並且我付了小費給他，他蠻開心，説一小時後會發確認郵件給我！結果我等了一晚上都沒等到，第二天一早我七點多起來就去找他，正好他在上班，我還沒開口、他就馬上指給我早餐餐廳的位置讓我離開，明顯有些慌亂，我估計這孫子忘了我的事了！我馬上非常嚴厲地問他為什麼我沒有收到郵件，他還假裝打電話查電腦，我非常嚴厲的指責他應該昨天中午就把這事幹好而不是現在才做！我老婆怕我脾氣太大了讓我去外面拍拍照，換她來交涉，回頭和我説他忘了這事了！十一點餐廳開門一定第一時間確認！我們想想算了，就去出海玩了、結果等到下午三點才來電話説衹有8:00的位置了！我們想想也就算了！晚上八點去了那個破餐廳點了條魚一個沙拉，魚很好吃、買單的時候一看倆菜200歐，這也是我在歐洲吃過最貴的晚餐了！三星米其林貴但是人家服務和菜品都巨好。這破餐廳這麼貴還收了小費，真的是噁心！中間有幾次小事，問路問位置，其它服務員也都極其不耐煩，因為他們英文實在太爛了！這破地方拍個照就走千萬別期待它的服務！

Wir waren zum 2. mal in Pine Cliffs und haben die Anlage, den perfekten Zugang zum Meer mit dem Lift, den Service am Strand als perfekt empfunden.
Hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter und Servicekräfte inclusive Shuttle - Service  machen den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm.  Die Sauberkeit ist besonders hervorzuheben.
Die sehr gepflegte Anlage ist begeisternd. Unsere 3 Zimmerwohnung, bestehend aus 3 Schlafzimmern, 3 Bädern, voll ausgestatteter Küche, großem Wohn-Esszimmer und 3 großen, möblierten Balkonen war exklusiv ausgestattet.  Von unseren Balkonen hatten wir einen super Blick auf den angrenzenden Golfplatz und konnten die Golfer beim Spiel :)sehr gut beobachten.  

Fiquei 5 noites com meus filhos e pais. Excelente serviço de recepção, restaurante, porteiro, arrumação. Cada equipe foi simpática e prestativa. O quarto estava limpo e arrumado. A localização era conveniente. Tudo foi perfeito. O café da manhã no Rossini's foi excepcionalmente lindo.

Fiquei um pouco curioso ao descobrir que os comentários sobre este hotel eram significativamente melhores do que outros hotéis cinco estrelas de luxo semelhantes em Bangkok. Agora eu entendo.

After an 11-hour long-haul flight, my family and our two young children arrived in Bangkok on an early morning flight, all of us feeling incredibly tired. Luckily, Jong, the receptionist, was a great help and arranged an early check-in for us ❤️. All the hotel staff, whether receptionists, waiters, or lobby attendants, were extremely friendly and eager to help. Truly a model five-star hotel!

The breakfast selection was diverse, and they even served my favorite mango sticky rice every day. As soon as the staff saw that the mangoes were running low, they would immediately slice up fresh ones. There were also freshly squeezed juices made from three different fruits, Thai milk tea, and you could even order cappuccinos on the spot.

The location was perfect – quiet yet lively. As soon as you stepped out of the hotel, you could see Big C, and just a bit further down, there were Michelin-starred Thai restaurants, several clean and hygienic massage parlors, and a large pharmacy. The BTS station was also just a few minutes away. Walking to Central World only took 20 minutes, or just one stop by BTS, making it convenient to go anywhere. It was very suitable for our family with young children.

Most importantly, the soundproofing in the rooms was excellent, allowing us to sleep peacefully. The swimming pool was beautiful and clean, and they even offered ice water proactively. The gym facilities were new and clean, with multiple treadmills. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Bangkok.

Top notch hotel with beautiful design, service is impeccable too. One that I always go whenever I go to Seoul. Very classy place that I would recommend everyone to at least stay once in Seoul. 

Located in heart of Gangnam, very convenient to shop around. Will highly recommend
