The location is fantastic! Right next to the subway station and surrounded by shopping districts. Plus, the front desk staff was incredibly helpful. I had something come up on the day of check-in and wanted to check in early, and they immediately accommodated my request. Truly excellent!

Our stay was very pleasant. The room was quite big and very clean. The bed was confortable too. The service was really good, from our arrival to our departure, the staff stayed very polite and professional. At night we had troubles turning of the TV, we called the reception and they came right away, fixing the problem very quickly.
The breakfast was quite good, and the view from the 28th floor was very agreeable to watch while eating.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Xinjiekou, the subway station, and shopping districts, making shopping incredibly convenient. The room was meticulously cleaned and very tidy. The bed was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, so it was especially quiet at night. The front desk staff were attentive, friendly, and welcoming. There are many great food options nearby, and getting around is easy – it's very convenient to go anywhere. It's only two subway stops from the Confucius Temple, which is super close. It's a great place to stay for exploring Nanjing. I'll definitely bring my friends here next time!

This stay was absolutely fantastic! The hotel's location is incredibly convenient; it's just a few minutes' walk to the subway station and commercial areas, making getting around and finding food a breeze. The room was spotless, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a great night's sleep until morning. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout my stay, from check-in to responding to requests, they were efficient and thoughtful, even paying attention to the smallest details. The value for money far exceeded my expectations. I've already recommended it to friends and will definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit!

Great location. However we spotted a dead cockroach on the floor the next day. Which is odd, because the cockroach wasnt there before. Meaning that we killed it in the middle of night when going to the toilet. That kinda grossed me out. Furthermore AC is kinda weak

Clean tidy room with good facilities. Large breakfast included.

As explained in other reviews, the sound proofing is terrible and we had extremely loud neighbours. The receptionists offered no assistance to resolve loud neighbours at 3am. I also requested that a safety check be made on a neighbour who was in extreme distress, but no check was made by reception.

Would not stay here again.

This stay far exceeded my expectations, deserving a five-star rating! The front desk staff were warm and patient, the room was spotless, the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet with no unpleasant odors, the pillows were great, and I slept exceptionally well last night. The facilities were complete, the Wi-Fi was excellent, the breakfast was plentiful, and the value for money was superb. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area, and I highly recommend it to my friends!
