【Happy Moments】 Environment & Facilities: Location: The hotel is very far from the city center, perfect for a pure ”staycation” where you do everything on-site. Architecture & Room: The hotel architecture is magnificent and very pretty. The room I booked was spacious with a balcony. It was very comfortable, and the bed was large and very comfortable to sleep in. Abundant Experiences: There are many experiences to try within the hotel. I did candle making, cocktail making, and wine tasting. My boyfriend loved the wine tasting session, which offered very rare wines to try, and the assistant sommelier at the Buffalo Bar was very professional. Piece of advice: When enrolling in classes, do not pack your schedule too tight, as transit between locations takes time. Staff & Breakfast: The reception staff were very friendly. The breakfast wasn't bad at all. While I was unable to sit at the very iconic balcony side, the food in the VIP lounge area was quite good. 【The Unpleasant Parts】 A Disappointing Birthday Celebration: This was the biggest letdown. I was there for my birthday celebration. The hotel had initially agreed to decorate my room beforehand, but perhaps because we checked in a bit early (around 2 hours in advance), it wasn't done. No other birthday offers or gestures were provided by the hotel, despite my boyfriend emailing in advance to inquire about possible special arrangements. It was the most un-birthday-like celebration in my life. I wasn't asking for anything extravagant, but the complete lack of acknowledgment was truly saddening. Poor Bathroom Setup: The bathroom setup is very tricky. There is no shower curtain, so taking a shower sprays water all across the room. This makes the floor very slippery and dangerous. The toilet ventilation is poor. Logistics: Buggy Service: The buggy service requires booking 10 minutes in advance. However, if you are on the ”Earth” level, the actual waiting time is way longer. The best way is to take the tram back to the reception area and get a buggy from there to avoid prolonged waiting. Dining Experience: The Tingara restaurant was fine—the food was great—but again, there was zero birthday vibe for me on my special day. I got a better celebration at a local dining compared to here . Also the menu served at the restaurant does not align with the website information. Furthermore, the staff serving us was a bit clumsy and inexperienced, though she didn't make major mistakes. In conclusion, this is a hotel suitable for travelers seeking impressive facilities and a wide range of activities. However, if you expect thoughtful, personalized service, especially when celebrating a special occasion, you will likely be disappointed.

We had a great stay at this beautiful resort. The buffet breakfast was excellent. The hotel was right next to the beach. The rooms were spacious and welcoming. There were plenty of English TV channels. The hotel staff accommodated us with an early check-in and a late check-out. The free shuttle into town was quick and reliable. We will definitely be back again soon!

To be honest, some highs and lows here. The service here is more like a 3-star hotel, definitely not a 4-star. I remembered the first two days I was presented with this nice buffet with good food choices , then for another 3 or 4 days, the buffet stopped running and they switched to this really underwhelming a la carte menu that looked more befitting into a 2-star backpacker or student hostel. Then I found out the buffet was only set up because of a number of Chinese guests staying there. When they left, the buffet went (obviously me and the other 15 guests who were staying there, didn't deserve it??) The last two days they set it up again, and surprise, a large number of Russian guests had just checked in. So it turns that only if you are Chinese or Russian you get the attentions here? I know what I paid wasn't cheap, smacks of discrimination. Then on those days the service turned sloppy, I came early for breakfast, I think this is the first place I have been, where they penalise you if you come to eat early. 30 mins after opening and some trays were cold, I had to use the toaster to heat it up. The housekeeping was a bit strange here. They didn't replace the bed sheets, they simply tucked them in (I know this anecdotically, for a fact) One of the coffee cups replaced was soiled and stained, and in one occasion, they had removed one of the bar items without telling me (paving the way to maybe ask me to pay for it later without me taking it, this is not a good practice) The coffee bar was very hit and miss. Some of the pastry pieces on display were some of the most ghastly I've ever seen, they looked raw, I had to ask them if they had been baked, they said yes (they were unglazed) On the second day, they served me this wishy washy mish mash of crushed ice with some mango on top, didn't taste of anything, they wanted 40000 d for that, how is that even on the menu? After that, I didn't set foot in there again. The hotel was not even at 20% capacity, and they had the brilliant idea of putting people directly next to me and above upstairs..really? The pikey backpackers would be thumping on the floor a lot of the time, very poor isolation. Upon leaving, I had this Be taxi driver (white car, 125.xx plate) He parked across the road, I was carrying my suitcases, I told him to turn around. He got in his taxi, drove off, and left me STRANDED, this was a booking to the airport, what kind of subhuman does that??? My experience with the Vietnamese is not great, but the staff here were kind and helpful, and assisted me greatly. Location not really great, a bit far from everything, but the place was very clean. So there are some positives, but this is in no way a 4 star for me, especially when subject to profiling and priviledges are removed, depending on where you come from, and what colour your skin is.

The staff are absolutely amazing and go out of their way to make your stay good and fix any problems you have if you give them the chance. They were very accommodating to us and our needs. The villa was lovely with the private pool and would have been so much more enjoyable had the weather been better. Private beach right beside your pool with own access. Kayaks etc for hire to use for very cheap. Free airport shuttle available which we used at the end and was great. The spa was wonderful and well priced. I highly recommend the hot stone massage, it was the best I have ever had and so relaxing. The lady was so kind and amazing. We were over charged for the mini bar at the end was the only disappointing thing. The prices on the slip in the room were 25,000 per drink and we charged 55,000 per drink. You are only given two small waters a day, so recommend bringing your own water or ordering from Grab app. We would stay here again in the future In warmer weather for sure.

O estilo geral do resort é muito do Sudeste Asiático. A praia é basicamente livre de ondas e é muito adequada para nadar. Há muitos peixes pequenos e caranguejos eremitas. Há poucos lugares com ar condicionado. Na área de pequeno-almoço do hotel, o maior problema é que não há banho molhado e seco. Só há banheira e não há chuveiro de mão. talvez porque o resort foi construído cedo). O Marriott ainda está em construção próximo a ele, e há alguns detritos de construção na praia em frente ao Marriott. É muito conveniente secar roupas na varanda, mas o nascer do sol é bloqueado pelas montanhas e 90% deles são turistas ocidentais.

O hotel Marriott Danang é um excelente lugar para relaxar, com várias piscinas, uma bela vista para o mar e quartos de frente para a praia. Ficamos hospedados em um deles por 5 noites e guardamos ótimas lembranças da estadia. Pontos positivos: Eles pensaram em tudo no resort, desde pequenos detalhes como chinelos de praia, pufes, fácil acesso à praia, redes e balanços. O bar é um ótimo lugar de frente para o mar, com uma boa seleção de comidas e bebidas. Almoçamos lá uma vez, batendo papo com uma Corona gelada e alguns petiscos, incluindo uma pizza quente e com bastante queijo. O café da manhã é farto. Você terá muitas opções, incluindo sorvetes para completar. Equipe: muito cortês, especialmente a da recepção e a do restaurante Goji. Eles fizeram um ótimo trabalho decorando o quarto para um aniversário. Eles realmente cuidam de você! Pontos a serem melhorados: O resort é antigo, mas muito bem conservado. Poderia oferecer mais esportes aquáticos e atividades na praia. Não há lojas de conveniência ou restaurantes perto do hotel. Mas isso não é um problema do Marriott - você precisa pegar um táxi sempre que precisar sair. As opções de comida no restaurante poderiam ser melhores. Por outro lado, você sempre pode pedir comida online, e o hotel oferece esse serviço.

This hotel is truly one of the nicest I’ve ever stayed in during my trips to Da Nang. At first, I planned to stay only two nights, but after just one night, I decided to extend my stay because everything exceeded my expectations. The room service was excellent, and all the staff made me feel warmly welcomed. not just like a guest, but almost like being at home. They always tried their best to assist with anything I needed. I also used the laundry service, which was fast and of great quality. The breakfast was perfect, offering a wide variety of choices for everyone: vegetarian, halal, Western-style, and more. Every dish I tried was delicious. In the end, I stayed for around 10 days. I also enjoyed the swimming pool, which was very clean and relaxing. Overall, it was a perfect stay. I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Da Nang.

The room was very spacious and mostly clean, though a bit dated. The floor was slightly sandy, so I preferred to wear slippers indoors. There were fresh fruits in the room as a complimentary welcome, and they provided two small bottles of water daily. They also gave me a free voucher for their street food dinner, which was actually good. The noodles and other beverages in the fridge were not complimentary. The bathroom was big enough as well, but the shower faucets were dated and leaked. However, there were no problems with hot water or water pressure. Keep in mind that there were no curtains or blinds to cover the glass wall between the shower and the room—only partial frosting on the glass. The mattress was comfortable enough. The walls are very thin, so you can hear everything happening in the next room, but I was lucky with my neighbors and it was very quiet at night. The beach is literally just a few steps away, and it’s beautiful. There are two swimming pools and a private beach, but very few sunbeds, which may not be enough for all guests. Some of the sunbeds need to be fixed or replaced. There is almost nothing near the hotel except one small restaurant and an ATM, but Grab works well, so it’s not a big deal. Breakfast was okay. There were Indian, Vietnamese, and Western dishes, as well as an egg station, waffle station, noodles, a salad bar, fruits, bread, and pastries. I can’t recommend their spa. The staff stressed me out because they were running back and forth trying to prepare for the treatment after I arrived, even though I had booked my appointment three hours in advance. Overall, I think it was totally worth the money, and I might come back in the future.

O hotel está, no geral, em boas condições e bem conservado. O tamanho do quarto é bastante espaçoso, com todos os móveis necessários e comodidades básicas. O hotel não possui sauna, ao contrário do que foi anunciado, o que foi enganoso e decepcionante. Os funcionários são simpáticos e prestativos, mas o serviço de limpeza às vezes é excelente e, outras vezes, apenas razoável. Ficamos em um quarto com vista para o mar. Há vários restaurantes, spas e lojas de conveniência 24 horas bem ao lado do hotel. A praia também fica a 5 minutos a pé do hotel.
