"The location was fantastic. The cleanliness wasn't bad either. The facilities were also sufficient for the price. However, after checking in and entering the room, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom, and even though we checked in for four people in a quad room, there were only enough towels for two. So I requested more and received one roll of toilet paper and additional towels. It was a bit disappointing that these weren't prepared beforehand."

"Fiquei um pouco decepcionado com este hotel. Estávamos no Vietnã para comemorar nosso aniversário de casamento e todos os hotéis que visitamos nos deram um upgrade ou pelo menos nos deram pombas de toalha com um bolinho. Este hotel não fez nada, então se você estiver comemorando seu aniversário, aniversário ou lua de mel, eu não o recomendaria. A equipe foi calorosa e acolhedora, e nos surpreendeu com um bolo para o aniversário do meu parceiro. O carregador de malas também foi muito prestativo. O café da manhã do hotel era incrível e a vista era linda. Fica a uma curta distância da praia.

"A good hotel for the price. The location is decent, but the downside is that there aren’t any stores nearby—you have to walk a bit to get to one. The room is nice, the bed is comfortable, and everything is clean and well-maintained. It’s very important that there’s no construction nearby. The only issue was a minor problem with the toilet (I could hear water running). Overall, everything was good—I recommend it. Thanks to N Anh for the help"

I booked this hotel for three days. The location is quiet and not far from My Khe Beach. You can walk to the beach in about 20 minutes. Around the hotel, there is one mini mart and several restaurants.
First of all, I would like to thank all the staff for their great service, especially Tommy and Zoe. They are hardworking, humble, and always have big smiles.
Even though their English is not very strong, they try their best to communicate, which I truly appreciate.
Tommy is helpful, attentive, and always gives great local information, which really impressed me. On my last day, he even came to the spa room to say goodbye before ending his shift. That truly touched my heart.
Zoe always greeted me with a sweet smile and paid great attention to details. She handled unexpected situations very well. When I checked out, she came to my car to say goodbye, which made me feel very special.
The spa staff were also wonderful. One staff member was very kind and provided excellent service. On my last day, I had my hair washed and enjoyed a foot massage. She worked very hard until midnight.
Foot soaking and sauna are currently free—don’t miss it!
My trip wouldn’t have been this great without them."

"The room itself was just average, so don't set your expectations too high. However, the location is great, with plenty of bars right downstairs.
But! The room amenities are definitely not high-end. The towels, bathrobes, and bedding were all pilling or had holes in them from being washed too much, making them very uncomfortable to use.
There are a lot of sharp corners in the room, so families with children should really reconsider – it's easy to bump into something and get cut. Plus, there's a step under the bed, which I tripped over many times; it's a truly impractical design.
The sink is next to the bed, so it's easy for water to splash onto the headboard or power outlets.
All in all, avoid this place!"

"It was near the beach and the dining hall could see the.rising of the sun against the coconut trees. They had to lower the blinds to reduce the glare whike enjoying our breakfast.
The valets were v helpful in loading unloading luggages and openinh doors for our grab rides.
The toilet basin is slight low for a grown adult to bend over.
Just have to get use to throwing your toilet paper into waste bin rather than straight down toiley bowl
The tv channels have cna which is good for a singaporean for news update.
This hotel is also near ro a live seafood eatery which has 2 michelin 2024 and 2025 on its belt .
There was a small pool and gym
There is also a movie room and spa facilities.
I will say consider another proper place for spa facilitues i terms of massage."

Na chegada, fomos recebidos com bebidas de boas-vindas, dando o tom para uma estadia fantástica. Os quartos eram muito limpos, com limpeza fornecida duas vezes por dia. Também fomos presenteados com um jantar de cortesia uma noite, o que foi uma surpresa maravilhosa.
O café da manhã ofereceu uma grande variedade de opções deliciosas, e o chá da tarde foi um toque adorável.

It was really beautiful to step into! The place looks as how it was shown in their pictures. It was well maintained, and inviting. Most of all, i feel the staff made everyone feel welcomed. Their service was personal and i couldnt ask for a more pleasant experience.
I would like to commend a couple of staff there.
Huy who gave us a lot of recommendations to places to eat/ massage at. And most of all Liz who helped us in our last minute change of dates in accommodation due to last minute flight changes. And with her help, it made our stay possible with them. She helped us to arrange for our driver to Ba Na hills the next day and to our next accommodation. And throughout the day, went above and beyond to keep in contact with us, to make sure our stay was pleasant.
The rooms were clean, had a awesome bathtub and shower, spacious and functional. Its only a pity we couldnt stay longer.
What drew me in abt the accommodation was the pool! Though i wish the gym was abit bigger.
Definitely recommend our friends there!

Os padrões de serviço eram bastante ruins - o sabão não foi substituído dois dias seguidos, o sabonete líquido ficou vazio por dois dias, o papel higiênico não foi substituído nos últimos dois dias de nossa visita de 4 noites e 5 dias.
O hotel está um pouco cansado e precisa de reforma, a porta do chuveiro não fechava, então nosso banheiro ficava inundado todos os dias e com chinelos de banheiro o quarto ficava molhado em algumas partes na maioria das vezes.
A decoração da sala de café da manhã era muito boa, mas como vegetarianos/veganos não somos muito bons para comida local, e a equipe não entendia o que estávamos perguntando, mas geralmente era boa para um café da manhã estilo continental.
A equipe era bem-intencionada e amigável.

HHenry_the_KingTo be honest, some highs and lows here. The service here is more like a 3-star hotel, definitely not a 4-star. I remembered the first two days I was presented with this nice buffet with good food choices , then for another 3 or 4 days, the buffet stopped running and they switched to this really underwhelming a la carte menu that looked more befitting into a 2-star backpacker or student hostel. Then I found out the buffet was only set up because of a number of Chinese guests staying there. When they left, the buffet went (obviously me and the other 15 guests who were staying there, didn't deserve it??) The last two days they set it up again, and surprise, a large number of Russian guests had just checked in. So it turns that only if you are Chinese or Russian you get the attentions here? I know what I paid wasn't cheap, smacks of discrimination. Then on those days the service turned sloppy, I came early for breakfast, I think this is the first place I have been, where they penalise you if you come to eat early. 30 mins after opening and some trays were cold, I had to use the toaster to heat it up. The housekeeping was a bit strange here. They didn't replace the bed sheets, they simply tucked them in (I know this anecdotically, for a fact) One of the coffee cups replaced was soiled and stained, and in one occasion, they had removed one of the bar items without telling me (paving the way to maybe ask me to pay for it later without me taking it, this is not a good practice)
The coffee bar was very hit and miss. Some of the pastry pieces on display were some of the most ghastly I've ever seen, they looked raw, I had to ask them if they had been baked, they said yes (they were unglazed) On the second day, they served me this wishy washy mish mash of crushed ice with some mango on top, didn't taste of anything, they wanted 40000 d for that, how is that even on the menu? After that, I didn't set foot in there again.
The hotel was not even at 20% capacity, and they had the brilliant idea of putting people directly next to me and above upstairs..really? The pikey backpackers would be thumping on the floor a lot of the time, very poor isolation.
Upon leaving, I had this Be taxi driver (white car, 125.xx plate) He parked across the road, I was carrying my suitcases, I told him to turn around. He got in his taxi, drove off, and left me STRANDED, this was a booking to the airport, what kind of subhuman does that??? My experience with the Vietnamese is not great, but the staff here were kind and helpful, and assisted me greatly. Location not really great, a bit far from everything, but the place was very clean. So there are some positives, but this is in no way a 4 star for me, especially when subject to profiling and priviledges are removed, depending on where you come from, and what colour your skin is.

Initially assigned a room marred by an unpleasant bathroom odour, the staff promptly relocated me to a smaller, albeit odour-free, alternative due to full occupancy. While the room was impeccably clean, the compromise in size detracted from the overall experience. Natural light at golden hour was enchanting, highlighting the crisp, high-thread-count linens. The duvet, weighing a comforting 12 pounds, promised restful slumber. However, storage space was limited, and the tech offerings felt slightly outdated.

The staff demonstrated commendable responsiveness, particularly in rectifying the initial room issue. Their attentiveness was evident, yet there were moments where interactions veered towards the procedural rather than the intuitive. A memorable instance was a staff member’s recommendation for a local hidden gem, which enriched my stay considerably.

Breakfast was serviceable, offering a decent selection of local and international fare. However, it lacked the finesse and creativity one might anticipate in a luxury setting. The eggs Benedict, while perfectly cooked, was served with a hollandaise that bordered on bland. The bar, situated on the rooftop, provided panoramic views and a well-curated cocktail menu, though service was inconsistent.

The rooftop pool, maintained at a refreshing 26°C, was a sanctuary from the city’s heat. The gym, though compact, was equipped with modern apparatus. Spa services, while pleasant, did not quite reach the transformative heights expected. The hotel’s gardens, lush and meticulously maintained, offered a tranquil escape.

UUsuário anônimoA pleasure stay in Hoiana, resort near Hoi An city Centre. The hotel should be a subsid of rosewood and you could see similar design vibe. The reception and lobby was great, service is great too with the welcoming drinks.
A little problem raises as we applied for late check out yet they could not handle any late check out request through travel agents like trip.com
Spa was always full, we failed to book it.
The breakfast hotel was one of the best in Hoian Area. the restaurant was nice with good environment and seating and food.
Swimming pool and pool side cafe was chill, you could even ride hotel bicycle near the pool
they have a private beach and free for rent volleyballs/ others with many beach side free activities including yoga etc.
small issues, as it is linked to the casino, there are some smoking scent and some people (non hotel guest) that are a bit more rude and impolite.
the lobby lounge drinks are good but the bakery are really so so.
yet it is very easy to grab a grab ride to the hoi an area to explore.

SSriram’sWe recently stayed at the Koi resorts at Da Nang. We researched and compared the prices, amenities, accessibility etc and zeroed in on this resort. We booked through trip.com and got a good discount of approx 25%, we were a group of 8 adults and 2 kids. The overall experience at the resort was fantastic, the villa quite huge, with awesome pool (common and within the villq) and beautiful location, but let me start with a few negatives:
- while this is advertised as a 4 bedroom villa, it’s more like 3.25 bedrooms. The room downstairs is for just one person, my dad had to get an extra bed to be placed in the living room and slept there.
- For the 2 bedrooms on first floor, there is only one common toilet and bathroom, 4 people using 1 bathroom and toilet is a bit difficult. Would be good if they had done an attached bathroom and toilet for every bedroom (considering the space available is huge).
- When we reached, the aircon was not working, we had raised a complaint and they fixed it later by cleaning up the filters
- The toilets get very smelly as there is no proper ventilation (there’s a fan in the roof) but not good enough to remove the smell. Once again, we complained and they did some fix. Didn’t result in much of change.
- We are vegetarians, so there’s very limited options in the breakfast buffet, but they do oblige to make local vegetarian dishes separately for you if you request (the spring rolls, Pho, curry soup and glass noodles were lipsmacking!)
Despite all of these negatives, it’s the staff who are amazing and make up for all the shortcomings. They are forever smiling, very sincere and earnest, extremely polite and attend very promptly to your every single need. Not even once did we see them show even the slightest irritation or delay things. They had almost become like friends with us and they went extra mile to make sure we are taken good care of. The property is maintained spick and span, with beautiful landscaping and overall impeccable service. Absolutely enjoyed the experience, thanks and Kudos to the team!
