Fiquei recentemente no Monarque Hotel em Da Nang, e minha experiência geral foi incrível. A equipe foi incrivelmente prestativa e acolhedora, com um agradecimento especial à Sophia, que fez de tudo para tornar nossa estadia ainda melhor. Na chegada, fomos recebidos com bebidas de boas-vindas, dando o tom para uma estadia fantástica. Os quartos eram muito limpos, com limpeza fornecida duas vezes por dia. Também fomos presenteados com um jantar de cortesia uma noite, o que foi uma surpresa maravilhosa. O café da manhã ofereceu uma grande variedade de opções deliciosas, e o chá da tarde foi um toque adorável. Eu recomendo fortemente o Monarque Hotel para uma estadia confortável e memorável em Da Nang.

The location of Signature Hoi An was great! A stone throw to the night life and amidst coffee joints, spas and massage places! It was really beautiful to step into! The place looks as how it was shown in their pictures. It was well maintained, and inviting. Most of all, i feel the staff made everyone feel welcomed. Their service was personal and i couldnt ask for a more pleasant experience. I would like to commend a couple of staff there. Huy who gave us a lot of recommendations to places to eat/ massage at. And most of all Liz who helped us in our last minute change of dates in accommodation due to last minute flight changes. And with her help, it made our stay possible with them. She helped us to arrange for our driver to Ba Na hills the next day and to our next accommodation. And throughout the day, went above and beyond to keep in contact with us, to make sure our stay was pleasant. The rooms were clean, had a awesome bathtub and shower, spacious and functional. Its only a pity we couldnt stay longer. What drew me in abt the accommodation was the pool! Though i wish the gym was abit bigger. Definitely recommend our friends there!

O hotel tem uma vista maravilhosa, com cores brilhantes e está localizado centralmente perto de todos os restaurantes que queríamos visitar e perto da praia. Os padrões de serviço eram bastante ruins - o sabão não foi substituído dois dias seguidos, o sabonete líquido ficou vazio por dois dias, o papel higiênico não foi substituído nos últimos dois dias de nossa visita de 4 noites e 5 dias. O hotel está um pouco cansado e precisa de reforma, a porta do chuveiro não fechava, então nosso banheiro ficava inundado todos os dias e com chinelos de banheiro o quarto ficava molhado em algumas partes na maioria das vezes. A decoração da sala de café da manhã era muito boa, mas como vegetarianos/veganos não somos muito bons para comida local, e a equipe não entendia o que estávamos perguntando, mas geralmente era boa para um café da manhã estilo continental. A equipe era bem-intencionada e amigável.

The hotel itself was great. But since there are constructions next to the hotel, it made our room a bit noisy. As a light sleeper, that’s a bit of a problem cause I kept waking up in the middle of the night. The hotel was so packed which made the ambience in the Rumba restaurant wasn’t enjoyable. The restaurant doesn’t have much windows which made the environment wasn’t that nice and enjoyable at all.

Located right across the beach. Many eateries, mart and laundry nearby. Room was quite spacious and clean. Swimming pool overlooking an amazing ocean view. Varied wide spread of breakfast buffet, food was tasty. Staff were friendly and kind. Concierge men were very helpful and welcoming. Unfortunately, upon checking out, we were shocked to be charged us USD7 without any explanation. Only when we queried, the receptionist mentioned it was for a ”broken shampoo bottle”, which we were very sure we left the room in tip top condition. We further asked for proof of the broken bottle, only then they sent someone to retrieve the bottle and brought it to the reception counter. The bottle was intact, not broken as claimed. However, the receptionist said the housekeeper claimed there was a ”crack” at the bottom of the bottle, which none of us including the receptionist could find the alleged ”crack”. the receptionist tried so hard to prove there was a crack but we insisted on ”where was the crack?' because we couldnt see any obvious crack and nothing leaked out out the bottle - it looked more like a light scratch. In the end, the receptionist told us to write a case report to the housekeeping to resolve the matter. We were disappointed that this matter was not handled professionally and we felt accused for an alleged crack. We were amazed at how meticulous and sharp the housekeepers were for noticing a light scratch at the bottom of the bottle and the bottom of shampoo bottle was the 1st thing they inspected. Plus, we didnt use their shampoo - we brought our own shampoo.

A pleasure stay in Hoiana, resort near Hoi An city Centre. The hotel should be a subsid of rosewood and you could see similar design vibe. The reception and lobby was great, service is great too with the welcoming drinks. A little problem raises as we applied for late check out yet they could not handle any late check out request through travel agents like trip.com Spa was always full, we failed to book it. The breakfast hotel was one of the best in Hoian Area. the restaurant was nice with good environment and seating and food. Swimming pool and pool side cafe was chill, you could even ride hotel bicycle near the pool they have a private beach and free for rent volleyballs/ others with many beach side free activities including yoga etc. small issues, as it is linked to the casino, there are some smoking scent and some people (non hotel guest) that are a bit more rude and impolite. the lobby lounge drinks are good but the bakery are really so so. yet it is very easy to grab a grab ride to the hoi an area to explore.

What an amazing experience to stay at this hotel when you are at Da Nang or Hoi An (only 50min of motorbike). The afternoon tea and breakfast are amazing and the options for dinner are for every budget and desire. A plus would be a water refill station for the resident who want to refill their bottle to visit without going by a new bottle before !

Service: The staff being friendly, attentive, and helpful. Facilities: The hotel is in a great location, close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-designed. The rooftop pool and spa are favorably. Food: The breakfast buffet gets high marks for being excellent and with a wide variety. Overall, The hotel offers a great combination of friendly service, a convenient location, and comfortable facilities. If you're looking for a relaxing beach vacation in Da Nang, this hotel could be a good option for you!

We recently stayed at the Koi resorts at Da Nang. We researched and compared the prices, amenities, accessibility etc and zeroed in on this resort. We booked through trip.com and got a good discount of approx 25%, we were a group of 8 adults and 2 kids. The overall experience at the resort was fantastic, the villa quite huge, with awesome pool (common and within the villq) and beautiful location, but let me start with a few negatives: - while this is advertised as a 4 bedroom villa, it’s more like 3.25 bedrooms. The room downstairs is for just one person, my dad had to get an extra bed to be placed in the living room and slept there. - For the 2 bedrooms on first floor, there is only one common toilet and bathroom, 4 people using 1 bathroom and toilet is a bit difficult. Would be good if they had done an attached bathroom and toilet for every bedroom (considering the space available is huge). - When we reached, the aircon was not working, we had raised a complaint and they fixed it later by cleaning up the filters - The toilets get very smelly as there is no proper ventilation (there’s a fan in the roof) but not good enough to remove the smell. Once again, we complained and they did some fix. Didn’t result in much of change. - We are vegetarians, so there’s very limited options in the breakfast buffet, but they do oblige to make local vegetarian dishes separately for you if you request (the spring rolls, Pho, curry soup and glass noodles were lipsmacking!) Despite all of these negatives, it’s the staff who are amazing and make up for all the shortcomings. They are forever smiling, very sincere and earnest, extremely polite and attend very promptly to your every single need. Not even once did we see them show even the slightest irritation or delay things. They had almost become like friends with us and they went extra mile to make sure we are taken good care of. The property is maintained spick and span, with beautiful landscaping and overall impeccable service. Absolutely enjoyed the experience, thanks and Kudos to the team!

As vantagens e desvantagens deste hotel são claras. Aqui, descreva as desvantagens primeiro. A primeira vez que entrei no quarto, o cheiro Da mola de descarrilamento vibrava no Fundo.Há o cheiro no edifício, MAS parece ser um problema estrutural. Você Pode imaginar por que quando você Olhar para a foto Da parede. A outra coisa é que está longe do centro, MAS Pode ser resolvida por alugar UMA motocicleta.A Cerca de Dez minutos do centro.
