WHAT A ABSOLUTE HIDDEN GEM!! Had an the best time staying here. We was abit hestitant to book this at first as it is fairly new but WOW so glad we did! The staffs were so lovely and attentive. Breakfast was really nice and you can choose from set menu which has mixture of local Vietnamese dishes and Western. The room itself was very clean and the pool on the roof was a bonus. Loved it!

I would highly recommend this guesthouse if you are looking for a comfortable, family-style place to stay that truly feels like home. The owners whom I met seemed to be a husband and wife. At first, we were not very familiar with this type of guesthouse accommodation, so we needed a little time to adjust. However, after talking with the female owner, we immediately felt more relaxed and comfortable. The atmosphere became much warmer. She gave us the feeling of being cared for by an older relative, like a mother looking after her guests. Since we are both women, that made us feel especially safe and at ease. She took wonderful care of us and paid attention to every small detail. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the coffee was excellent as well. We came from Thailand. Although we are both in Asia and share some similar cultures, Thai people usually eat rice for almost every meal. So having bread for breakfast here was a very new experience for us, and it was so delicious—it truly felt like something made by a mother with love. On our last day, she and her family came out to see us off as we got into the car, waving goodbye with warm smiles. It was such a lovely and touching moment. As for the room, everything was exactly as described. The bed was very spacious and comfortable. If you go out, the owners will keep the key for you, and return it when you come back. If you return late at night, you can simply inform them in advance. The drinks in the minibar were also very reasonably priced. If you need affordable transportation, you can ask the guesthouse for assistance. If you are looking for accommodation close to tourist attractions, convenient transportation, and many food options nearby, you can choose this place without hesitation. I would also like to add that the driver who picked us up and dropped us off provided excellent service. He was always smiling, kind, and constantly offering to help us throughout the journey. Chủ nhà mà tôi đã gặp có vẻ là vợ chồng. Lúc mới đến, chúng tôi chưa quen lắm với kiểu lưu trú như thế này nên ban đầu còn hơi bỡ ngỡ. Nhưng sau khi trò chuyện với cô chủ, chúng tôi cảm thấy thoải mái và yên tâm hơn rất nhiều. Không khí cũng trở nên dễ chịu hơn. Cô ấy cho chúng tôi cảm giác như một người thân lớn tuổi trong gia đình, giống như một người mẹ chăm sóc khách lưu trú. Vì chúng tôi đều là phụ nữ nên cảm giác an toàn và được quan tâm càng rõ ràng hơn. Cô ấy chăm sóc chúng tôi rất tốt và để ý đến từng chi tiết nhỏ. Bữa sáng rất ngon, cà phê cũng tuyệt vời. Chúng tôi đến từ Thái Lan. Dù đều ở châu Á và có văn hóa khá gần nhau, nhưng người Thái thường ăn cơm gần như mọi bữa. Vì vậy, bữa sáng ăn bánh mì ở đây là trải nghiệm mới mẻ đầu tiên của chúng tôi, và rất ngon, giống như món ăn mẹ làm vậy. Vào ngày cuối cùng chúng tôi rời đi, cô ấy và gia đình đã ra tiễn chúng tôi lên xe, mỉm cười và vẫy tay chào tạm biệt. Thật sự rất đáng yêu và ấm áp. Về phòng nghỉ, mọi thứ đều đúng như mô tả. Nếu bạn cần xe đưa đón với giá phải chăng, có thể hỏi trực tiếp nơi lưu trú. Nếu bạn đang tìm chỗ ở gần điểm du lịch, đi lại thuận tiện và gần nhiều quán ăn, thì hãy chọn nơi này mà không cần do dự. Tôi cũng muốn bổ sung thêm rằng anh tài xế đưa đón chúng tôi đã phục vụ rất tốt. Anh ấy luôn tươi cười, thân thiện và luôn chủ động đề nghị giúp đỡ chúng tôi trong suốt chuyến đi. The location of Signature Hoi An was great! A stone throw to the night life and amidst coffee joints, spas and massage places! It was really beautiful to step into! The place looks as how it was shown in their pictures. It was well maintained, and inviting. Most of all, i feel the staff made everyone feel welcomed. Their service was personal and i couldnt ask for a more pleasant experience. I would like to commend a couple of staff there. Huy who gave us a lot of recommendations to places to eat/ massage at. And most of all Liz who helped us in our last minute change of dates in accommodation due to last minute flight changes. And with her help, it made our stay possible with them. She helped us to arrange for our driver to Ba Na hills the next day and to our next accommodation. And throughout the day, went above and beyond to keep in contact with us, to make sure our stay was pleasant. The rooms were clean, had a awesome bathtub and shower, spacious and functional. Its only a pity we couldnt stay longer. What drew me in abt the accommodation was the pool! Though i wish the gym was abit bigger. Definitely recommend our friends there!

Checked in late so same catogory rooms that we booked on the same level were all taken up. Highly appreciated that Hotel kindly upgraded our room so that we can stay at the same level as our parents. Hotel is newly built and room is clean. Can also cast content from the phone to the TV. Universal socket plug available. Only issue encountered was with the room service. I ordered breakfast at 6.30am and the orders were repeated when I placed them the previous night. The breakfast came at 6.45am and items were wrong. Dining department was quick to rectified the error and provided an additional fruit platter as apology. Despite this issue, I will still stay at this hotel if I am here the next time again.

New, very clean apartment. Convenient location and quiet! The hostess was lovely and responsive, immediately addressing all our requests and helping out. We had a room with a bedroom and a large kitchen, perfect for three of us including our child. Upon request, a large double sofa bed was provided for our daughter free of charge. Our room overlooked the courtyard, with the quietest neighbors. 😆 Right near the hotel, there are several good restaurants and coffee shops. The beach is a 3-minute walk away. We'll definitely be back.

The hotel itself was great. But since there are constructions next to the hotel, it made our room a bit noisy. As a light sleeper, that’s a bit of a problem cause I kept waking up in the middle of the night. The hotel was so packed which made the ambience in the Rumba restaurant wasn’t enjoyable. The restaurant doesn’t have much windows which made the environment wasn’t that nice and enjoyable at all.

The views are absolutely stunning, and the hotel breakfast is fantastic with a great variety. The rooms are spacious, and the service is excellent. I highly recommend this hotel, and I'll definitely choose it again next time I'm in Da Nang.

What an amazing experience to stay at this hotel when you are at Da Nang or Hoi An (only 50min of motorbike). The afternoon tea and breakfast are amazing and the options for dinner are for every budget and desire. A plus would be a water refill station for the resident who want to refill their bottle to visit without going by a new bottle before !

Service: The staff being friendly, attentive, and helpful. Facilities: The hotel is in a great location, close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-designed. The rooftop pool and spa are favorably. Food: The breakfast buffet gets high marks for being excellent and with a wide variety. Overall, The hotel offers a great combination of friendly service, a convenient location, and comfortable facilities. If you're looking for a relaxing beach vacation in Da Nang, this hotel could be a good option for you!

Fiquei em muitos albergues e hotéis no Vietnã e ao redor do mundo, mas esta tem que ser uma das piores experiências que já tive. Deixe-me começar com os pontos positivos: o quarto era espaçoso, mas infelizmente, é aí que as boas notícias terminam. A limpeza era altamente questionável. Os lençóis estavam manchados, e eu não pude deixar de duvidar se eles tinham sido lavados. Como um viajante solo, me deram um quarto duplo, que oferecia a opção de usar duas camas. No entanto, ambas as camas estavam igualmente sujas, me deixando sem nenhuma opção decente. O banheiro, embora visualmente atraente, foi prejudicado pelos produtos de higiene abaixo da média. O xampu cheirava a um produto masculino genérico e forte, mais adequado para um vestiário de academia de baixo custo do que para uma acomodação de hóspedes. Um aroma neutro teria sido muito mais apropriado. Além disso, não havia secador de cabelo no quarto — um verdadeiro inconveniente se você tem cabelo longo como o meu. Os chinelos fornecidos eram grandes demais, claramente projetados para homens, adicionando outra camada de frustração. Embora eu estivesse feliz por ter uma TV, ela estava quase inutilizável. O aplicativo do YouTube, que foi o principal motivo pelo qual reservei o quarto, não conectava, e a TV em si era lenta e difícil de operar. No geral, o que deveria ter sido uma estadia relaxante foi repleta de pequenos, mas cumulativos aborrecimentos. A pior parte, no entanto, foi sair do quarto e ir para o refeitório. O café da manhã foi uma grande decepção. As opções eram extremamente ricas em carboidratos e atendiam principalmente aos gostos vietnamitas, com pratos como arroz, macarrão e curry. Para um albergue que presumivelmente atende hóspedes internacionais, é desconcertante que as opções de café da manhã fossem tão limitadas e pouco atraentes para o paladar ocidental. O refeitório também estava superlotado, com muitos hóspedes ao mesmo tempo, incluindo crianças brincando em celulares no volume máximo — uma maneira barulhenta e estressante de começar o dia. Essa falta de consistência e a aparente falta de treinamento entre os funcionários eram problemas gritantes. O refeitório em si era desconfortavelmente quente, tornando as refeições ainda menos agradáveis. Não havia lenços de papel em lugar nenhum, aumentando o desconforto geral. Escolhi este lugar em parte por sua localização, que é convenientemente perto de muitos bares, cafés e da praia. No entanto, também foi anunciado como à prova de som, o que não poderia estar mais longe da verdade. O barulho constante de outros hóspedes, principalmente crianças brincando com campainhas e vozes altas a qualquer hora, significava que eu nunca tinha uma noite de sono tranquila. Ser acordado entre 3 e 6 da manhã se tornou uma ocorrência diária, e isso me deixou exausto e frustrado. Concluindo, este albergue estava longe de valer o preço premium. O serviço, a qualidade e a experiência geral ficaram drasticamente aquém das expectativas. Aqui estou eu, ainda no meu quarto com lençóis manchados de sangue, prestes a reservar outro lugar porque simplesmente não posso mais ficar aqui. Poupe-se do trabalho e procure outro lugar.
