Breakfast: Super terrible service, unfriendly to Chinese guests. only this hotel i have this strong feeling, we have checked in to Atlantis palm, St Regis Abu dhabi during this vacation and everything was perfect!! For Jumeirah Beach Hotel, most of the staff in the breakfast area are not friendly, with no smile, and I felt like being bullied by the service peoples. You can see a few tables around are available, but she keeps guiding us to the last section of table area, which is very few people, and there is no one assistant. Even the table is not yet well cleaned when she guided us to. My kids are sitting there. She didn't say anything but directly sprayed the cleaning liquid over my kid's head. And she asked me what i would like to order to drink when she is wiping. It is unprofessional and unrespect to try to take an order when you are not focused on your customers. I am wondering why this 5 star hotel can offer this service specially wondering this unprofessional assistant lady. Is there something wrong with you?? I ordered 2 glasses of milk for my kids. They sent me 2 small milk jars , but we didn't order tea?! So what is this for?! And I try to ask someone to change. However, over 15 minutes, there was no one answering, i am pitty sure they both see i am asking for assistance !!!!!! Buggies service: When we ask for the buggie, the guy standing there tells us to walk as it's very near ?! Haha, that's so funny! everybody keeps faking us like a fool. You prepare this service and when I come though , you ask me to walk. what do you mean?! What a ******* experience ever! I will never recommend this hotel to any Chinese/Asian face people!! Never waste your money to someone who dont care for your stay! Message to Jumeirah Beach Hotel : If you are not ready to open for Chinese people, please close your reservation ! don't try to accept our money then give me this ******* service! It is terrible that I pay money to let me be bullied 😔 Otherwise , please send your service peoples for proper service training.

We had a fantastic stay at The Ritz-Carlton Dubai, and it turned out to be one of our most memorable hotel experiences ever. At first glance, the property may look a bit “old school” in design — and yes, some modernization might be needed soon — but once you spend time here, you realize it has something far more valuable: true warmth, character, and heart. In a world of glossy “design hotels” that often feel empty in spirit, I would choose this one any day. A huge compliment goes to the housekeeping team, especially Sachith Karan, who did an outstanding job every day. The room was spotless, beautifully arranged, and filled with thoughtful touches. Sachith’s professionalism and genuine care made a real difference and truly reflected the Ritz-Carlton spirit. The grounds are breathtaking — lush gardens, peaceful walkways, and multiple pools that even have well-placed shade, which is perfect in the Dubai heat. There are activities and games to enjoy throughout the property, making it ideal for both relaxation and fun. The food here is excellent across the board, but a special mention must go to the Arabic outdoor restaurant on-site — it’s pure magic. The atmosphere, the flavors, the setting under the stars — it captures the essence of Dubai in the most beautiful way. Most of all, the team makes this hotel what it is. Every staff member is kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. You never feel like just another guest — you feel truly welcomed and valued. In short: while it may not have the ultra-modern look of some newer hotels, The Ritz-Carlton Dubai shines where it truly matters — heart, hospitality, and unforgettable atmosphere. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommended.

Ficamos neste hotel por quatro noites. O transporte era conveniente, permitindo fácil acesso de Uber às atrações, e havia vários restaurantes nas proximidades. O bufê do hotel oferecia uma grande variedade de pratos. A viagem até Palm Jumeirah e Burj Al Arab levou cerca de 25 minutos, o que foi muito conveniente. O quarto tinha uma pequena sala de estar e era espaçoso e confortável.

Atlântida é algo incrível!!!!!! Visitamos um conto de fadas subaquático!!! Este é o melhor hotel em que já estivemos!!! Depois do Atlantis vai ser difícil escolher hotéis! Fizemos o check-in rapidamente, quarto com vista para as palmeiras, vista deslumbrante, tudo no quarto é perfeito! Meu filho fez aniversário durante a estadia, foi parabenizado duas vezes, presenteado no quarto e no jantar! Foi muito legal! Cafés da manhã e jantares são paradisíacos!!! Lembraremos para sempre das nossas férias no maravilhoso hotel Atlantis The Palm. Dou-lhe mais cinco pontos. Definitivamente recomendo a visita!!!

I would have to say it’s one of the best hotel in palm jumeirah , we went there in summer and they provided unlimited water and the staffs were friendly and especially the receptionist Mr Shine treated as very nice and show us around the hotel personally.

My stay at Mövenpick was honestly amazing and one of the experiences I truly enjoyed from start to finish 😍✨ The hotel is right in the heart of JBR which makes everything so easy and convenient. There is a great selection of restaurants all around 🍽️✨ and the whole area is full of life. The beach is only a short walk away 🌊☀️ and the view of Dubai Eye from there is just beautiful 😍🎡 It adds such a special feeling to the whole place. The room was spacious and very clean 🛏️💛 Everything felt comfortable and relaxing and it really gave me that proper holiday mood. A very big thank you to Divya and Umaima 🤍✨ They were so cooperative and pleasant to deal with. Their kindness and professionalism made the stay even better. They handled every request with a smile and made sure everything went smoothly. One of the sweetest touches was the birthday cake they placed in the room 🎂🥹💛 It made me so happy and showed how thoughtful the team is. They continued to check on me throughout the stay to make sure everything was up to my standards and that I was enjoying my time 🤗✨ I truly had such a wonderful stay 🙌💛 From the location to the service to the warm hospitality every detail added something special to the experience. I definitely recommend it ⭐️ And I will for sure be coming back because the whole stay was simply unforgettable 😍🌟✨

Eu tive UMA experiência maravilhosa Neste hotel.O pessoal era excepcionalmente amável e acomodante, fazendo minha estadia realmente agradável. Desde a equipe de recepção até aqueles que assistem com as elevações, todos eram incrivelmente úteis. Também tive UMA conversa agradável com o Pessoal Filipino, que acrescentou um toque pessoal à minha visita.O pequeno-almoço oferecido não era tão extenso Como esperado, MAS ainda era divertido e de boa qualidade! E o café manufaturado, era um tratamento real em comparação com as opções usuais de máquinas dispensadas 100/10!Embora tenha levado um pouco de tempo para a água aquecer nas casas de banho, a sala própria era fantástica definitivamente 10/10. Os balcões estão bloqueados por padrão para segurança, MAS você Pode pedir ao hotel para o disponibilizar.Apenas 4-5 minutos a pé da estação de tram Jumeirah Beach Residence 1. Eu recomendo este hotel a amigos e família! A sala de fitness, piscina e sauna estão disponíveis.

O restaurante Laguna do Sofitel the Pam Dubai tem boa lista de comidas e bebidas. O jantar a quatro mãos da churrascaria tem um ótimo valor acompanhado de vinho! Comemorei meu aniversário lá e a sobremesa de cortesia foi um bolo de chocolate em formato de carne Wagyu! Também fui à academia durante o dia, com boas instalações.

Os apartamentos têm uma localização muito conveniente, literalmente a 5-7 minutos da estação de metrô Sobha Realty e do bonde. Ficamos em um apartamento estúdio de luxo. Ao fazer o check-in, perguntaram-nos se precisávamos de uma sala para fumantes. É permitido fumar no quarto, pois todos os quartos do andar são para fumantes. O quarto tem um exaustor muito forte e não há cheiro. Há uma geladeira com freezer, máquina de lavar, torradeira, pratos, colheres, garfos, frigideira, panela, xícaras e copos. Chá, café e água são repostos diariamente. Gostamos da localização, o metrô é próximo e é fácil e simples chegar aos pontos turísticos. Tomamos café da manhã ao reservar o quarto. Você pode comer para não precisar correr para lugar nenhum pela manhã devido ao calor. Ducha tropical no banheiro e itens higiênicos.
