We got a nice room but the view It wasn't expected 🥹💔💔💔 I expected it to be on the sea . As for the quiet, it was very calm and relaxed , we didn't try breakfast because it was a reservation without planning. We wished we stayed more, but we had a something to do . Thank you.

A great comfortable stay with excellent breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. Even though we booked 2 rooms for 4 nights , early checkin was an issue though and we had to wait from 10:30 am to 2:30 pm in the hotel lobby to get a room while we were dead tired from our long flight from Amsterdam. Atleast guests waiting should be offered a shower and a drink /lunch if rooms are not available for early checkin. Rest of the stay excellent as per Crown plaza standards 👌. We definitely would recommend the hotel to stay again in Dubai.

Temporarily, a friend wanted to join our staycation. The ordinary room cannot add a bed~ so he applied for an upgrade to the hotel. I spent 1,000 RMB and gave a luxury room, but the area is still small. The location of the room is not good either. During the epidemic, only one restaurant in the hotel was open. The breakfast is average, nothing special. The taste is also very average. The beach view of the hotel is good. The sanitation in the hotel, from corners to corners can still tell that the hotel has been around for a few years ~ the overall feeling is average.

It was my first time in Dubai. The hotel was nice and exactly what I needed for my first week. The service team was extremely helpful, especially Kurlos. They were all so kind and helped me navigate my first time here. The room service was good and well priced. The young man that runs the breakfast buffet was exceptional! Always delightful and goes above and beyond. The buffet was great! I would have stayed longer but wanted to be closer to things that I was doing. I highly recommend this hotel! Amazing staff! Thank you!

I recently stayed at the hotel, and my experience was truly exceptional, thanks to the outstanding service provided by the staff, particularly Happy from the reception. From the moment I checked in, Happy's warm and welcoming demeanour made me feel like a valued guest. Her attention to detail and genuine interest in ensuring my stay was comfortable went above and beyond my expectations. Happy's dedication to customer service is commendable, and her positive attitude left a lasting impression. The hotel is fortunate to have such a dedicated and personable staff member. I highly recommend this hotel, thanks in large part to the exceptional service provided by Happy. She also gave us free cookies! 🙂 Room - we got the view of the Museum of the Future from the toilet, however the view from the room was blocked by external almunum cladding. It’s find though as most of the time we were outside and enjoying the sightseeing in Dubai. Breakfast - we enjoyed the special dishes that changes daily! I hope more choices of dishes. The special dishes such as the avocado toast and steak and eggs are the best!! Love it! Fresh fruits and juices are great! Concierge - fast and efficient, helped me to call for a taxi (though the hotel taxi was initially offered - price is x2 of the normal taxi). Housekeeping - reliable. They did a great job making our room tidy and nice to rest after a long day. Check-out - as our flight is still at 9pm, we were allowed to stay in the room until 2pm and they allowed us to use the club lounge until 6pm FOC. I strongly recommend this hotel when you visit Dubai!! Thank you voco Dubai hotel to making our trip to Dubai memorable! Kudos! Keep up the good work!

We Stayed for 5 nights at th Fairmont Dubai and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. From check in to check out with the lovely girl her name's, (Ms .Gharam)she was polite and extremely helpful. My husband and I stayed in a nice view room which had plenty of space for the two of us. The room was very clean and comfortable. We wanted a few days of rest and we enjoyed our time by the pool during the day. The staff at the poolside bar and restaurant were lovely and looked after us all day. A big thank you for all the staff and special thanks to Ms Gharam at front desk for her excellent service. Our favourite restaurant in the evening was greac, sushi. Food was really tasty and Also thank you to the man who was in charge of Shisha. The grape and mint was an amazing combination. We will definitely return to the Fairmont Dubai

The Food is more than ample and satisfactory, and for the more adventurous traveller, you can go to sample various other restaurants and cafes in the neighborhood. ‌Conveniently located and walking distance, from the hotel. Hotel service is excellent and the staff very friendly and accommodating. I was most impress with the gym and the various exercise equipment available for use, most notably, the facilities, schedule of hours of operation from 6am to 10pm including the swimming pool which is just adjacent to the gym. The swimming pool is 25 metre long by 10 metre wide. Great for familiy swim since it is divided up for swimmers alike who just wants to get their laps in. Bur Kalifa, the Dubai Mall is 10 minute Vu bes by metro, their local train service and is an excellent form of transportation to get there. Yes, definitely will be back again.

Love this hotel because of the location; convenient to shops, restaurants and exploring this part of Dubai! The staff are amazing! The breakfast buffet is great as well. It was well worth our stay! I will definitely rebook and stay at this hotel again in the future! 😍

After checking in, I waited in the hotel lobby for 30 minutes. The hotel lobby provided drinks for customers and there were many sofas in the hotel lobby. After opening the room, I found that the hotel room was quite large, but the windows could not be opened. The staff prepared disposable slippers for customers in advance, which was very considerate. There were many clothes drying racks in the cabinet, which was good, and the shower room was also large. The sheets and quilts feel like they are new, which is good. The hotel is near the community. Walking a few dozen meters to the right from the hotel entrance, there is a gift shop that is very common in Dubai. It also sells daily necessities at relatively favorable prices. A few steps forward, there is a small Sri Lankan restaurant. Anyway, it feels quite new to me. , there are also pastries in that small restaurant. I left this hotel and chose another hotel because the windows in this hotel could not be opened.

I bought a studio apartment for 4 nights, its a perfect hotel apartment to stay in in this economical price! Room was good enough for 2 people and a toddler. Amenities are very new specially love their smart tv with youtube netflix etc Pool is good and they give u covered parking as well Food is really good but a bit high price So i wld give 4.5/5 stars ⭐️
