We had an unexpected emergency during our stay: our child was accidentally scalded by hot water in the restaurant. Manager KF reacted immediately and took incredible care of us. She calmly arranged a car to take us to the hospital, comforted our child throughout the whole process, and followed up closely to make sure we were okay. We were also touched by her thoughtful little gift for our child. Her kindness, professionalism and genuine care made a stressful situation so much easier for our family. We highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and heartfelt care.

Extremely hostile cleaning staff who forced her way into my room, insisted on taking my trash, and then lay down in a weird little office directly across from my room for about 4 hours scrolling through her phone. Got the sense that I was being spied on the entire time and, for whatever reason, people working at this hotel are REALLY angry. This is one of those ”monstera plant” businesses, where they put the monstera plant to show you they're in this specific group (cult) and if you still choose to stay there, basically they already ”told you” so now they feel justified in attacking you. Well, LK is going out of business given the way they treat their customers. It feels more like a criminal front than a hotel. Even though the decor is fancy and looks nice, I wouldn't stay here again if you paid me. To anyone in LK management who reads this, please fire your entire cleaning staff. Thai people are so nice and there is no reason to tolerate this kind of treatment at this very obviously criminal owned hotel. By the way, if you read this and feel skeptical or like I'm overreacting, try to find out who owns LK Hotels and who is on the board. The lack of transparency says it all.

Absolutely loved our stay at [Hotel Name]! The room was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. Staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help us plan city tours. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options. Will definitely return! location – steps away from the metro and walking distance to major attractions. The concierge gave excellent dinner recommendations. Rooms are cozy with comfortable beds. Highly recommend for city explorers。truly 5-star experience! The hotel is nice and located in a great spot, but the breakfast variety needs significant improvement. We were very disappointed to find that an expensive New Year’s Eve dinner was automatically included in our price. This was not mentioned in our Trip.com confirmation and felt like a ”tricky” hidden fee. The food at the gala was quite simple for such a high price. On a positive note, the staff put on an interesting show featuring Thai dancing and boxing (I hope they were paid extra for their hard work!), though the singer and band were unremarkable.

Thoroughly impressed with this hotel at the price point. The deluxe room features two beds (queen and single) and modern AC, plus large bathtub, working area, robes and large fridge  The pool is clean and well kept  The fitness is small and basic but well maintained and has free weights.  The location is good for those who want to be in Jomtien, close enough to the bars and beach and it’s not too noisy despite being close to a busy road  The most impressive thing about this hotel is the breakfast which is worth opting for. There’s a variety of hot and cold dishes that are changed every day. The hotel clearly prides itself on this

1. The shower area doesn't have a door where it should, and there's a significant drop in the floor, making it easy to trip and twist an ankle. 2. It's too close to the bars, and the soundproofing is poor, so it gets quite noisy. 3. The air conditioner blows directly onto the bed. 4. The mirror light in the room is broken and flickers uncontrollably. 5. The toothbrush cups are so thin; they could easily shatter if they hit the mirror.

I'm very pleased that we stayed at the Aston Hotel. I've stayed in Pattaya many times over the past 20+ years and this is by far the best. The location is very convenient. Parking is perfect. The check in was smooth. The room was outstanding. Immaculate and very comfortable. Excellent bathroom with everything you need working perfectly. We had lunch and breakfast - both of which were nice and reasonably priced. Excellent rooftop pool. Nice gym. There is nothing negative to say. 10 out of 10. To the owners - please do not change a thing. Keep up the great work.

I recently stayed at Welcom World Beachfront Resort and had a genuinely enjoyable experience. The property sits right by the beach, so the views are beautiful from morning to evening. The pool area was one of the highlights. There are plenty of loungers, the water is clean, and the atmosphere is perfect for relaxing. The beach is only a few steps away, making it easy to switch between the pool and the sea. The staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in was smooth, and everyone I interacted with was polite and willing to assist. Breakfast had a decent variety—nothing overly fancy, but enough options to start the day satisfied. Overall, Welcom World Beachfront Resort is a solid choice for anyone looking for a relaxing beachfront stay. It strikes a nice balance between comfort, value, and convenience. I’d happily return.
