"Ainda bem que fizemos o check-out e fomos embora! O café da manhã era de baixa qualidade, com comida e bebida de má qualidade, sem máquinas de café, então não havia nada para comer. O colchão da cama era muito duro e desconfortável para dormir!!! Sem conexão Wi-Fi por cerca de uma semana!!! Os funcionários da recepção tentaram ajudar... o porteiro era muito simpático. Dois cachorros guardavam a entrada. Bem... tenha certeza de que não é um palácio e definitivamente não é luxuoso, claro que não é 5 estrelas como anunciado, talvez nível 3 estrelas. Os pontos positivos deste hotel são: água quente no banheiro, chuveiro e banheira limpos, piscina boa. Em um prédio perto da recepção, eles têm um altar de Buda e realizam cerimônias religiosas, então desejo prosperidade e progresso para o negócio do hotel, está na hora de fazer algumas mudanças!!!"

"I recently stayed at Akara Hotel Pattaya and overall had a pleasant experience, though there are a few areas that could be improved. Firstly, I would like to thank the hotel team for the complimentary room upgrade, which came with a beautiful sea view. The room was comfortable and the view definitely enhanced the stay. However, the check-in and check-out process took quite a long time, which made the arrival and departure experience less smooth than expected. I hope the hotel can improve the efficiency of the front desk during busy periods. Another point to note is that during my stay there were many large tour groups, mainly Chinese tourists. While I understand this is common in Pattaya, the noise level in public areas at times became quite disturbing for other guests who were looking for a quieter and more relaxing stay. Additionally, the toiletries provided in the room were quite basic. It would be great if the hotel could include more amenities such as body lotion and additional bathroom essentials to enhance the guest experience. Overall, I appreciate the hospitality and the upgraded room with the sea view, but with improvements in front desk efficiency, guest crowd management, and bathroom amenities, the stay could be much more enjoyable."

No início, nos foi dado quarto 2404 e informado que fomos atualizados para um quarto Premier, mas quando chegamos, o quarto não foi decorado para o Dia dos Namorados, como pedimos. Compreendemos que o hotel é provavelmente muito ocupado e que não há garantias especiais. Mais tarde, um membro do pessoal bateu na nossa porta e pediu-nos para nos mudar para a sala 2403, perguntando se alguém nos tinha chamado (não recebemos nenhuma chamada). Finalmente, fomos movidos para a sala correta, que foi bem decorada com um arranjo “Feliz Valentine’s”, que realmente gostávamos, mas os hóspedes não deveriam ser atribuídos à sala errada em primeiro lugar. -O balcão não Pode ser usado por um tempo, porque o fumo de cigarros continua a fluir com o vento. -Havia muita barulho de adolescentes a correr motocicletas lá fora."

"Boa localização e fácil acesso para táxis que vão para Norte ou Sul com entradas duplas. Hotel datado, com amplo espaço no lobby não utilizado. A área da piscina é prática, mas as áreas de bar e de estar não têm ambiente. A equipe de limpeza foi ótima e seguiu as instruções. Quarto básico, mas tudo funcionou. Tenho que amar a pressão da água no chuveiro! 😎"

"We really liked this hotel ❤️ It is very stylishly decorated in a Cuban style and looks like a beautiful location for photo shoots. The hotel is very clean, the breakfasts are delicious and varied, and the bartender makes excellent cocktails in the bar in the evenings. The staff are incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. The rooms are themed, cozy, and feature small balconies with French doors. It is located not far from Central Pattaya and the waterfront. The hotel also offers its own transfer service, although we didn’t use it."

"O interruptor de água quente estava quebrado na primeira noite, então só pudemos transferir quartos. Meu namorado teve uma lesão no pé e não conseguiu andar até o meio do hotel. Ele pediu para ser transferido para o elevador, mas o motivo foi que não estava limpo. Você só pode alterá-lo no segundo dia. Muito poucos garçons do hotel entendem inglês, o que é muito ruim. A sala de pequeno-almoço é ainda pior. 90% das pessoas são da China continental. Eles falam alto e o restaurante é muito grande. "We stayed at this hotel for a week to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. Overall, the hotel was very average and did not feel resort-like. Check-in was not welcoming, and first impressions were underwhelming. The room itself was okay, nothing special — the bed was extremely soft, which was honestly the best part of the room. Breakfast was consistently average. The coffee machines were often not working, and staff did not seem to know how to operate them either. We stayed for a full week and, surprisingly, they could not get a sunny-side-up egg right once. There was also never enough bacon, which became a daily frustration. The S’more Beach Bar & Restaurant was a highlight. The staff there were always friendly and welcoming, and the food was great. One thing to note is that during happy hour, drinks are served in smaller glasses than during the day, which felt a bit misleading. The private beach is very small, and there are not enough sunbeds. Many guests “reserve” beds early by placing towels on them, which should not be allowed, as it leaves others without seating. We made it clear in advance that we were celebrating our wedding anniversary and even emailed ahead, but the hotel did not go out of their way to make it special. Apart from folded towel swans on the bed, there was no gesture, acknowledgment, or effort. There was also no assistance with luggage at any point. A safety note: the beach has many hidden rocks, and there are no warnings. I badly injured my toe — guests should definitely wear water shoes. Entertainment is provided every night, including fire dances and live shows, which was nice. However, we did not find some of the staff (particularly the Thai girls we interacted with) to be very friendly, which impacted our enjoyment. Overall, this was an average stay. If you don’t mind the issues mentioned above, it may suit you, but for a milestone celebration like a 20th anniversary, it fell short of expectations."

Pros: The hotel parking lot is very large, so there is no need to worry if you visit with a private car. The hotel itself is very big, and the swimming pool facilities are excellent. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of food, and it was delicious and satisfying compared to other hotels. The surrounding infrastructure is very convenient, and the hotel offers clean rooms, a smart TV, a large balcony, beautiful sea views, and friendly staff. Overall, this hotel has many advantages. Cons: One downside is that the room itself is quite small. Inside the room, there is only one table and one chair, so there is not much space if you want to eat food or enjoy drinks with a partner or friend. Overall: Overall, this hotel has many strong points. The size of the hotel, cleanliness, and the surrounding infrastructure are all excellent compared to other hotels in Jomtien. However, the room size could be considered a drawback. If you book a larger room than the Deluxe Corner Sea View Room that I stayed in, you may be more satisfied with the space, but the value for money might decrease. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay. If I visit Jomtien again in the future, I would consider staying at this hotel again."
