The Location of this Hotel is amazingly convenient, the room is clean and well sized and one of the key highlights was that they took note of the special comment: It was me and my wife's honeymoon and they prepared something small but a special and sweet gesture for us that really set them apart. We stayed at this hotel as part of a greater Honeymoon trip around Greece and Turkey, by time time we got to AD Athens Luxury Room and Suites, they were our 4th stop for the honeymoon. We were at Cappadocia, Mykonos, Santorini prior all the hotels with about 3-4 days stay. When doing the booking, I made a note to indicate that this was our honeymoon trip hoping to get a small special surprise for my wife (she didn't know) something like, flower petals on the bed, or a towel that was nicely folded into a special design. Honestly nothing big or fancy. The other 3 hotels in the stops prior, I booked even more ”luxurious” rooms, spending up to $700 SGD a night at one of the locations but none of them ever did a small gesture to commemorate our special trip. Kudos to the Team at AD Athens for their attention to detail, it really means alot to me and my wife, we even brought back the Champagne Cork to remember this gesture. Apart from their service, the location and cleanliness of the room is top standard. It was our first time in Greece so we were abit more cautious and arranged an airport transfer with the hotel (you can do that they will help you seamlessly execute it) but on hindsight, we should have just taken the subway. It is literally right outside the station and by the Parthenon site, making it really accessible to food options, sight seeing and even shopping. Definitely a great hotel for first timers in Athens and I have no complaints about my stay.

MiraMe has the BEST shower we have ever experienced. THE BEST SHOWER! It comes with four different ' heads ' and the water pressure is extremely powerful so taking a shower after a hot day in Athens was an absolute joy. Usually the rainshower found in most hotels is weak, but MiraMe's jets are very forceful and steady water temperature. The other three ' heads ' are one for the chest, one for the butt and one for the legs. Then there is also one separate hand held shower head on the side. The shower room is spacious and drainage is smooth, and the door seals perfect so there is no worry of a leak. We cannot claim to be hotel experts but for the 30+ odd years of travelling and having stayed in over 60 hotels in many cities, we can vow loud and clear that MiraMe has really sourced the BEST shower model, and other hotels, even other leading hotels in the world should dump theirs and change them into MiraMe's. Locationwise, MiraMe also is very good. The main shopping districts are just 10 mins walk away where you can find famous brands as well as plenty of shoe shops. In the area are major bus stops , great variety of restaurants, cafes, ice cream parlours, pharmacies and other nice hotels. The room we had booked is ' deluxe family room with balcony ' that has a short flight of stairs leading to an attic for the 3rd person. It is a nice nook up there for some privacy with a bed and a sofa and an individual air con that provides a comfy temp. The balcony is small and not much view so we hardly used it. Breakfast is provided up on the rooftop bar cum lounge, where a young staff manned the place and served freshly made breakfast cooked to each guest's order every morning. The rooftop has a nice open view of the Acropolis and has very nice updated music that is cool but not too loud and wild. They also have a bar on the G/F serving drinks. The staff are all young and pleasant, polite and helpful and they try their best to help with restaurant bookings and recommendations etc. MiraMe is a clean and modern boutique hotel that provides sufficient toiletries to make the stay comfy and carefree. Housekeeping is discreet and the bedding is all clean and white, bath and hand towels and floors and things we touch are basically clean. Again, we cannot praise enough their wonderful shower that has to be the BEST in the whole world. The hotel is in a quiet street but in a very safe neighbourhood, so even if you return late everyone feels very secure and safe.

Os quartos deste hotel são bons pelo preço e a cama e os travesseiros eram confortáveis. O hotel fica perto de pontos turísticos como as áreas da Acrópole, Plaka e Monastiraki e, apesar disso, nosso quarto era bastante silencioso. O quarto tinha uma TV grande, um pequeno armário, uma estação de trabalho, frigobar, estação de chá/café e tinha um bom WiFi. A iluminação era boa e não muito forte e a janela deixava entrar muita luz natural durante o dia. Gostaríamos que a varanda tivesse algumas cadeiras porque é uma área agradável, mas o bar da cobertura compensa o que falta na varanda do quarto. O banheiro tinha uma ótima pressão de água e achei que este foi um dos melhores chuveiros que tive durante minha estada na Grécia. O xampu, o gel de banho e o sabonete cheiravam bem e tinham um toque de sal marinho durante a nossa estadia. As toalhas estavam limpas e macias. Achamos que o chuveiro poderia ser melhorado, pois é um pouco pequeno e vazava água pelas portas, então tivemos que colocar uma toalha para ajudar com a água. O bar da cobertura é fantástico e eles tinham uma boa variedade de coquetéis bem feitos e algumas opções sem álcool. Vale a pena conferir e está aberto 24 horas por dia, 7 dias por semana, mas o bar funciona das 18h à meia-noite. Eles também tinham algumas boas opções de comida, mas achamos que você pagaria um prêmio aqui pelas bebidas e comida em comparação com outros restaurantes da região. Achamos que a vista justificava, pois dá uma das melhores vistas da Acrópole e também desfrutamos de um pôr do sol muito bonito. O café da manhã era decente e tinha variedade suficiente. Havia alimentos básicos para o café da manhã, como pão, cereais, salsichas, ovos mexidos e ovos cozidos. Eles também comeram algumas saladas, legumes, fatias de frutas e algumas frutas em conserva. Eles tinham uma boa seleção de itens de café da manhã grego, como iogurte, mel, tortas de queijo e espinafre e algumas sobremesas. A estação de bebidas incluía máquina de fazer café, suco e água. A equipe com quem interagimos foi acolhedora e eficiente. Pagamos o imposto municipal na chegada e recebemos rapidamente as chaves do quarto. No café da manhã, uma senhora veio nos visitar e a outros hóspedes para nos perguntar sobre nossa estadia e conversou com outros hóspedes em outros idiomas. O hotel dispõe de serviço de lavanderia e armazenamento de bagagem e, se tivéssemos ficado mais tempo aqui, consideraríamos experimentá-los. Esta foi uma boa estadia em Atenas e ficamos satisfeitos com o preço em março. Gostamos de estar cercados por cafés, restaurantes e lojas e de estar muito perto dos principais pontos turísticos de Atenas. Há também algumas lojas de conveniência e mercearias nas proximidades, mas muitas fecharam por volta das 21h durante a nossa estadia. A estação de metrô Monastiraki também fica muito próxima e leva cerca de uma hora para chegar do aeroporto. Você também pode continuar usando o metrô para se locomover pela área, mas achamos que é bastante acessível para as atividades que queríamos fazer.

This was a great stay for us and our family. The hotel is conveniently located near many popular sights and eateries in Athens and most were within a 10-20 minute walk. The nearby Monastiraki metro station made it easy to get to and from the airport as well. The rooms are nicely appointed with a couple of chairs, work station, coffee/tea station, closet, mini fridge and TV. The beds were small but comfy enough. Our family had a 2 and 3 bed rooms and we found the 2 bed room was a lot more spacious. The bathrooms in both were small but we appreciated that the hot water came on quickly and there was a small window for ventilation. Our room was quiet at night but our family noted street noise on the lower floors. The elevators were often tricky to catch as they are small but we appreciated it when we didn't feel like the climb to the sixth floor. The amenities at the hotel were good for the price. The roof top patio and bar area was a highlight and we enjoyed a couple of afternoons up here watching the sun set and the lights turn on at the Acropolis. The prices of the bar were inexpensive and they had a good variety of options. There was a sitting room that had tea and coffee midday and they kept it open in the evening so we were able to sit together and talk. They had laundry service, baggage storage and could help arrange tours or car hires as well at the front desk with their friendly and welcoming staff. The breakfast at this hotel was very good for the price. They had something for everyone and lots of place to sit. Highlights for us were the Greek yoghurt and the spinach and feta stuffed pastries. They also had mini sausages, bacon, scrambled eggs, feta cheese, cucumber, tomatoes, breads, baklava, croissants, dried fruits, fresh fruits, juices and a coffee machine. We looked forward to breakfast each morning. The hotel provided a good base for exploring and was centrally located. We would say if you're looking to save money and have a good breakfast to start your day in Athens this hotel is a good choice.

First of all, the hotel staff are so nice incl. receptionists, breakfast lady, room attendants, etc. They all smile at you and greet you, very polite and helpful. We also booked 1 triple room for 3 adults but they gave us 2 double rooms with the same price of course although they had to move us to ground floor the 2nd day due to some electrical defaults in one of the rooms as it was newly renovated, which didnt bother us at all. We happily moved. Also free water bottles in the fridge included, all the necessary amenities were there, no kettle to boil water or cups for hot drinks were provided in the room but if you ask them, hot water provided at the hotel reception 24/7 also free tea, coffee and hot water for all guests provided from 3-9pm! Rooms were decent sized with comfy and clean beds, daily room service, breakfast was good and plenty and included in the room price, so cant complain! More hot food options would have been nice but it was continental which still was adequate. 5/5 stars

Review for NYX Esperia Palace Athens – Luxurious Stay with a Few Caveats We stayed at NYX Esperia Palace Athens for four full days – two couples, each in an Executive Suite with access to the business lounge. The welcome was warm and efficient, and we received our rooms exactly at 3:00 PM, as per hotel policy. The suites were clean, stylish, and well-equipped with amenities such as disposable toothbrushes, shaving kits, loofahs, a hairdryer, and more. One of our suites, located on the 7th floor, even had a partial view of the Acropolis, which was a lovely bonus. The room’s climate, lighting, and curtains were all operated through digital controls, designed to pamper guests — although, in practice, they were not very intuitive and required a bit of trial and error. For instance, turning off the bedside light required getting up and walking to a control panel. The TV included Israeli channels (11, 12, and 13), which we appreciated. Breakfast on the 10th floor was excellent, offering a wide variety of high-quality options, and the waiter service was above average. One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional care provided by Ilia, the hotel's Public Relations Manager. She guided us almost from the moment we arrived until we left — recommending excellent tavernas, booking taxis, restaurants, and arranging a private guided tour. On our last day, we were also warmly greeted by Dionysia in the lounge — charming and attentive. That said, there were some drawbacks: Reception service was inconsistent – not all staff members were welcoming; some appeared cold or offered forced smiles. The business lounge was disappointing – small, crowded, with modest food and drink offerings and uninspiring seating. It felt more like a repurposed room than a proper lounge. The pools require advance reservation, with no room for spontaneity. Usage hours are segmented (e.g., 1–4 PM or 4–7 PM), and spots after 7 PM are very limited. The rooftop pool area is crowded, and the adjacent restaurant is also open to non-guests. Rooftop restaurant experience: One evening we returned from a night out and hoped to enjoy a drink with a view. Although two front-row tables overlooking the Acropolis were available, we were initially told they were reserved. Minutes later, we were informed we could sit there for a €25 minimum spend per person. The sudden shift from ”reserved” to ”available for a price” was off-putting — especially as hotel guests staying in suites. The guided tour recommended by the hotel involved nearly 4 hours of driving during a 5-hour trip, leaving us with very little time at each stop. We suggest skipping it. Bottom line: The hotel is modern, very clean, and the suites are luxurious. Service is mostly excellent, particularly thanks to Ilia and Dionysia. However, don't count on spontaneous access to the pool or rooftop restaurant — enjoying those requires planning ahead, much like booking a theater show. If you value well-designed suites and structured experiences, this hotel may be a great fit. If you’re looking for flexibility and full-day pampering from hotel facilities — you might find it a bit limiting.

A localização é excelente. Você estará hospedado em uma rua tranquila, então poderá relaxar e dormir sem ser incomodado pelo barulho externo. O chuveiro é bom e pode ser pendurado. Há um elevador e até mesmo um elevador de escadas. Ao lado da recepção, há um pequeno bar onde você pode pedir algo quente, frio ou forte para beber. Café e bolo gratuitos também estão disponíveis na cozinha todas as manhãs. Todos os quartos são arrumados e limpos. A equipe é muito simpática e prestativa. Fiquei aqui por duas noites, mas definitivamente poderia ter ficado mais tempo. Recomendo esta acomodação. Infelizmente, não tenho fotos de todos os quartos, mas aqui estão algumas impressões.

我不知道為何看到有人因為只給一瓶水而負評。在歐洲一般都喝水龍頭水，酒店也在水龍頭告知水是可以直接喝的。 這個酒店除了位置不是非常市中心（但到哪裡都是走路能到的距離，包含地鐵站），其他一切都很好。 距離大街的房間可能不是非常安靜，但還在能接受的噪音範圍。房間空調制冷正常，風聲很小。 備品完整，包含牙刷牙膏、拖鞋等。設施與清潔很棒，國際標準。服務一流。枕頭有兩種尺寸，高軟or硬薄，這一點很多星級酒店都還要另外叫房務送。很加分。 總體來說我花90美元（含10歐的城市稅）訂購到一晚，非常超值。房間本身有150-180美元的價值。（只要你願意多走10分鐘）

It was a really pleasant stay at the Brown hotel. Excellent location, really kind stuff. Room was clean and warm. And the manager Stive is there to make a difference in the positive way with all his help. Enjoy
