Hotéis Hot Springs em Oita Prefecture, Japan

The hotel's location is fantastic, making it very convenient for both transportation and shopping. The express bus terminal is also nearby. To reach the front desk, simply exit Oita ZR Station North Exit, turn right, go through a small door, and take the elevator up to the 8th floor. Check-in is available from 2 PM. Our room was quite spacious, located at the end of the hallway and featuring large windows on two walls. Unfortunately, they were sealed shut, preventing ventilation, but the air conditioning worked perfectly. The entire hotel was very clean. Despite our three-day stay, the staff promptly replaced our yukata and towels, provided bottled water, and offered warm, attentive service throughout. Breakfast was both plentiful and exquisitely presented, featuring beautiful seasonal Japanese bento boxes. Vending machines and ice makers are conveniently located on floors such as 11 and 14. Across from the front desk, complimentary toiletries and skincare products are available for guests to take as needed. The onsen was spotless and well-maintained, with excellent service. We absolutely loved the convenience of being able to dine directly after our bath. Soaking in the top-floor bath while enjoying the panoramic city views was incredibly relaxing.

I stayed in Beppu for 4 nights, trying different onsens at different hotels.Tsuruta was my last Beppu hotel. Although the room i stayed in is rather dated and items worn out, all necessary equipment are working very well, i stayed at a newer 4.5 star hotel prior and the air-conditioner, hair dryer and toilet exhaust were noisy and faulty, while in the older Tsuruta where everything works well! This don't judge a book by its cover, older hotels is just as good! I've attached a photo of the park and harbour view from my room at Tsuruta.

Location of the hotel is great. I came from Hiroshima. The journey is very long. I stayed 3 nights here. Breakfast was kinda okay, they have alot of spread. I paid for 1 x breakfast at 3300 yen. Personally i feel the price can be lower. Afew items to highlights were Tempura prawn, mentaiko, corn soup, soba and grilled beef. They have welcome drink (tea/coffee/soft drinks) for certain hours. Topup 1000 yen you can get unlimited alcohol. The location of the hotel is excellent, close to the station. And also they have 2 properties . Next to each other. There’s 6 laudry machines. A sky pool, sauna and indoor bath (onsen). I can see the hotel emphasis/uses alot of technology . Your door card can be paid for many things (laundry and vending machine) including partner restaurants outside the hotels. Where you can charge the expenses to your room. There’s a touch pad in the room, for you go control lighting, air conditioning , check hotel information and even control the TV. The only downside is the touchpad is very bright. It takes too long for it to go into idle mode. The cast and mirroring was lagging for me. As for the wifi, i find it weird that it only allows in my room. I had not as for the hotel wide wifi, not sure if there’s one. The room wifi was okay. The pool on the roof was great . You can see almost the whole beppu. Sadly I did not take photos of it. It was very chill . I would definitely stay here again just for the pool and onsen. The room clothes hangers were kinda little. There’s only 4 of them. The ice machine is at L2 inbetween the fitness center and the laundry. I would like to suggest to relocate it. As it is located directly next to the smoking room. And both times I am there to collect the ice with the cup provided, I almost out of breath from the cigarette. The Washing machine had locking mechanism on it, so other guests would not take your clothes. Select checkout was brilliant, they have 2 counters for it. I ate a breakfast, did 2 laundry and one vending machine. It was calculated perfectly. The staff at the reception were very helpful . Overall the stay was good! Will stay again if I am in Beppu. Este é o melhor hotel em que já me hospedei, provavelmente por ser muito novo. Fiquei extremamente satisfeita com todas as comodidades do meu quarto. O espaço era ótimo, e ter cozinha e máquina de lavar foi um grande diferencial. Há também um onsen na cobertura disponível para os hóspedes, o qual eu realmente gostei. Adorei as bebidas de boas-vindas gratuitas na entrada! Sinceramente, queria poder levar a máquina para casa! No geral, a estadia foi muito confortável. Se eu pudesse dar uma sugestão, seria melhorar um pouco a privacidade do onsen, já que ainda é possível ver o interior a partir da entrada, o que pode causar alguma preocupação com a privacidade.

Reservamos o tipo de quarto ocidental Sora, que foi descrito como tendo duas camas de casal e três camas futon. No entanto, ao chegar, não vi nenhuma cama futon no quarto nem elas foram oferecidas. Em termos de serviço, esperava uma melhor introdução aos quartos, dado o preço que estou pagando. Recebemos uma introdução muito simples à área comum, mas não recebemos um tour pelo quarto mostrando onde as coisas estão localizadas, qual Yukata usar dentro e fora de casa, etc. Paguei um preço semelhante por outro hotel onsen onde fomos muito bem recebidos ao chegar. Pedimos café da manhã no quarto para mais privacidade e, embora pudéssemos fazer isso pela metade do preço em outros hotéis em Fukuoka, a equipe não pareceu entender quando perguntamos sobre isso. No geral, as comodidades e o quarto são muito bons, mas em termos de serviço, é imprevisível.

Had a very relaxing stay here. The place is super quiet and peaceful, and the staff were really nice and explained everything clearly. We stayed for 2 nights with dinner included. The dinner set had good options, but you HAVE to try the cheesecake! It’s honestly the best I’ve ever had—so soft, rich, and moist. The portion was huge too! The room was quite big and the hot spring was very comfy. Just a couple of small things: the view from the bath isn't much even with the door open, and the shower/tub area was way too dark. It felt like I was showering in the dark! Overall a great experience, especially for the food and the service.

The room I chose to stay in was a mix of modern and traditional Japanese style. The staff provided good service, and the hotel was quite clean. Amenities and Japanese-style robes were available for self-service near the elevator. There are two onsen baths, both indoor and outdoor. The hotel is located by the sea, not far from Beppu Tower and nearby restaurants. The parking area can accommodate multiple cars, and there is no additional charge for parking.

Walking distance within 5 mins to JR or bus station . Very convenient with lot of restaurant nearby . Plan ur trip without hassle for logistic . U wan JR , just 5 min , u wan main bus terminal , just 5 min . Am definitely will stay again if i revisit beppu again . Last a full skincare regime for free at lobby . Least ur hassle to bring all . Remember if u stay here no need to bring ur skin care ya .

I found the public onsen small not enough facilities and amenities. Befire, all other onsen I stayed usually provide drinks juices and ice cream. but here, after the sauna I didn't see a bottle of water !. and the rubbish bin for so full and the water refill was empty. secondly, we booked dinner 2 x but the food is just average and the size portion is small. not as good as others I stayed before in Japan.

The place is a bit far from the Yufuin station. It was a long walk. Recommend to take a taxi which costs about ¥750. There are private and public onsen to choose from. The public one has better view. Dinner and breakfast were good.
