Hotel location: Close to Jiaoxi train station, about an 8-minute walk to the hotel. Downstairs from the hotel, there are many food stalls and souvenir shops, making the location excellent. Hotel service: The staff were very friendly and helped us store our luggage, and explained how to use the public baths. The public baths switch locations daily, so we got to try both of them. Room hygiene: The room wasn't very spacious, but the bathroom was very clean, and the in-room hot spring bath was great. Good restaurants nearby: Yishunxuan, Yuren Babao Dongfen, Chuanwu Izakaya

A famous hot spring hotel in Zhiben Hot Spring District, it has a beautiful environment and is large, with many hot spring pools for you to soak in. The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast buffet was quite rich. It is also convenient to buy drinks and snacks near 7-11.

They had great variety of breakfast options, i'd give 4.5/5. Their indoor hot spring bathtub was amazing 5/5. Room was spacious and clean. Gym equipments could do much much better given that the rest of the hotel facilities are very good. for gym 1/5. Location was good, just 5 minutes walk from bus station. 10-15 minutes walk from restaurants. They offer bike rentals aswell. Overall had a pleasant experience.

recently stayed at Just Sleep Jiaoxi and had a very enjoyable and comfortable visit. As two older adults, we really appreciated how convenient the hotel’s location was—close to the main attractions, food options, and the train station, yet still peaceful enough for proper rest. The room was clean, well-kept, and pleasantly spacious. The in-room hot spring bath was a highlight for us. It was easy to use, very relaxing, and perfect for soothing tired muscles at the end of the day. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and we slept well throughout our stay. The staff were friendly, patient, and always ready to help with directions and suggestions. They never made us feel rushed and were consistently warm and professional. Breakfast offered a nice variety, with simple but tasty options that suited us well. We also appreciated how smoothly everything was managed—from check-in to housekeeping. Overall, Just Sleep Jiaoxi gave us a relaxing, fuss-free stay with great value. We wouldn’t hesitate to return on our next visit to Jiaoxi.

The hotel is honestly overrated. Although it’s quite comfortable I wouldn’t have booked it if I knew they didn’t have hot springs inside, although it’s mentioned in description. Check in process was all online and quite smooth if you do it beforehand, it was convenient that you can leave your luggage before actual check in and after. The location is quite distant from train station , if you plan to move around a lot you’d better find a better option. Overall it was good experience but it seemed to me you can get more for this price in other hotels. And be prepared, your room might face inner garden (another building- which makes it a choice to have inner lights or face other windows right out of your bed)

We had a wonderful stay at Beitou Hot Spring Resort! It was perfect for a relaxing couple retreat — the private room with hot spring bath, sauna, and steam room made it extra special. Everything was clean and comfortable. Thank you for the free upgrade, it really made our stay even more enjoyable! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in Beitou.

The service staff are very friendly and welcoming. The location is super convenient, right outside the door is the Ita Thao shopping street. The food at the Chinese restaurant is high quality, and the prices are very reasonable. While the buffet doesn't have a huge selection, the items are refined and well above average. The room cleanliness is excellent, and the bed is just the right softness, making for a very comfortable sleep. The room comes with a hot spring tub, and the water pressure is good, so it fills up quickly without a long wait. The food and cocktails at the ground floor bar are also professionally made (the ¥300 discount for guests on cocktails is a nice touch!). This is a hotel I would definitely bring my family and friends back to enjoy again! Highly recommended!

First, some minor drawbacks: The toilets are bidet toilets, but there was some yellow limescale. The yellow bath towels provided by the pool were a bit worn. Next, the amenities: The hotel has a spa pool, sauna, and sauna, which are very relaxing; you can stay up all night. Breakfast was surprisingly delicious, with rice milk and corn chowder. The vegetables from the local farmer's grandma were very fresh and tasty. Parking is convenient. I recommend staying here when visiting Taitung!

The room and check-in process were pretty decent; the room was well-maintained. However, the quality of the afternoon tea and late-night snacks has been getting worse and worse. If you can't offer good quality, it's better not to offer anything at all rather than serving subpar food. This is definitely a point deduction.

I've stayed here so many times! After comparing a few places, I still prefer this one because the facilities are very complete. Plus, the room I got this time was even bigger than last time. Hygiene: Very clean. Service: The security guards at the entrance are very nice, polite, and provide excellent service. Free mini-bar: They even provide Yilan's local specialty ox-tongue pastries and Sanxing scallion crackers! Handicraft workshop: This time I made a woven bracelet.
