There is not much of an issue to settle your meals, as there are various eateries just behind the hotel. Train station is about 7-8mins walk, and 文殊院 is about a 10 - 15-minute walk The service crews are youthful, prompt to assist you and always available at the counter

My family and i were pleased with this hotel, it was great value for money, breakfast selection was one of the better ones that i’ve had on this trip. The outdoor hot spring was lovely. Service was top-notch if not for this next point. Guests were allowed to smoke in the lobby despite it being a no-smoking lobby. Even when I went to the front desk to highlight it to them, they did not do anything. This was massively disappointing for me. Otherwise, location was great, near some eateries. Service staff was always nice and helpful. Enjoyed my stay here!!

1) Reception closes after 12am which makes enquiries cumbersome if you don’t have a china mobile. 2) Only 1 washing machine and dryer to accommodate the whole hotel needs. 3) Hot Spring at the hotel only opens from 5pm to 9pm and advance booking of 30 mins have to be made which makes planning difficult 4) Location is prime as it need to the valley park but beware that you will be getting a lot of noise pollution from both cars and human traffic. The lack of city planning causes a lot of congestion.

The beds are 2x 1.5m so suit my family (3 adults) and very good value for money in this case compared to family rooms in other hotels. Bathroom sink in the first room given had a small crack and there’s some construction material next door on the found. so the staff patiently helped me to choose another room facing the front. Aircon and bathroom all worked really well. I went to the hot spring for both nights, very relaxing. I rented ******* clothe for a day to go to the scenery site and there’s a lady set up in the lobby to do makeup and hair beading for a charge. The fee is quite reasonable. Breakfast had lots of options with some local things, definitely up to five star standard. I think this place is under rated. This was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at! It was not just accommodation but an experience! Thoughtfully prepared environment, coupons for tea, a photoshoot - the whole experience was rejuvenating and made me feel so special On the last day the owner waited for my taxi with me and made it feel like a family member was seeing me off Must stay! Great location! Great breakfast and a heavenly bed!!!

I don’t like the shower and bathtub in one. Especially the bathtub is very deep, not easy for getting in and out. Also, the bathroom door is sliding door which can not close properly for some reason
