I stayed at Bipeng Seasonspring Resort and it was honestly a beautiful and artistic hotel. The room was extremely lovely, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with automatic curtains, an electric fireplace, and heated floors. The hotel itself feels very high-tech and luxurious. Even small details stood out — when we requested batteries for the remote, the hotel sent them using a delivery robot, which was a fun and impressive experience. The toilet was also very modern, with blue lighting and automatic flushing, which added to the overall comfort. The staff were excellent, and when we arrived, they were able to communicate in English clearly and confidently, which made things much easier for international guests. What truly stood out the most about this hotel was the transport and service support. The hotel provides pickup and drop-off service by car to the ticket office, which was incredibly convenient. When we arrived by bus at the ticket office, I contacted the staff via WeChat, asking if they could pick us up. In less than five minutes, they immediately sent a staff member to collect us. The next day, they also sent us back to the ticket counter, and after we finished sightseeing in Bipenggou, the staff even helped transport our luggage. Communication through WeChat was very smooth and fast throughout our stay. I would genuinely give 10 stars for the driver service alone. The driver was a young man who was extremely patient, polite, and professional. His service made our experience much more comfortable and stress-free, and he truly deserves recognition. There were only a few minor drawbacks. The water dispenser in the room was extremely slow, making it difficult to even fill a thermos. Also, although the room had heated flooring, it still felt slightly cold at times. However, these were very minor issues compared to how beautiful and well-designed the room was. The main area that could be improved is breakfast. As more Malaysians are visiting China, especially Muslim travelers, I sincerely suggest the hotel add more vegetable and fruit options, as well as a wider selection of toast or bread. Many Malaysian Muslims cannot consume stir-fried dishes, even if they are vegetables, so having more simple, non–stir-fried options would make breakfast much more inclusive and enjoyable. Overall, Bipeng Seasonspring Resort is an exceptional hotel with stunning rooms, advanced facilities, and outstanding service. With some improvement to the breakfast options, it would easily be close to perfect, especially for Malaysian and Muslim travelers.

The location is good. It is a walking distance from Baoguoshi bus station. There are mold patches in the bathroom. I stay near the stairs and I can clearly hear any noise coming from there. The sound proof is really terrible. The public onsen is located on another building's ground floor and has no privacy as just next to the street.

Apologies, I promised the owner I'd leave a review sooner, but I completely forgot once I returned to Chengdu. The hotel is nestled deep within the Bifengxia scenic area, a high-end guesthouse that beautifully blends old structures with newly built sections. We stayed in the 'Fuyao Zhi' room (pictured in the second image), which I believe is part of the newer section and incredibly stylish. The large windows offer stunning views of distant mountains and another traditional residence. The hotel boasts excellent facilities, including various indoor activities (like calligraphy copying and tea ceremonies) and an outdoor forest activity space surrounded by tea gardens (featuring treehouses, trampolines, etc.). The front area also offers outdoor activities such as bonfires, barbecues, and karaoke. All the staff, especially the guy at the front desk in the burgundy sweater, were incredibly enthusiastic. The housekeeping was also meticulously done. The young man with glasses who handled our transfers to and from the Bifengxia scenic area was incredibly punctual. It's clear that both the staff and the owner put a tremendous amount of effort and passion into their guests and the guesthouse, which was the most impressive aspect for me. While the overall price point is on the higher side for Bifengxia, the experience was absolutely outstanding. I can honestly say that this stay elevated the joy and comfort of our entire Bifengxia trip.

Este hotel realmente incorporou as 'necessidades do viajante preguiçoso' em seus serviços✨ Fui passear e comer na Kuaixinglou Street, e ficar no Yueya Zhizhen me fez não querer ir embora! Fica a 5 minutos a pé da Kuanzhai Alley, e o melhor é que as 5 configurações incríveis me conquistaram totalmente~ A academia 24h tem equipamentos super completos, depois de um dia de passeios e comidas, dá pra fazer umas séries. A vista da rua pela janela de vidro é super relaxante; a lavanderia self-service com secadora deixa as roupas cheirosas e macias, dá pra ficar uma semana sem precisar levar muita bagagem; o café da manhã é uma mistura de Sichuan e Cantonês, o chaoshou é delicioso e os dim sum cantoneses são autênticos. Eles só recolhem a comida às 12h, perfeito para quem gosta de dormir até tarde! O mais surpreendente é o terraço na cobertura e a sauna com onsen! À noite, no terraço, dá para sentir a brisa e ver as lanternas da Kuaixinglou Street acenderem, criando uma atmosfera incrível; a temperatura da sauna é perfeita, e depois do onsen, a sensação é de total relaxamento, mais agradável do que visitar pontos turísticos~ Na próxima vez que vier a Chengdu, vou ficar aqui de novo! This hotel is located just a short 10-minute drive from the Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area entrance, with the added convenience of a complimentary shuttle bus service. It’s a cosy and well-designed stay enhanced by a smart home system—it was fun giving instructions to 小T! Our room had a lovely view of the mountains and a clear river, which made the experience even more special. While we had a heater issue on the first night, the night staff (unfortunately didn’t get his name) responded quickly and followed up. The issue was resolved the next day. There was also a door lock issue that remained unresolved during our stay. Despite these minor issues, our overall experience was excellent. The staff were friendly, helpful, and very responsive to all our requests. A special mention to the chef who was warm and chatty—he even recommended great dinner spots nearby. Breakfast was included; the spread was small but sufficient. Would recommend this place for a comfortable stay near Jiuzhaigou!

The hotel is not far from Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area, and there's a bus stop nearby, which is very convenient. The hotel environment is elegant, and there are many dining options nearby. The front desk staff was very nice; on the day we arrived, we were experiencing some altitude sickness after coming down from Huanglong, and she explained many precautions to us. The hot spring is on the fourth floor, and the hotel will notify you via WeChat when it's ready.

Perfect spot for a vacation with beautiful rooms and views. Good location with several good food locations within walking distance. Clean rooms with friendly staff. Will recommend to stay, will visit again.

This stay experience is really far beyond expectations, I really recommend it to everyone! The overall environment of the hotel is full, the public areas are exquisitely furnished and elegant, the places are well organized, the sanitation is particularly in place, the corners of the room and the public leisure area are clean, no smell and no debris, and the living is particularly comfortable. The most surprising thing is that the hotel is a solid one-stop service for eating, drinking and playing. The supporting facilities are super complete, and there is no need to go out for food and pastime. Chinese food tastes authentic, fresh ingredients, authentic hot pot tastes, rich ingredients, leisure time can also experience the atmosphere full of tea in the stove, there are cafes, bars, whether it is dinner, leisure nap or night relaxation, all needs can be met in one stop. No extra place to find, travel is worry-free and effort-saving. In the evening, I went to the hotel's small bar to sit for a while, and the atmosphere was directly full! The boss will play the guitar and sing on the spot. The singing is gentle and nice. The atmosphere is just right. The immersive listening to songs is particularly healing and unloading all the fatigue of the journey. The service attitude is also very good during the whole stay, the staff is warm and caring, the overall travel experience is directly full, and the whole process is comfortable and comfortable. I have made an appointment with my friends, and I will definitely brush it again in a month. I really recommend it to friends who are on vacation!

We are so glad that we picked this hotel. The hotel is stunning. We arrived late and were glad that hotpot was available in the hotel restaurant as it was freezing cool outside. We enjoyed our dinner in the beautiful restaurant. Our room was stunning. The beds were super comfortable. The heater was great. No issues with the room temperature. We slept like a baby after a two and half hours journey from Siguniang. The young staff members were helpful and attentive. Our experience in this hotel has exceeded our expectations. Sadly, we only stayed a night. We would love to revisit. Note: The hotel is only a few minutes walk away from the Bippengou scenic park entrance .

Brilliant hotel. We had our own onsen in the room, they provide jasmine tea to add to the water which is great for your skin. Close to the station and there’s a massive mall within walking distance. We needed help tracking down some lost luggage at the train station. The manager went out of his way to help contact the station and follow up with them later in the day. His English was superb. Fantastic service! Highly recommend staying here.
