I stayed at Bipeng Seasonspring Resort and it was honestly a beautiful and artistic hotel. The room was extremely lovely, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with automatic curtains, an electric fireplace, and heated floors. The hotel itself feels very high-tech and luxurious. Even small details stood out — when we requested batteries for the remote, the hotel sent them using a delivery robot, which was a fun and impressive experience. The toilet was also very modern, with blue lighting and automatic flushing, which added to the overall comfort. The staff were excellent, and when we arrived, they were able to communicate in English clearly and confidently, which made things much easier for international guests. What truly stood out the most about this hotel was the transport and service support. The hotel provides pickup and drop-off service by car to the ticket office, which was incredibly convenient. When we arrived by bus at the ticket office, I contacted the staff via WeChat, asking if they could pick us up. In less than five minutes, they immediately sent a staff member to collect us. The next day, they also sent us back to the ticket counter, and after we finished sightseeing in Bipenggou, the staff even helped transport our luggage. Communication through WeChat was very smooth and fast throughout our stay. I would genuinely give 10 stars for the driver service alone. The driver was a young man who was extremely patient, polite, and professional. His service made our experience much more comfortable and stress-free, and he truly deserves recognition. There were only a few minor drawbacks. The water dispenser in the room was extremely slow, making it difficult to even fill a thermos. Also, although the room had heated flooring, it still felt slightly cold at times. However, these were very minor issues compared to how beautiful and well-designed the room was. The main area that could be improved is breakfast. As more Malaysians are visiting China, especially Muslim travelers, I sincerely suggest the hotel add more vegetable and fruit options, as well as a wider selection of toast or bread. Many Malaysian Muslims cannot consume stir-fried dishes, even if they are vegetables, so having more simple, non–stir-fried options would make breakfast much more inclusive and enjoyable. Overall, Bipeng Seasonspring Resort is an exceptional hotel with stunning rooms, advanced facilities, and outstanding service. With some improvement to the breakfast options, it would easily be close to perfect, especially for Malaysian and Muslim travelers.

The location is good. It is a walking distance from Baoguoshi bus station. There are mold patches in the bathroom. I stay near the stairs and I can clearly hear any noise coming from there. The sound proof is really terrible. The public onsen is located on another building's ground floor and has no privacy as just next to the street.

Apologies, I promised the owner I'd leave a review sooner, but I completely forgot once I returned to Chengdu. The hotel is nestled deep within the Bifengxia scenic area, a high-end guesthouse that beautifully blends old structures with newly built sections. We stayed in the 'Fuyao Zhi' room (pictured in the second image), which I believe is part of the newer section and incredibly stylish. The large windows offer stunning views of distant mountains and another traditional residence. The hotel boasts excellent facilities, including various indoor activities (like calligraphy copying and tea ceremonies) and an outdoor forest activity space surrounded by tea gardens (featuring treehouses, trampolines, etc.). The front area also offers outdoor activities such as bonfires, barbecues, and karaoke. All the staff, especially the guy at the front desk in the burgundy sweater, were incredibly enthusiastic. The housekeeping was also meticulously done. The young man with glasses who handled our transfers to and from the Bifengxia scenic area was incredibly punctual. It's clear that both the staff and the owner put a tremendous amount of effort and passion into their guests and the guesthouse, which was the most impressive aspect for me. While the overall price point is on the higher side for Bifengxia, the experience was absolutely outstanding. I can honestly say that this stay elevated the joy and comfort of our entire Bifengxia trip.

Fica a 5 minutos a pé da Kuanzhai Alley, e o melhor é que as 5 configurações incríveis me conquistaram totalmente~ A academia 24h tem equipamentos super completos, depois de um dia de passeios e comidas, dá pra fazer umas séries. A vista da rua pela janela de vidro é super relaxante; a lavanderia self-service com secadora deixa as roupas cheirosas e macias, dá pra ficar uma semana sem precisar levar muita bagagem; o café da manhã é uma mistura de Sichuan e Cantonês, o chaoshou é delicioso e os dim sum cantoneses são autênticos. Eles só recolhem a comida às 12h, perfeito para quem gosta de dormir até tarde! O mais surpreendente é o terraço na cobertura e a sauna com onsen! À noite, no terraço, dá para sentir a brisa e ver as lanternas da Kuaixinglou Street acenderem, criando uma atmosfera incrível; a temperatura da sauna é perfeita, e depois do onsen, a sensação é de total relaxamento, mais agradável do que visitar pontos turísticos~ Na próxima vez que vier a Chengdu, vou ficar aqui de novo! The hotel is not far from Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area, and there's a bus stop nearby, which is very convenient. The hotel environment is elegant, and there are many dining options nearby. The front desk staff was very nice; on the day we arrived, we were experiencing some altitude sickness after coming down from Huanglong, and she explained many precautions to us. The hot spring is on the fourth floor, and the hotel will notify you via WeChat when it's ready.

Perfect spot for a vacation with beautiful rooms and views. Good location with several good food locations within walking distance. Clean rooms with friendly staff. Will recommend to stay, will visit again.

The homestay recommended by friends, I heard them say that it opened in March this year. I really didn't step on the thunder when I came to this homestay. It is very comfortable to live as a consumer as a whole. I really recommend it to everyone. The location is also very easy to find. The homestay I stayed in this time really exceeded expectations. The experience was full. I must come to seriously praise 😊 I was pleasantly surprised when I first arrived at the door of the homestay. The staff enthusiastically presented us with Hada. There was a sense of ritual in an instant. Warm, I felt the local sincerity at once. The whole process is a butler service. From check-in to check-out, there is any problem on call, don't worry about anything yourself, especially worry-free. Arrived at night, there is a bar, especially suitable for punching in. The bartender is a handsome guy, and the wine is super delicious. The boss also played the guitar to us to listen to 😊. It was very atmospheric. In the morning, the housekeeper sent Jiugongge breakfast. Open the curtains and you will see the snow-capped mountains. The Chinese food hot pot afternoon tea and coffee are all available. I ate Sichuan cuisine at noon. The taste is very good. The coffee is also very mellow. I originally planned to go to the scenic spot in the afternoon. But they are so beautiful here. I don't want to leave. I have afternoon tea here and punch in and take pictures. I have hot pot dishes in the evening. The taste is fresh. The price is really high. I usually live in other places. I can’t compare it here. I will come here again next time. I heard from the boss that 6.7 month can also come here to pick cherries 🍒 and come back later 😊 Conscience recommends to friends, it’s really good to exceed the film haha

We are so glad that we picked this hotel. The hotel is stunning. We arrived late and were glad that hotpot was available in the hotel restaurant as it was freezing cool outside. We enjoyed our dinner in the beautiful restaurant. Our room was stunning. The beds were super comfortable. The heater was great. No issues with the room temperature. We slept like a baby after a two and half hours journey from Siguniang. The young staff members were helpful and attentive. Our experience in this hotel has exceeded our expectations. Sadly, we only stayed a night. We would love to revisit. Note: The hotel is only a few minutes walk away from the Bippengou scenic park entrance .

Brilliant hotel. We had our own onsen in the room, they provide jasmine tea to add to the water which is great for your skin. Close to the station and there’s a massive mall within walking distance. We needed help tracking down some lost luggage at the train station. The manager went out of his way to help contact the station and follow up with them later in the day. His English was superb. Fantastic service! Highly recommend staying here.

This a snugly, delightful and welcoming home-style hotel. Perfect for winter months, as the room is pleasantly comfortable has floor heating, has a fantastic shower where the water is hot, the beds and bedding are snug, parking is available and the general facilities are great. The rooms are cozy and hygienic, not a spot/ hair found on the white bedding, and bath towels were fresh and clean, with all noted products placed in the room. There was a bath and shower in the room I booked, with a cute little outside area in front of the door. The receptionists are friendly and extremely helpful. They go the extra mile by doing their best to assist with questions and giving assistance as needed. Translation services are used. I arrived at the hotel after 11pm and someone was there to receive me and help me order food. I was helped with advice about traveling, restaurants, bookings and even escorted to a yummy restaurant close by. The only thing I didn't appreciate was the smart toilet, that flushes as soon as you sit down, and doesn't flush down everything. Breakfast is available at this hotel as well as drop off services, if the vehicle is available. There are also many shops and restaurants around, making it a convenient place to stay. There's a free treat to have photos taken in ******* style clothing, though I strongly recommend paying the cost effective fee (150 yuan) if you want better quality clothing to model in (greater variety to choose from), and have a lovely pictures taken. The hotel has stunning backdrops for these. Make up services (with some jewelry) is also available for the photo shoot. It's easily accessible as it’s very close to the hotel. ( 1.5 minute walk), and there’s a WeChat contact number to add, or the friendly hotel receptionists will arrange it for you quickly. I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Oh! And the cute little tea set in the room (with bags of tea) was a lovely comfort after a long day of traveling. Fantastic hotel! Thanks ladies.
