Hotel comes with a hot spring that is hugely popular within the vicinity.
Reception staff were helpful.
A must stay if one chooes to visit floral bay.
Also a great stop before visiting Xiling Snow Resort.

Great place to get away for a weekend . Service was great. Jason at the reception was super helpful and fluent in English for guests that don’t speak mandarin. The room was clean and stylish and the hot springs were relaxing and nestled in side of mountain. Great view from the springs. Not far from snow fields about 30 minutes by car to bottom of cable car.

We had an incredible stay here, so much so we changed our flight to the next day and booked an extra night. Incredibly scenic and in a quaint little town with delicious food. The staff were incredibly helpful and spoke English to high levels. Young, Fish and Jam were excellent help with anything we needed. We really hope to return in the future.

Nice, clean rooms. Great BBQ spot for dinner. The service from the staff was amazing. They were really helpful and went above and beyond to help us with whatever we needed. Hot spring facilities were a bit limited.

This place was absolutely beautiful. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean and looked exactly like the photos on here. The breakfast buffet was delicious, had a big variety. The indoor swimming pool was great, the only issue is that the water in all of the hot springs were really dirty and smelt bad.

Young and Fish were so helpful at the front desk. I can’t speak Chinese very well and they were very accommodating of this. The hot springs were great as well. I recommend this hotel for any travel that wants some time out of the city.

好多年沒來花水灣住宿，把豪生酒店和城市名人酒店混淆了。豪生酒店是收購的之前的櫻花酒店，整體是度假院落式酒店羣，個人感覺比生意不愁客的青城山豪生酒店條件好、設施新。
設施：院落式度假酒店，環境很美，各住宿區綠植還行。中心廣場綠植缺乏創意，有待提升。
衞生：衞生不錯
服務：客房服務不錯、周到，當晚入住晚，沒少麻煩客房服務，響應很快，服務周到。前台大堂經理王文俊熱情、耐心、機靈，表揚！
房間內設施：房間正對中庭，夢幻，清晨陽光從紗簾透過，浪漫。我們入住的1229房門口，靠近電視機的窗户🪟設計缺陷，塑料簾不高級，我幾度在那裡靠牆最後都踉蹌靠窗了。希望酒店改進！房間床墊睡感衹能算合格，有提升空間。枕頭僅有一種選擇，這點可能向品牌連鎖快捷酒店學習較好。房間裏的收費零食區，陳設既不明顯也不高級，開始以為免費。酒店在硬件配置建築上抗打，但在室內軟飾上定位不清晰，也看不出輕奢定位，細節上又比頭部快捷連鎖酒店品牌粗心。
客人服務：作為度假酒店品牌，建立以管家為核心的客人服務體系，估計能收穫更多回頭的客人。
花水灣作為成都後花園最早開放的休閑度假區，希望豪生酒店能提升整體花水灣體驗，最好能成為本地人的週末舉家放鬆之地。我實在太喜歡大邑這條西嶺雪山旅遊環線啦！我們是從鶴鳴鎮霧山鄉大坪村看了李子花前來入住的。酒店餐廳這株25年的櫻花樹把我們迷得都忘記泡温泉了😊
