The Disney shuttle only runs once in the early morning; it would be great if they could add one in the late morning and one in the afternoon.

The main advantage is its proximity to Disneyland, just two bus stops away. Although there's a shuttle service to Disneyland, it's just a small commercial van, making it impossible to book during holidays. Another feature is the hot spring, with two small indoor pools and two small outdoor ones, none of which are particularly special. Breakfast truly has no distinguishing features.

Went on a winter night, right after a rough and tiring day in Disney, upon reached we were welcome warmly, the manager and receptions are splendid in communicating the details and arrange for our breakfast and our next day ride to airport well scheduled. The room is huge and well decorated although it's aged but it adds on the feeling on the ambience itself. Need some touch up no body's perfect. The bath is what we aim for and it did not dissapoint at all. Nearby also had food and beverages and a very local community.

The hotel's service was truly impeccable; from check-in to check-out, we felt completely at home. All the staff were incredibly friendly and enthusiastic, and they even helped us with a small issue! 😁 We also received a thoughtful souvenir upon check-out. ❤️

This private hot spring hotel is an absolute gem! From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were completely charmed. The Japanese-inspired decor created such a cozy atmosphere, and the staff greeted us with warm smiles throughout. Check-in was quick and incredibly thoughtful, and we even received a complimentary room upgrade! A special shout-out to the private hot spring in the room! Soaking in the wonderfully warm bath at night, with complimentary tea and bath salts thoughtfully provided nearby, was pure bliss. My body instantly relaxed, and all my fatigue melted away. The water quality of the bath was impeccably clean, which was incredibly reassuring. The room amenities were also impeccable. The bedding was so soft and comfortable, I fell asleep the moment I lay down. The toiletries had a subtle, refreshing scent that felt lovely to use. Breakfast was a semi-buffet, and while the selection wasn't vast, every single item was exquisite and delicious. While the location isn't in the city center, its peacefulness is a huge plus. There's a small park nearby perfect for a stroll, and it's also convenient to drive to the city. Overall, it's an ideal spot for both couples looking for a romantic getaway and friends gathering for a relaxed break. We will definitely be back!

I rarely write hotel reviews but this one is a true hidden gem! My partner and I stayed for one night and we used this guesthouse as our little getaway from the busy center of Shanghai. It’s perfect for a romantic and cosy staycation, very quiet and private! The water in the private hot spring, surprisingly, comes from a real underground spring so it’s quite hot. Because it’s summer, we had to wait for it to cool down a little bit but it was perfect later on, especially during the night, we stayed in there past midnight and it was amazing. The staff was also really nice to us, with nice service! Overall, we were really amazed of the quality of this experience for this price, one of the best we have tried! ☺️

My stay here was absolutely perfect! The front desk staff proactively upgraded my room, and it was spotlessly clean. The ground floor offered a full range of amenities, making my stay incredibly convenient. The surrounding area was quiet and peaceful, which ensured a very comfortable night's sleep. Since I had an early flight, they thoughtfully prepared a simple packed breakfast for me. This service was truly heartwarming. It offers excellent value for money, and I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit!

Facilities: The room is very clean and the bed is very comfortable. Smart toilet. Hygiene: Take off your shoes when you enter the room, walk on the floor the whole time, and clean it very cleanly. Service: Japanese service, there are service staff in almost every place. There is a special rest area for women, a movie viewing area, a children's area, and an outdoor smoking area

You are required to take off your footwear upon arrival, and place your shoes in the shoes locker. The key to your shoe locker will be used to access all facilities, including your hotel room. The bath house has an arcade and kids play area with a skating corner. You need to pay extra for these. It has a few cafes across all levels and a restaurant at level 2 that sells Korean food. The onsen has indoor and outdoor pools, and massage facilities. There are many rest areas for you to lay down and relax. The only downside of this bath house is that the hotel room is very small. It doesn’t have any table, chair, and there is very limited space for you to open your luggage. There are no hooks on the wall for you to hang your wet towel or clothes. Very limited power points for you to charge your devices too. I stayed for 2 nights. They do not clean your room daily. I had to use a towel to sweep the floor myself.

Five-star recommendation! This family stay was incredibly reassuring. The rooms are modern, the bedding is super soft, and the smart devices are cleverly hidden – lights and A/C can all be controlled via phone, making them very convenient to use. The hotel environment is comfortable, featuring traditional Chinese garden paths and pavilions, as well as serene greenery around the modern buildings; everywhere is spotless. The staff were all smiling when we met them, and they efficiently guided us with parking and check-in. We stayed for one night, and everything from facilities to service was impeccable. This is definitely the right choice for a family trip!
