Hotéis Hot Springs em Hunan, China

Primeiramente, a experiência de check-in foi mediana. Fizemos o check-in por volta das 20h, sem ter jantado. Pensando que seria conveniente, escolhemos o restaurante chinês do hotel. Achamos os preços absurdamente caros, então nós dois adultos e duas crianças dirigimos alguns minutos até um restaurante próximo para jantar, o que as crianças adoraram. Quando voltamos para o hotel, já tínhamos perdido as termas; elas fecharam antes das 22h. Só podíamos ficar no quarto assistindo TV, e descobrimos que não havia smart TV, então não podíamos assistir TV online nem transmitir conteúdo. As instalações do quarto eram ultrapassadas, e eles chegaram a cobrar 20 yuans por uma tampa de banheira? Este foi o primeiro hotel em que nos hospedamos durante nossa viagem de carro por mais de uma dúzia de cidades. Completamente sem palavras! Resumindo, a experiência foi muito aquém do que esperávamos. O ar-condicionado não esquentava o suficiente à noite e, embora dissessem que havia aquecimento de piso, a recepção disse que não havia. Dormimos até às 10h da manhã seguinte e fizemos o check-out, perdendo completamente o interesse no café da manhã do hotel. Havia também muitos insetos mortos no quarto, uma pilha enorme, o que a camareira presenciou.

O hotel oferece serviço de busca e entrega na estação de trem de alta velocidade Fenghuang, o que é ótimo para viagens em família com idosos e crianças, poupando muita preocupação. A localização do hotel também é excelente, bem em frente ao Rio Tuojiang. As moças da recepção são muito atenciosas, calorosas e amigáveis. O café da manhã é preparado por um casal de idosos muito simpático; durante o café, conversei com o avô sobre Shen Congwen e Huang Yongyu, e o macarrão de arroz do café da manhã é delicioso. Embora tenha chovido durante os dois dias da minha estadia, dificultando a locomoção, todas as pessoas que encontrei foram maravilhosas. Voltarei para uma próxima experiência.

Embora Wyndham não esteja na cidade antiga, o hotel tem um ônibus para a cidade antiga. Você também pode caminhar pela trilha em 5 minutos para chegar diretamente ao primeiro ponto de check-in a jusante. No dia do check-in, a jovem no escritório frontal, Anna Li Qin, arrumou cuidadosamente um quarto no mesmo andar e mais tarde ajudou a arranjar um veículo para nos levar à estação ferroviária de alta velocidade.

O serviço deve ser orientado ao cliente. Os clientes em primeiro lugar. O quarto é espaçoso, arrumado e limpo, o café da manhã é suficiente e, o mais importante, o hotel oferece serviço de busca, então não há necessidade de se preocupar em ir e voltar da Estação Ferroviária de Alta Velocidade de Furong Town. Há ainda um serviço de transporte de ida e volta ilimitado para a área cênica da cidade de Furong. É realmente louvável. Obrigado a todos os funcionários do hotel.

The staffs super nice and helpful especially 少蔚,蓓蓓,荣荣 and 洁洁. The service is outstanding and they are able to fulfill all our request. They even help us to send our luggage to the airport which makes travel so much easier. Their laundry service is something worth mentioning as they will take our clothes and then wash it and dry it and send it back to our room. Special mentioned to少蔚,蓓蓓荣荣 especially the boy at night shift who willing to solve all request on time and quickly. Hotel location is good nearby to subway line 1 and line 2. Nearby food is good as well. Next time if I visit Changsha again I will choose Fungee.

O quarto é muito limpo e a decoração é muito elegante. Não fica longe do ponto turístico, e leva-se cerca de 15 a 20 minutos a pé. O café da manhã também é bom e a relação custo-benefício é muito boa. Além disso, o serviço é muito bom. Quando o chefe nos vê saindo à noite, pergunta se precisamos usar o carro para nos levar ao ponto turístico. Ele também nos recebe no check-out, fazendo com que nos sintamos em casa. Foi uma experiência de estadia muito boa.

我們這趟目的遊玩天門山，夜逛72奇樓，就近搜尋到這家民宿，入住後心裏不禁感歎，鬧市裡竟然有裝修如此精緻的民宿，比圖片上質感好，整個裝修簡約、有檔次，氛圍好，令人很放鬆。沒有異味。老闆很熱情，貼心，房間的設施齊備，體驗感特別好。

The place is very cute and the view and balcony are very cool to have. It’s very spacious for staying in or enjoying the balcony. The space is very clean too. The host Tiantian is very nice and helpful. Even thought I don’t know Chinese she went above and beyond to help me. I really enjoy my stay and ended up booking another night:

Hotel is close by Mang Shan National park. Very convenient location to visit this famous National Park. This hotel is very well maintained with good amenities and staff are friendly and supportive. The restaurant manager Li Xiao Yan 李晓燕is a very professional staff and serves the customers full of passion. She sought to understand our needs and help to select the best dishes for us ( not really expensive dishes). We have very delicious and enjoyable dining and unforgettable experience. Really appreciated for her services and customer oriented mind set. This hotel is also offering a no. of well designed hot springs with beats views. After hot spring bathing, can also enjoy fruit bar ( free), reading books ! An interesting and unique hot spring experience

The room was spacious enough and well-laid out, with a decor style I really liked. The amenities, like slippers, felt high-quality. Transfers were quick and efficient, and the front desk was very responsive. They even proactively contacted us to help book tickets, which was a huge relief. And the view from the window was truly beautiful! The only minor drawback was the limited breakfast selection, but that's understandable given the price. The stream outside the restaurant was stunning, with lots of little fish swimming around. Dehang Miao Village was the most beautiful place on our whole trip to Xiangxi, and it wasn't overly commercialized. The weather was perfect the day we visited. After taking the sightseeing bus to Liusha Waterfall, the hike along the stream was particularly memorable. The kids could play in the water, and it wasn't a strenuous walk at all – very enjoyable. During Chinese New Year, there were also various games and activities in the Miao Village that the kids loved. All in all, great hotel, amazing scenery, and fantastic weather – we'll definitely be back!
