"Um maravilhoso hotel familiar com um quarto agradável, camas grandes e confortáveis, lençóis brancos e travesseiros macios e confortáveis. A limpeza e a troca de toalhas são diárias, e há duas máquinas de lavar e uma secadora em cada andar. O terreno é espaçoso, com amplo estacionamento e varais no quintal. Há duas piscinas: uma infantil com escorregador e duas para águas mais fundas. Nas proximidades, há um mercado noturno, vários cafés, uma pequena loja e farmácias. O mar fica a 10 minutos a pé. A equipe do hotel é muito simpática e prestativa. Obrigado pela ótima estadia; nós realmente gostamos. A recepcionista na foto com minha filha foi especialmente gentil."

"Good location and the room is big and comfortable. It closed to Heitou Old Stree and hotel bus is provided. We walked back and along the way can see the water music fountain behind the hotel. Very enjoyable stay in this hotel. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!! THUMB UP !!!"

"Location wise, its at the centre of the town. A convenience store is with 3 min walk and restaurant just across the street. Breakfast is abundant and has a lot of variety. The onsen is what my boy looks forward to. It's gd to relax after a day of skiing. Would be great if they offer a hotel shuttle to nearby ski centres as its difficult to call taxi to the ski centre every morning."

"Hotel bem localizado com ótimo atendimento e sempre disponíveis em ajudar. Acomodação espaçosa. Piso de carpete e instalações um pouco desatualizada funcionando tudo em ordem. Cama e chuveiro perfeitos. Deixam amenidades diariamente, inclusive água. No meu apto não possuía geladeira. Como estava frio, não me fez falta. Café da manhã chinês que mais parece um almoço com muitas opções. Tem serviço de lavanderia e guarda volumes que usei, muito bom. Tive que retornar a cidade e fiquei nele novamente. Recomendo."

"My overall experience during this stay was incredibly satisfying. The hotel's location is super convenient, making it easy to grab a bite or explore attractions. The room was spotless and tidy, the bed was soft and comfy, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The hot water in the bathroom was consistent, and all the toiletries were well-stocked. I especially want to commend Vivian, one of the staff members. She was incredibly kind and polite. During check-in, she was patient and thorough, and she proactively shared local sightseeing routes. She meticulously answered all my questions, providing thoughtful and attentive service with a warm and generous demeanor that made me feel truly comfortable. Overall, the environment was clean and elegant, and the facilities were well-maintained. The value for money is excellent, and my entire stay was hassle-free and comfortable. They provided complimentary fruit, yogurt, and biscuits daily, which tasted good, but the thoughtful gesture was the main highlight – the hotel is very considerate. The toiletries smelled great, and the shower had good water temperature and pressure. Pode andar para a porta sudeste por meia hora. É Mais conveniente. Há um Mercado de comidas abaixo é Mais conveniente comprar produtos especiais. A sopa de sopa no pacote de sopa é Menos limpa, Pode nadar e jogar água, a atitude de serviço também é boa. O preço global é bom, é adequado para viver pequeno no sábado."

"Room & Cleanliness: I booked a double room but was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a 6-person family suite! The room was spread over two floors and was incredibly spacious and modern. It was very clean and well-equipped, though it lacked a refrigerator. One minor issue was the lack of a heater on the lower floor, which stayed quite cold, so I spent most of my time on the upper floor where it was warmer. Service & Perks: The staff provided decent service, and although their English was limited, they were very helpful. Check-in was a bit slow despite there being few customers. A huge plus of staying here is the 30% discount on ski passes and complimentary access to the Ski Lounge. Having access to the lounge meant I didn't need to rent a locker for my belongings, which was very convenient. Transportation & Getting There: After arriving at Taizicheng High-Speed Railway Station, walk to the far left towards the bus parking area. You’ll pass ski rental shops and staff holding signs for various hotels. Take the shuttle bus (runs every 15-20 minutes) and stay on until the very last stop right in front of the hotel. Don't make the mistake I did by getting off one stop early at Thaiwoo Ski Resort, or you’ll have a long walk! Ski Access & Facilities: For snowboarding, just take the elevator to the 1st floor, which leads directly to the ski slopes. You can buy passes and rent all your gear and outfits right there. Breakfast is served on the 2nd floor. I stayed in Building C, which is a separate building from the lobby but only a very short walk away. Noise & Atmosphere: The room was extremely quiet and offered great privacy. At night, the atmosphere is beautiful and peaceful, though it gets incredibly cold (I visited in late December). Surroundings & Dining: At the ski area, you’ll find a McDonald’s, and inside the main building, there are noodle shops, milk tea stands, and restaurants serving Xiao Long Bao, wontons, and hotpot. I highly recommend walking over to the Thaiwoo Ski Resort area in the evening. There are plenty of restaurants, clothing shops, live music, and beautiful light decorations—it’s a great spot for photos. Note that Thaiwoo has its own separate ski entrance from the hotel's."
