"Um maravilhoso hotel familiar com um quarto agradável, camas grandes e confortáveis, lençóis brancos e travesseiros macios e confortáveis. A limpeza e a troca de toalhas são diárias, e há duas máquinas de lavar e uma secadora em cada andar. O terreno é espaçoso, com amplo estacionamento e varais no quintal. Há duas piscinas: uma infantil com escorregador e duas para águas mais fundas. Nas proximidades, há um mercado noturno, vários cafés, uma pequena loja e farmácias. O mar fica a 10 minutos a pé. A equipe do hotel é muito simpática e prestativa. Obrigado pela ótima estadia; nós realmente gostamos. A recepcionista na foto com minha filha foi especialmente gentil."

"Hotel bem localizado com ótimo atendimento e sempre disponíveis em ajudar. Acomodação espaçosa. Piso de carpete e instalações um pouco desatualizada funcionando tudo em ordem. Cama e chuveiro perfeitos. Deixam amenidades diariamente, inclusive água. No meu apto não possuía geladeira. Como estava frio, não me fez falta. Café da manhã chinês que mais parece um almoço com muitas opções. Tem serviço de lavanderia e guarda volumes que usei, muito bom. Tive que retornar a cidade e fiquei nele novamente. Recomendo."

"Good location and the room is big and comfortable. It closed to Heitou Old Stree and hotel bus is provided. We walked back and along the way can see the water music fountain behind the hotel. Very enjoyable stay in this hotel. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!! THUMB UP !!!"

"The shower was clogged (completely, the water didn't drain), so I tried to use the bath, and there the showerhead didn't work, so we couldn't do the most basic thing of taking a shower in our room. We didn't try to change rooms because we found out after midnight and were too tired to deal with complaining and packing and moving to a different room. However, this is not acceptable. I would expect this thing in a cheap hostel, not in a fancy hotel."

"If I were to give one piece of advice, it would be not to have high expectations for this hotel, which claims to be the best in Thaiwoo. No expectations mean no disappointment. The higher your expectations, the greater your disappointment. Even basic amenities, which should be within the hotel's purview, might not be handled well, requiring you to communicate repeatedly to get them. The hotel staff also seems quite proud; encountering a few cold and unhelpful employees is common, so just get used to it. In short, don't let it spoil your mood. The breakfast is okay, but the space is small, and there are many people. Don't be surprised if the servers wipe food scraps towards guests or aggressively restock cutlery on tables – we've experienced it all. Ultimately, you pay the money, and the hotel acts like they're in charge; as long as they're happy, that's what matters. Don't let it ruin your mood."

"Everything is so perfect staying at the unit. Mr Alan and team has been so kind and accomodating to my request, from helping to pick us up at train station during peak time, right throughout our stay, until we checked out. The unit is perfect, everything you need is available to use. Nothing has been more than grateful having him and his team assisting me and family during our stay there. Thank you again, and we really hope to come again."

"The location is great, the night view is incredibly beautiful. But the hotel has very little understanding of privacy of their guests. A hotel personal entered our room without an invite while I was dressing up, another hotel worker took our picture without asking, front desk manager keeps all foreigner passport pictures in her personal phone. Should not hotel provide working phone to its personnels if it’s required to keep personal information from guests on phones?k Also hotel price does not match the service they are providing. The hotel room surfaces was in dust, and they do not clean after each visitor, we found pair of shoes from previous visitors. the room did not provide any drinkable water."

"I spent so long choosing a hotel at thaiwoo and I'm so glad that I decided on AB hotel! First, the service provided by Ms Wang was excellent, she was so patient and helpful, and communication by wechat was always prompt. Second, the hotel apartment looks modern and clean. I do not notice any smell even for a pet friendly hotel. Compared to nanshanli next door, I think that this offers a better value for money as you get a larger room (with kitchen and living room). However, the downside is that during winter we had to walk outdoors to get to the ski rental hall which is in the nanshanli building itself. Nonetheless my family looks forward to staying again in future!"

"The staff is super friendly and helpfull. The hotspring is great. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. Only downside the boxspring was full of stains and full of dust under the bed"
