The hotel was very clean, staff was very nice a d helpful. The restaurant food was great last and hot, waitress was very kind , clean and on point with order. Rooms were very clean and nice, my experience was great would go again.

Easy to use Trip.com app/site. Got a good rate, room was large and roomy! Bed could have been more comfortable. More pillows would have been better, too The pool and jacuzzi area were nice. However, the jacuzzi was not hot it was more of a heated pool experience with bubbles! The slide was closed 😪 the attendant said it hasn't been on all summer! Except when the pool is closed to circulate the water. We were very disappointed!

Compreendo que o ID de verificação do membro não possa deixar o cargo, MAS o outro homem perto de elevador poderia ter feito algum esforço para ajudar.

The service of the Horseshoe was okay. The only thing that they miss doing is the little details of the room. They have no trash bin in the bathroom. The trash bin in the room has no plastic covers. The bathtub has drips of shampoo. They put in little toiletries. There was no welcome water or coffee sachets in the room. We only have 3 pillows in the room. We enjoyed our sleep. The bed was comfy. The room was lovely. I like the design of the hotel. They have different restaurants to choose from. They have a ceiling that is cloud-painted. The fountain at the facade of the hotel looked interesting.

The plumbing was bad the tv didn’t work it took mist of my trip to get changed to a room with a working tv The only good think was moe the front desk manager he did everything in his power? To make it up to me

The front desk's revelation that a previous occupant had registered a similar grievance raised questions about the establishment's operational protocols and guest placement decisions. Given this precedent, the rationale behind assigning me this room remained perplexing. Exhausted from my fourteen-hour transcontinental journey, I consented to their improvised solution of dampening the mechanism with paper—a stopgap measure that provided temporary relief. Nevertheless, this cursory fix merely underscores the necessity for proper mechanical intervention before subsequent guests are subjected to similar circumstances.

Nice brief stay hotel was clean gives off an older build feeling breakfast served from 6-10 which was nice with my early check out

When arriving, our room had holes in the carpet, ripped bedding, the toilet didn’t work, and it smelled like ****. We made the front desk aware and they were very nice and accommodating. They moved us to a new room and it was great! Walking to the French quarter wasn’t too bad but a little further than I would have liked. Overall it was pretty good hotel. Not sure I would stay here again though.

This has to be up there with the top hotels where we have stayed. Very clean and comfy, just like home and a lot of extras!
