"O hotel tem uma localização estratégica. O quarto era bom, exceto por algumas manchas no edredom. Havia um dispenser de sabonete no chuveiro, que presumimos ser de sabonete líquido (para cabelo e corpo), já que não havia rótulo nem xampu no banheiro. Não interagimos muito com os funcionários do hotel, pois passamos o dia todo fora, mas a recepcionista foi muito gentil e nos explicou sobre a Taxa de Turismo. 👍"

"Must praise the staff — the service is really good. From the moment we entered the hotel until we got into our room, everything was well taken care of. They even called to check if the room was alright and if we had everything we needed. The room is spacious and my kids absolutely love the hotel kids’ club.the hotel environment is cozy and relaxing."

"Overall, my stay was quite disappointing due to multiple issues with the facilities and management, although there are a few positive aspects worth mentioning. 1. The toilet flushing system is very weak and unable to properly flush waste. There is also no exhaust fan, causing unpleasant odors to linger after use. 2. The shower area lacks proper shelving for toiletries, which is inconvenient, especially for female guests. Although the space is not small, the towel rack is installed above the toilet, which is both unhygienic and impractical. 3. The unit is advertised as a two-bedroom space that can accommodate up to five people, which reasonably creates the expectation of having two bathrooms. However, the upstairs bathroom is locked and used as a storage room. This becomes highly inconvenient, as guests have to wait excessively long to use a single bathroom. 4. The doorbell issue that was reported earlier was never resolved. 5. The air conditioner remote control was initially not working, but a replacement was only provided later at night. 6. Only two out of four elevators were functioning. During checkout time, it became extremely difficult to get an elevator. Once inside, it stopped at almost every floor due to high demand. It took my family and me nearly an hour just to get from the 22nd floor to the car park. There was also no proper ventilation or air conditioning inside the elevator, which made the situation very uncomfortable and almost suffocating. 7. There is only a mirror in the bathroom, which makes it very inconvenient for guests (especially women) to get ready or do makeup. On a positive note, the overall room cleanliness was acceptable, although the towels could be improved. The interior design is visually appealing at first glance. However, the layout is not practical. Watching TV from the sofa is uncomfortable as it is positioned at an awkward angle. To face the TV directly, everyone has to sit in a row on the stairs, which is quite inconvenient. Overall, while the design may initially attract guests, the functionality and basic comfort fall short of expectations."

"Stayed 1 night (Check‑in: 3 April 2026, Check‑out: 4 April 2026). Overall, the experience was awesome. The service was excellent right from check‑in staff were friendly, helpful, and very welcoming. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and I was happy to receive a big room with a balcony, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The facilities were well maintained and complete, including a swimming pool, playground, and a dedicated kids’ room very suitable for families. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety, and the food quality was impressive. I booked the stay using Trip.com, and the price was very cheap and worth the value. Overall, everything from the service, room, facilities, food, and price exceeded expectations. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again."

"The good... location is near malls, can walk to heritage sites for tourists, price is not expensive, nearby bus terminal at Hatten Hotel. Good for just sleeping and then do your sightseeing. Aircon works, fridge also halfway there. Plenty of food options all around, convenience stores for your needs. The bad... dated. While it is still relatively clean, the rooms feel dilapidated. Floors are peeling off, curtains torn, windows cannot fully close off, lights dim. I've found too many bagworms that I've given up on throwing them away - in the cabinet, in toilet. So, if you don't mind all these and just need an affordable place to sleep, this hotel can be an option. If you are those tai-tai who expects high crass place, look elsewhere. Note: Carpark is linked to hotel at Level 2 & 3."

"From a tiny 15sqm 'birdcage' in Singapore costing over 600 RMB, to a spacious 50sqm suite in Malacca for just over 200 RMB – it's like going from hell to heaven! I specifically booked this suite because it explicitly mentioned having a washer and dryer, and it was totally worth it! The only minor drawback was the lack of slippers. The hotel I'm staying at today in Port Dickson also doesn't provide slippers. Do they expect international travelers to carry a pair of slippers with them everywhere they go?"

"Hotel is very conveniently located near makuta parade and 2 other malls, especially if you are going there by coach. There is a caring pharmacy just in front and many eatries around. Our 2 bedder family room was big and spacious but the carpets might need a wash and the room feels a but mouldy but we rented an air purifier that helped. Breakfast was average. Overall a good stay."
