No geral, está ok. Segunda vez lá em 2 meses. Desta vez, reservei 3 quartos king size. Um pouco decepcionado, pois o check-in de um quarto atrasou até as 16h. Mas tive que dar crédito a eles para tentar atender a todos os pedidos. O quarto tinha alguns defeitos. Espero que eles sejam avisados ​​sobre os danos. A vista para o rio era incrível. Mas o café da manhã tinha pouca variedade. Piscina incrível com playground ao lado da piscina.

A very good interior setting and well maintained hotel. Provide complimentary parking after checked-in, with ample parking space available on a few levels of the building. Clean swimming pool, however pool towel was not provided. Buffet breakfast with satisfactory varieties, good choices of coffee served, friendly and helpful staffs. There is a table tennis room with two tables good for ping pong lovers. Several restaurants at ground level next to the hotel entrance offer limited local dishes.

The check-in process necessitates roadside parking prior to accessing the designated car park, which can lead to traffic congestion. The hotel's car park, located on levels 7 and 8, involves a rather arduous ascent. The premises comprise four blocks; two are residential, and two are hotel accommodations managed by separate entities. The room itself is spacious, featuring two beds, and is maintained to a clean and tidy standard. While there are four lifts, their operation is slow, and a transfer is required to reach the car park. Breakfast, a makeshift buffet of local, low-quality food, was provided; however, during my three-day stay, I opted for it only once as it was largely unexceptional.

Overall, my stay was quite disappointing due to multiple issues with the facilities and management, although there are a few positive aspects worth mentioning. 1. The toilet flushing system is very weak and unable to properly flush waste. There is also no exhaust fan, causing unpleasant odors to linger after use. 2. The shower area lacks proper shelving for toiletries, which is inconvenient, especially for female guests. Although the space is not small, the towel rack is installed above the toilet, which is both unhygienic and impractical. 3. The unit is advertised as a two-bedroom space that can accommodate up to five people, which reasonably creates the expectation of having two bathrooms. However, the upstairs bathroom is locked and used as a storage room. This becomes highly inconvenient, as guests have to wait excessively long to use a single bathroom. 4. The doorbell issue that was reported earlier was never resolved. 5. The air conditioner remote control was initially not working, but a replacement was only provided later at night. 6. Only two out of four elevators were functioning. During checkout time, it became extremely difficult to get an elevator. Once inside, it stopped at almost every floor due to high demand. It took my family and me nearly an hour just to get from the 22nd floor to the car park. There was also no proper ventilation or air conditioning inside the elevator, which made the situation very uncomfortable and almost suffocating. 7. There is only a mirror in the bathroom, which makes it very inconvenient for guests (especially women) to get ready or do makeup. On a positive note, the overall room cleanliness was acceptable, although the towels could be improved. The interior design is visually appealing at first glance. However, the layout is not practical. Watching TV from the sofa is uncomfortable as it is positioned at an awkward angle. To face the TV directly, everyone has to sit in a row on the stairs, which is quite inconvenient. Overall, while the design may initially attract guests, the functionality and basic comfort fall short of expectations.

The hotel’s location is absolutely excellent—right in the heart of Jonker Walk. Everything is just steps away, whether you want to explore the night market, enjoy local food, or grab a casual drink in the evening. It’s incredibly convenient and perfect for a lively yet effortless stay. One of the best parts is that room service is available until 10:30 PM, so even if you don’t feel like heading out, you can still enjoy a delicious meal comfortably in your room. The breakfast spread is impressive and truly delicious. There is a wide variety of options, including Nyonya cuisine, Western dishes, porridge, Malay noodles, pasta, croissants, and fresh fruits—something for every taste. The hotel’s design reflects a beautiful Baba-Nyonya style, creating a charming and relaxing holiday atmosphere. There is also a small rooftop water play area where kids can splash around and have lots of fun, which adds a lovely family-friendly touch to the stay. Overall, the experience was exceptional—truly a perfect stay from start to finish!

O hotel tem uma localização estratégica. O quarto era bom, exceto por algumas manchas no edredom. Havia um dispenser de sabonete no chuveiro, que presumimos ser de sabonete líquido (para cabelo e corpo), já que não havia rótulo nem xampu no banheiro. Não interagimos muito com os funcionários do hotel, pois passamos o dia todo fora, mas a recepcionista foi muito gentil e nos explicou sobre a Taxa de Turismo. 👍

Este é um ótimo lugar para se hospedar, limpo e confortável. Tranquilo e sossegado, longe do barulho do trânsito. Porém, fica um pouco distante de restaurantes e outros pontos turísticos. São 15 minutos de caminhada até o restaurante mais próximo. Obrigado!

Esta é a minha segunda vez aqui 🥰 Voltei porque este hotel era muito bom 👍🏻 Um hotel pequeno, mas com design luxuoso por dentro, eles merecem o prêmio. No check-in e no check-out, tudo muito fácil e rápido. Não precisa de longas filas e a equipe da recepção está sempre lá para ajudar. NÃO EXIGE DEPÓSITO, sim. Se você estiver dirigindo, não se preocupe, o hotel oferece estacionamento amplo e gratuito para hóspedes, sim. A comida do Bica Cafe, para mim, é um preço médio, mas deliciosa. No buffet de café da manhã, há poucas opções, mas é saboroso. O quarto e a cama são espaçosos, limpos e aconchegantes. Vários canais, incluindo rádio. Ferro e tábua de passar roupa (pequenos), secador de cabelo e frigobar estão disponíveis. Pressão da água, aquecedor e banheiro funcionando bem. a localização é longe da cidade, perto de alguns hotéis e desta vez consegui um quarto longe do elevador, mas posso ouvir o som da descarga do banheiro do outro quarto, sempre que eles usam o banheiro e também outros barulhos da beira da estrada 😬

Hotel is very conveniently located near makuta parade and 2 other malls, especially if you are going there by coach. There is a caring pharmacy just in front and many eatries around. Our 2 bedder family room was big and spacious but the carpets might need a wash and the room feels a but mouldy but we rented an air purifier that helped. Breakfast was average. Overall a good stay.
