The room was quiet big and spacious. The location was great. Breakfast needs alot of attention needs improvement, not much choice to choose from and the quality of food was not even up to the mark. The amenities in the room were of poor quality, the iron in the room was a simple one (no steam iron available) the shampoo n stuff was of very poor quality, the tv in the room was not working properly. I requested the reception to arrange a taxi/ cab to the airport which he simply denied thank GOD i had the cream app other wise i would have struggled to get a ride towards the airport.

Very good hotel located in the center of the city. with spacious room and clean. Breakfast is also very good , staff are friendly. King Fahd Library Metro station is only 10 minutes walking away from hotel.

Very nice. A simple note: the bathrooms have a slope that isn't right; the water doesn't flow directly into the drains, it only flows in the area. But the rest is, to be honest, very nice.

O hotel é muito limpo, a equipe é atenciosa, a localização é muito acessível ao transporte público... a apenas 2 minutos a pé do metrô de Riyadh. A menos de 5 minutos a pé do parque e da biblioteca King Fahad. Foi uma ótima experiência ficar no Mira Buss.Hotel. Obrigado.

Nice hotel, it is an old, however, the staff are lovely. The location is good. Breakfast also great!

O quarto era bem pequeno, no típico estilo Ibis, o que era bom. No entanto, não havia espaço suficiente para bagagem. Fiquei decepcionado com o atendimento na recepção. A funcionária de plantão não pareceu receptiva nem disposta a ajudar. Ela me pediu para esperar durante o check-in sem explicar o motivo, e sua expressão facial pareceu infeliz durante toda a interação. Na minha opinião, ela seria mais adequada para uma função de back-office do que de atendimento ao cliente, pois não representa o nível de serviço esperado na recepção.

Clean though building is old. Staffs are good specially the receptionist. . What i have requested were fulfilled.

Everything is great about this hotel. Cleanliness, staff very helpful, food was good. Maybe a lower mark on its location.

Divirta-se porque eles têm muitas coisas a fazer.Espero que eles entrenem a guardiã para ajudar a adivinhar falar inglês, pelo Menos pergunte se é que nós somos, para que possam nos deixar estacionar no interior porque nós fomos pedidos para estacionar fora por causa de mal-comunicações. A piscina exterior é ruim, só às 5h30 Quando começou a arrefecer.A localização está longe do centro Da cidade, MAS a entrega de alimentos está chegando.A donut do Dunkin do Lobby também ajuda.
