"This is our second stay at this specific accommodation. Unlike our previous stay, this time, front desk service is quite lacking
On the positive, bedding is comfortable and towels are fluffy and cleaned. hotel restaurant served excellent meals for dinner and at reasonable price . The chef on duty is a good cook, big serve and tasty dishes. Highly recommend having dinner at hotel restaurant.
On the negative, we were given a room where hot water is just not hot but cold. Ringing the front desk to report the issue and was told by front desk to let the water runs longer, despite we repeated that we had waited for water to run at least 20min. We requested to change room and front desk didn’t agree to, but just repeatedly telling us to let water run longer. Obviously this is not service from a so called 5 star hotel where customer service is so lacking and room with no hot water
After repeated request by phoning front desk second time, we were changed to a different room; and this time, room has good hot water. Seriously, front desk needs training in customer service. The least hotel can do is to change customer to a different room so that basic hot water facility is provided.
We should not have to endure such lack in service."

"Beyond my expectation!
I picked this hotel based on the good reviews on Trip.com and happy to report that the hotel exceeded my expectation. From the first impression I love how this boutique hotel is decorated in a traditional chinese style. The room itself is beautifully designed, modern, and clean. The bed is very comfortable as well. It was perfect to come back to the room from a long day of walking & sightseeing. The hotel is conveniently located near the the North Gate & in a quieter part of Songpan old town, which is great for getting a good night sleep.
However, the best part of my stay at this hotel is the staff, especially the lovely young lady named Xiao Zeng. From the check-in she showed me a couple of rooms to choose from to make sure I’m happy with the room. Not only that, she went beyond her duty to help arrange for the transportation to Songpan train station (it was not possible to get Didi due to rain), as well as to provide helpful tips on what to eat and what to see/do while in Songpan. This makes my traveling experience much smoother and hassle free. Keep up the good work, Xiaozeng 👍☺️

"We stayed 1 night on 17 Dec in this hotel to visit Huanglong national park before we move on to Jiuzhaigou. This is a small hotel in Huanglong town. It is very clean and comfortable with heated bed. Service from staff is excellent - polite and always willing to help with transport, answering our queries. Hotel provided free pick up service from HSR stationn. It is about 4mins ride to the hotel frim HSR station. Need to call or wechat them in advance witj the details like timing number of pax and no. Of luggages.
They served simple chinese breakfast with congee and noodles and other stuff. Good enough for the hotel price. There are many eateries around the hotel area.
It is about 30mins from Huanglong national park. We charted a 4-seater car for 100rmb (1 way) to bring us to the park.
Overall it is a comfortable stay with excellent service from the staff."

The breakfast buffet was plentiful and the hygiene facilities such as masks and gloves were absolutely exemplary.
A very big thank you, to the service housekeeper Ms Hongmei (服务管家红梅）. I've been travelling to a lot stayed in many hotels but was very friendly and helpful. I felt very warmly welcomed on this short trip.

"Fabulous hotel. Beautifully decorated. Good food and massive quantities, although very expensive. Comfy bed. Great location if you need to be near the high speed train station. Free shuttle to the station. My only issue was you have no control of the room temperature. It is set the same for all rooms. It was too hot for me and I struggled sleeping. I asked if they could turn off my air conditioning. They said they would but they never did. A shame really as otherwise I would have given the place 10 out of 10."

"Desta vez voltei para visitar a Área Cênica de Huanglong. Fiz minha lição de casa antes de partir e comparei várias acomodações antes de finalmente me instalar no Huanglong Sercuo International Hotel. Vamos falar primeiro das vantagens:

The receptionist, Ms. Tian, was incredibly thoughtful, having planned my route to the hotel well in advance. Upon arrival, she not only proactively helped with my luggage but also offered timely suggestions for sightseeing! I took many beautiful and photogenic pictures; I absolutely love them!

UUsuário convidadoThe best hotel we stayed in the Huanglong Jiuzhaigou area. Husband and wife run place. They designed the hotel themselves and just opened in July 2025. Very thoughtfully designed hotel. Staff are helpful and willing to share their advice and local knowledge. They provide free car to and from the Huanglong Scenic Area cable car. Its a small hotel about ~10 rooms and I attach pictures of the rooms as they are. No edits. Rooms are clean and new with modern facilities like projectors and in room routers. Room has a nice skylight windows providing bright cheery lighting. You can sleep looking at the stars in heated comfort. Beds and pillows are fluffy and soft, a rarity in this region! Family room has a tepee for small kids to sleep in! Some rooms have bathtub for soaking after a 8km walk through the scenic area! Floor heating!! Keeps the room warm and walk around barefoot in the room. Tip: open the skylight and sleep comfortably as the floor heating keeps the room warm without the need to turn on the heater. Bathroom is modern with rainshower and a bidet spray. They provide soft fluffy towels as well, not the cheap disposable paper towel. The lobby doubles as a restaurant. Nice tent tables. We love the home cooked food as the kitchen is staffed by family. They also have a coffee machine, another rarity for this region. Most restaurants do not serve coffee. We loved our stay here. Husband and wife, and their family members helping at the hotel make us feel like family guests instead of hotel guest. We are English speaking foreigner with a smattering of Chinese. There are many hotel options nearby, but this is a fantastic place to stay and beyond value for money. Quickly book as they have limited rooms.

UUsuário convidadoA family run place that is beautifully themed and done up. Rooms are spacious and romantically decorated. Toilets have seat warmers and modern flushing. Showers have a number of options including rain showers. There is an elevator that services every floor.
Everyone in the family pitches in with different roles and it’s wonderful to see such harmonious relationship. The patriarch of the family is the chauffeur, who provides free commute to and from Huang Long National Park, a 5-10 min drive away. The matriarch is in charge of the kitchen and you can order lunch and dinner, nice and piping hot. Breakfast is on the house. Front desk and online operations are manned by the kids.
My only gripes were the original room I booked had a strong smoke odor, probably from the previous occupant. Luckily they were accommodative to allow me to swop to another room. The other room’s kettle was stained with some black stuff… which I’m
Assuming the previous occupant tried to boil tea leaves or other in it. Luckily I was in practice to disinfect kettles with 1-2 rounds of boiling water first.
I plan to revisit the national park in autumn some time and will definitely rebook this place

DDaughterofEveLooking for a decently priced hotel and lovely service hotel close to Huanglong Station? This is it. Hotel is owned by a friendly family and they are very helpful. They cannot speak English but the daughter added me on WeChat to communicate about what I needed anything. She also guided me through the process of what to do to be able to watch English movies. The hotel is neat and clean, and facilities are decent. The bed is cozy and comfortable, with an electric blanket. I was invited for a hotpot dinner, though I wasn't able to go. I requested breakfast on the day I left and they were more than willing to accommodate me - the breakfast was delicious! Yummy noodles. The owner dropped me at the station in time. There are a few shops (supermarkets and restaurants) within walking distance from the hotel. There is a comfortable lounge area where free tea is available, and some snacks can be bought at reception. It has a nice view (especially if it's snowing). There's a river directly outside of the hotel that can be walked along. I also saw a park area. The hot water was a bit of problem, as it didn't warm up fast enough, then would suddenly go ice cold - so perhaps not great in winter. If this problem is fixed it would definitely be a good place to stay at to be closer to the station. Overall, the service and hospitality was great and I would definitely book this hotel again.

SSam SARKAR⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ OZZ Nice 4 – Exceptional Hospitality & Stunning Mountain Views
We had a fabulous stay at Ozz Nice 4. After returning from Jiuzhaigou by bus, Bella personally came to pick us up from the drop-off point — and from that moment, she looked after us through our entire stay. She recommended a wonderful barbecue place for dinner, dropped us there herself, and even arranged for our luggage to be delivered to the railway station on our departure day so we could enjoy sightseeing without having to return to the hotel.
Although the hotel is a little out of the way, the seamless transportation made it feel effortless. The rooms were large, warm, and offered a beautiful view of the snow-capped mountain ranges. Breakfast was fully Chinese but tasty and filling.
Overall, a truly great stay with genuine effort put into service. The only area needing improvement is the shower plumbing, which could use some attention.

UUsuário convidadoThe hotel is located pretty near to Jiuzhai Huanglong Airport, around 6-7 km, hence the location is perfect for travelers who arrive by evening flight who wish to visit Huanglong Scenic Area before proceeding to Jiuzhaigou, like us. The hotel provides airport transfer from Jiuzhai Huanglong Airport to the hotel for free. You need to call them on the day of departure/arrival at 9 AM to arrange for airport transfer. You also need a local phone number or WeChat account in order to communicate with the chauffeur. They charge RMB 50 for return transfer back to the airport. The chauffeur, Mr Gen, also drove us to and from Huanglong back to hotel the next day for RMB 200. Mr Gen was extremely helpful. My sister slipped and fell while in Huanglong and needed to go to hospital. He drove us to a local hospital and waited patiently for us to finish seeing doctor, getting x-ray done and getting medicine. Xiao Tai at front desk was friendly and helpful. She provided us a few bottles of water before we went to Huanglong. The restaurant staff was also very helpful. As the restaurant was extremely crowded during dinner, we requested for room service and they delivered our order to our room with no extra charges.

1. The windows are not double windows and they are not insulated well. We had to keep the heating on when the electricity came on.
3. There are many places under construction around the building, so the power supply is unstable. Please warm up your bed and charge your phone when the electricity comes in.
4. If you are a non-smoker, ask for a second-floor room when you check-in. The third-floor room has a sore throat due to the continuous smoke coming up from the second-floor cigarette.
5. There was a restaurant near the hotel that said ”Breakfast” and when I went there at 7:30 the door was locked. I looked around all around the hotel, but none of the restaurants were open. Prepare food such as snacks and fruits in advance for breakfast.
6. I think this is for Chinese people only. Foreign lodging registration is not automatic. Please visit the police station next to you at the high-speed rail station and take care of it yourself.

1. The map app confirms that buses run between the ancient fortress wall and the high-speed rail station, but when I asked the locals, they said they don't operate it. I paid 20 yuan for a taxi from the bus stop to my accommodation. I took a taxi from here three times, but no taxi was priced for mileage. You should bargain well.
2. There is a convenience store in the waiting room of the high-speed rail station that sells instant food, the air is warm, and you can charge your phone. If you have nowhere to go, you can spend time here. (We also had breakfast here and charged our phones for four hours.)
