Hotéis com Gym em Uva Province, Sri Lanka

"By far the best hotel to stay at during a safari in Yala Park. All the hotel staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. A big thank you to the chef, who treated us to a delicious dinner and waited until 11am to serve us breakfast, as our return from the safari was delayed. We highly recommend this hotel."

"Overpriced! 1. 沒空調，房間內非常潮濕，被窩又涼又濕 2. 正直酒店施工 大清早就在房間門口敲敲打打 3. 房間非常不隔音 酒店和景區共享道路 從reception 到房間 還能堵車 各種tuk tuk從房間外經過 又是喇叭又是發動機的轟鳴 非常吵 4. 除了入住和退房，期間無任何服務可言"

"Our recent stay at Mandara Rosen Yala was a genuinely pleasant experience. The hotel's commitment to cleanliness was evident, and the staff were consistently helpful, making our visit thoroughly enjoyable. Breakfast each morning provided a good start to the day, while the dinner buffet was particularly impressive, offering a fabulous spread that was a highlight of our evenings. The hotel's serene atmosphere allowed us to relax and recharge, which was much appreciated after exploring the local area. We felt welcomed and valued as guests throughout our stay, thanks to the attentive service. If our travels bring us back to Kataragama, Mandara Rosen Yala will certainly be our hotel of choice once more. It's an establishment that promises comfort and excellent dining experiences."

"洗手間的透氣窗是直通室外的，晚上開燈後會有蚊子飛進來、小壁虎爬進來。房間可能是因為太過於潮濕有一股氣味。不過，酒店的服務很好，我們第二天早上去Safari由於越野車卡在了泥坑裡耽誤了時間，回酒店比較晚，酒店還打電話過來問我們需不需要留出我們的早餐。"

"This is a awesome place for family stay. The staff are super friendly and great service. The resort is 30 mins away for the Ella town, so its secluded from busy traffic or noise. GOOD place to just relax and they have a good spa and sports facilities like mini golf, basketball, squash and tennis court. The gym is wll equipment and the chalet room is superb! Finally the best part is the food.. oh its super yummy and great quality. Spl mention to Dhillon how feed us well and amazing service."

"We weren't too sure what expect given the lack of reviews when we went in August, and one of them being quite scathing. The staff were definitely aware of this negative review as the points which were raised were ironed out for us: we were always asked if we wanted a drink with our meals, and group activities were cheaper depending on a high number of participants. I think it only fair and they definitely listened. The room and bathroom and every fixture, the grounds and layout, the beautiful lighting, attentive food service, everything was designed and executed to be perfect. The experience is built around a genuine eco resort feel. We stayed 3 nights at Gal Oya, which felt a bit long as there was quite a bit of downtime. In saying that, it allowed us to do both a land safari and a boat safari and we were extremely lucky to see many many elephants, all to ourselves. Anuradha is a great asset to the place, brigning his knowledge, calm and down to earth nature and great energy. He looked after us and took us on some extra bushwalk around the place, maybe sensing that we needed a bit more acitivity. He showed us all the local plants and food, and I would suggest it would be nice if it was used in the cooking. The food was good, not a great variety as someone else said but they're probably trying to find out what works, with so many different travellers from everywhere. The breakfasts were absolutely great, we loved the egg hoppers. I mark the rating down for cleanliness as our room wasn't made at all during the entire stay. It was disappointing to realise that when we came back from a safari in the evening on day 2. The next day I asked if the room could be made, thinking someone forgot and might even get in trouble for it. I was told yes it would be done but again, the room wasn't done at all. Surely, the room should be cleaned on a daily basis, there is even a sign for it on the door. That was the only downside all in all! Highly recommended, and I wish Gal Oya retreat all the best, given it is a very new enterprise."
