I booked 3 rooms for my family and kids and we really enjoyed our stay. They upgraded one of our rooms to premier and they’ve given us a complimentary late check out around 2PM. People there are super nice and accommodating! We’ll def go back here because of the people and ofc for their food! ✅

Check in and out went smoothly. All the staff were friendly. There's a variety of food to choose from at the breakfast buffet . Very close to the mall. Child-friendly pool. We had a very nice experience during our stay and would defintely be back again😍

The location is good, takes about 10-15 mins to airport. However, it is quite far from most of the attractions or city. The staffs are kind and fast check-in & check-out process. The cons would be the room is quite hot, its centralised air-cond is not function. Walkways is even cooler than in the room. Besides that, it should further improve its basic service, it provides only coffee but no tea packs. It should take into consideration that some travellers may not take coffee.

As dusk settled, I opened the window, and the evening breeze, carrying the fragrant scent of grass and trees, wafted in. The bedding in the room had a warm, sun-kissed aroma, and the linen curtains draped gracefully. The glow from the floor lamp spread across the wooden floor, like a shallow pool of golden light. Frosted bottles stood quietly in the bathroom, and the citrus scent of the shower gel mingled with the steam. I was awoken by birdsong in the morning; pulling back the curtains, distant mountains unfolded in the mist. A white porcelain cup on the table held freshly brewed tea, its steam gently rising. There's no hustle and bustle here, only the sound of time flowing slowly. Every detail feels thoughtfully placed, like a cherished secret, finally allowing my weary feet to rest.

The service staff could not hide their rudeness. The concierge was very rude about my late checkout. Paid the fee, and then asked for some tine to make sure everythjng was pacmed (i woke up late from my nap). We would ask about when the best time is for breakfast, and we would be asked condescendingly what is our concern, why are we asking. I asked for 30 minutes, theg said they can only give me 15 minutes. They would treat me like a runaway guest. I would tell them to charge it to my room so I can pay for it on checkout. They would refuse. They held the other guest over at one of the restaurants like they would not believe we would pay our fees, i had to go back to my room after their food upset my stomach. I went to the champagne room from the good reviews. Some guests with no business there was being attended to by all the staff. They were blocking the way. I had a reservation and was ignored. The pool is mid, the overhead shower does not really work, the food is also just okay.

The rooms are simple and clean, though quite small, and some amenities feel a bit basic. The air-conditioning works well, and the beds are comfortable enough for a short stay. However, noise from the surrounding area can sometimes be noticeable, and the overall maintenance of the rooms could be improved. Service is generally polite, but response times can be slow during busy hours. The hotel doesn’t offer many on-site facilities, but for the price, it delivers a reasonably comfortable and safe stay. Overall, Go Hotels Ermita is a practical choice if you’re looking for affordability and accessibility, but don’t expect premium comfort or full amenities.

10/10 for location and amenities. Can still improve for cleanliness, found a cockroach on my refigerator and has an awful smell on the other room I stayed in. Good value. Staffs are superb! Very accommodating and friendly. Aesthetic rooms.

The room is clean and cozy. Amenities are good. Food not so good the time of our check in. But prviously it was good. And the unfortunately the outdoor area of the dining was closed that time. It would have been perfect. But overall it was good. We’ll be back
