Grande hotel. Wifi instável.O pequeno-almoço é bom. Localização um pouco longe Da cidade principal.

A inscrição era fácil, MAS poderia fazer com Mais informações sobre o hotel. Durante a estadia, só há toalhas grandes. Não há toalhas pequenas. Não há problema para mim, enquanto estou viajando sozinho. Eu tinha UMA vista deluxe para o Mar e a vista é boa.

É Muito BOM, MAS EU realmente não gosto de quarto escuro. Há duas bolhas lá em baixo. Eu chamo esse serviço às 6h, eles vieram diretamente para ver e eles voltaram com novas bolhas às 9h. Talvez a substituição não esteja disponível nessa altura. Mas porque OS MEUS filhos estavam dormindo, EU cancelo.

Este quarto de hotel era bonito e limpo, MAS o banheiro estava um pouco cansado e grubby.O resto do hotel era muito bom em termos de escolha de pequeno-almoço e qualidade e o serviço de pessoal era muito bom.

Overall everything is good.Clean.Fast service.Friendly staff and good welcoming from them especially from Miss Nada from the front counter.Breakfast is really good with variety of Indonesian foods.Thank you Santika Bukit Tinggi

We stayed for 1 night at Balcone Hotel & Suites. Location was superb, cool air , breezy and the mountain view was stunning as I have book my room overlooking the Merapi & Singalang mountain. Our room was spacious & clean & quiet. Breakfast can be improved. The wash hand basin had a bit of problem as the water does not flow very well but we manage to open the sink trap to let the water out. Settle the problem. Overall happy ending. Highly recommend this hotel.

Hai This Hotel generally found to be satisfactory. Clean and good service. But breakfast is limited its not buffet as mentioned. This hotel is last minute booking as the Hotel we booked earlier found to be Horrible

It is the best hotel nearest to every POI in bukittinggi. The hotel's Saka Cafe level 4 provides great ambience and view overlooking scenic town view and panoramic view of the mountain and valley. The superior family room we were staying in is spacious and comfortable most suitable for 3 people. The breakfast was decent serving traditional delicacy. Toast and cereal for kids are available. The seating is limited but there was no queue problem. The exception is the only lift operational is slow serving 6 levels. However, we got around this by using stairs which are quite steep and hard on my poor knees. So, if you are visiting together with elderly with walking difficulty perhaps it would be best to stay in the rooms nearest to the ramp nearby the reception.

My checked in and checked out was handled by Ms Putri and it was smooth. Kudos to the housekeeping staff who made up my room. It was always perfectly refreshed when I am back to the room. Food served during breakfast was delicious and staffs were attentive and giving great service. Overall an enjoyable stay and definite thumbs up.Recommeded place to stay while in Padang.
