Die Suite richt wohl ganz extrem nach Feuchtigkeit und Zigarettengeruch, obwohl eine riesen Terasse zur Verfügung steht. Auch an der Hygiene kann man noch arbeiten. Das Zimmer bzw. Die Möbel sind abgenutzter als auf den Fotos, da wurde aufjedenfall mit einem Bildbearbeitungsprogramm einiges aufgehübscht. Terasse, Aussicht und der Wellnessbereich war top.

Advantages: Polite staff, excellent sound insulation, cozy rooms, delicious breakfasts, ski transfer, nice rooftop restaurant. Flaws: The room equipment is boring, there is nothing except soap, water and towels. Overpriced for expectations. But overall I liked it.

Хочу поделиться прекрасными впечатлениями о гостинице One Way в Кайсери Отель новый, современный и очень уютный. Наш номер был просторный, светлый, тёплый и идеально чистый. После активного катания на лыжах было особенно приятно вернуться в комфортный номер, принять горячий душ и расслабиться за просмотром фильма — телевизор большой, есть Wi-Fi, всё работало отлично. В номере есть маленький холодильник, чайник, кофе и чай, а также ежедневно предоставляли питьевую воду. Регулярно меняли полотенца и проводили уборку — чувствовалась забота о гостях. Отдельно хочется отметить наличие завтрака в гостинице — для нас это было очень актуально и удобно. А ещё у нас был потрясающий вид на снежные горы — просыпаться с таким пейзажем было настоящим удовольствием! Также приятно, что при гостинице есть кафе Tas Mangal, где можно попробовать блюда национальной кухни. Мы с удовольствием поужинали там сразу после заселения — всё было очень вкусно. Благодарим весь персонал за тёплый приём и комфортное пребывание! Нам всё очень понравилось. С радостью вернёмся снова и обязательно рекомендуем этот отель!

The hotel is quite basic and small, but overall it's decent. The location is close to the ski center. The breakfast is similar to a Turkish breakfast and is acceptable, as I am familiar with it. However, the service isn’t very good, possibly because they have many guests. Ps. I want to thank the doorman uncle (forgot to asking his name) —he was very helpful and a very nice person.

I didn't get off to a good experience as the WiFi signal was poor and the room floor and corridor outside were dirty. However, after having spoken with Mustafa, the hotel manager, everything was fixed within an hour, which was much appreciated. The rest of my stay was perfect, the room was really comfy and practical and quiet and I slept really well on the bed. The food available was well priced and catered to vegetarians and there was a taxi always waiting outside. The location is ok. If you don't have a car the area is very polluted to walk in as it's on a motorway and very built up but there is a nice garden outside to relax in. The receptionist was always smiling and helpful, very polite.

Os quartos são limpos e cuidadosos, tudo o que precisam, apenas um pouco de iluminação, as luzes mais brilhantes podiam ser preferidas. Todos os trabalhadores são amáveis e risos. Não há estacionamento, mas o pessoal tem um lugar de estacionamento fácil. O pequeno-almoço é diferente dos outros hotéis, não é um buffet aberto, mas um menu na mesa, nós estamos contentes com o pequeno-almoço, o Hamam, se quiser uma sauna, diz a hora de chegar à recepção. Está a ser preparado e aquela parte pertence a você e à sua família durante uma hora. A localização do hotel é boa. Estamos a chegar ao aeroporto 15 minutos, ao centro 15 minutos. Já que não há tempo para o período de férias, nós conseguimos chegar a qualquer lugar sem tráfego. Se não ficarmos no Erciye, o primeiro hotel de Moonday deve ser preferido.

Das hotel ist für den preis wirklich eine positive Überraschung gewesen. Wir waren mit meiner Frau 3 Nächte dort, es ist super zentral und die Sauberkeit hat uns echt überrascht. Die Ausstattung ist jetzt nicht hoch modern aber wirklich sauber und gut für einen kurzen Städtetrip! Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Absolute Empfehlung!!

Clean room with great variety of selection for breakfast. Great location if you’re looking for something nearby the airport.

Excellent location, inside a quiet historical neighborhood (very atmospheric). There were small difficulties in finding a car car, but everything was found. The room is good, clean, but we were first offered a room next to the smoke room, and there was a bad smell of tobacco + the inability to open the window. But we were replacing the room on request to a similar and no smell. Breakfast is delicious, the staff is very nicely recommended hot traditional dishes they can cook (something was sharp, better to clarify, but everything is delicious). And a separate thank you to the staff member of the Respshen Cagkan for the hospitality and help with our questions.

Hotel is in good location to airport which was purpose of our stay. Customer service needs improvement, no one said hello or helped with bags when checking in. Only during checkout the reception was nice when we requested taxi service. Interior is a bit dated but everything is clean and was good enough for the stay. Even though on main street, rooms are quiet.
