Overall a pleasant stay with clean and nice room, location wise near shopping street. Staff are professional and theres free parking Downside: try not to get room facing main road. During winter aircon turned off hence got to open window If weather below 10 deg outside, its good otherwise might find room abit stuffy

Beautiful and new. Comfortable bed and clean room Location is close to airport, convenient to travel around for sightseeing. Carpark may be limited during peak periods.

Eu simplesmente amei que eles fizeram um upgrade no meu quarto. O fato de eu estar sozinho, mas meu quarto é bom para 3. Eu amo a vista para o mar e admiro a limpeza do quarto. A vista panorâmica do mar é um ponto positivo. O único problema é o estacionamento. Eles têm estacionamento limitado, então acabamos estacionando ao longo da estrada. Se você se atrasar, acabará procurando espaço ao redor do lugar. No geral, minha estadia foi incrível. Com certeza voltarei aqui.

Só em termos de quartos, realmente não combina com o Marriott. Provavelmente é como um hotel expresso doméstico... então não tenha nenhuma expectativa para o quarto! Mas a [piscina] do hotel é ótima, a água é quente, o interior está ligado ao exterior e tem uma ponte por onde as crianças ficam muito felizes! O hotel compartilha a rua comercial e o playground com os hotéis Shinhwa World e Landing. Os ingressos fornecidos pelo hotel não são muito grandes. só vou jogar três projetos, considerando que é de graça, não é ruim hahaha

제주시에 살면서 가끔 서귀포 갈 일이 있을때 한번씩 숙박하고 있습니다. 제 직업이 호텔 직종이라서 출장이나 여행시 숙소에 대해 꼼꼼하게 살펴보는 직업병이 있을 수 밖에는 없는데, 서귀포 시내권 동급의 호텔중에서는 정말 객실 관리(특히 청소 부분)를 월등하게 잘 하고있는 곳이라는 생각이 들었던 곳입니다. 침구류 컨디션도 좋았구요, 체크인/체크아웃 담당해주시는 직원분들도 친절히 잘 설명해주셨습니다. 주차공간이 호텔 건물 내부에 아주 여유롭게 많지는 않지만 주변에 공영주차장이나 길가 옆 주차공간들이 있어서 괜찮았고, 더욱이 체크인 전에 미리 문자로 설명을 잘 해주어서 불편함을 느끼지는 못했습니다. 제가 숙박 관련해서 리뷰를 쓸때 같은 호텔서비스업에 종사하는 사람으로써 다른 호텔에 조금의 피해라도 가는것이 죄송스러워서 후기를 자세하게 쓰지 않는 편인데, 징크는 제가 정말 애정하는 숙소라서 조금 아쉬웠던 부분(시설공사가 필요한 하드웨어적 문제 외에 충분히 보완이 가능하겠다고 생각한) 몇가지만 기재하겠습니다. 옷장 내 옷걸이가 너무 얇은것으로 구비가 되어있어 불편하였으며, 수량도 너무 부족했습니다. (특히 겨울이라서 옷걸이가 좀 더 필요했거든요) 욕실 미닫이 문이 열고 닫기에 조금 뻑뻑했습니다. 샤워시 물 온도 변화가 불편했습니다. (이 부분은 - 자기 직전, 체크인 직전 - 온수 소요가 많은 시간대 임을 감안하려했지만, 그래도 온도변화가 심했습니다.) 욕실 타올류에 발수건이 있었다면 더 좋았을 것 같습니다. (욕실 바닥이 조금 미끄러울 수밖에 없어서요) 아쉬웠던 부분을 너무 많이 이야기했나 싶기도 하지만, 개인적으로 종종 이용하고 있고 너무 좋아하는 호텔이라서 조금 더 손님들께 사랑을 받았으면 하는 마음으로 적어보았습니다. 결론은 '서귀포 시내권에 이정도 가성비 좋은 호텔은 없다' 입니다! 이번에도 잘 쉬고 갑니다. 계속 이용하도록 하겠습니다!!^^

Not a real 5-star for sure. Staff very rude and arogant, facilities nothing special, BREAKFAST overpriced - they won’t let you in after 9:30, they’ll remind you twice to hurry up and they’ll kick you out at 10:00, gym and sauna too… good location if you want to hang down town and be close to the airport otherwise far from everything… No early check in- unless you want to pay 25€ to get into your room at 13:00!!!! I will definitely never come back again… too much waiting in line for everything, and little enjoyment…a waste of money! The only person that smiled and was polite was the cleaning least on Floor 15. Such a sweet soul. Mostly Chinese guests that they rip off for the big rooms and decent food… 🤯🙄😤🤬

We stayed at Landing Shinhwa World Hotel for three nights with complimentary Shinhwa World theme Park big3 tickets. My daughter had so much fun there. The hotel room is spacious and comfortable. Location is good if you plan to visit the theme park.

Cozy hotel in a convenient location. Shops and restaurants within walking distance.  The aircon is shut down during winter so the window will need to be opened for air circulation. There’s construction ongoing next to hotel, it does get noisy from 7am if the windows are opened.

Convenient & Friendly Stay in Jeju Among the 4 hotels I booked for this trip, this one had the most guest-friendly check-in/out policy — check-in after 2 PM and check-out before 12 PM, unlike many hotels in Busan that require check-in after 4 PM (even 8 PM!) and check-out before 10 AM. The staff was friendly, though she only spoke Chinese — but no problem, she was sweet and used a translation app to communicate. The room was small and didn’t have a closet or hanger, but it was clean, new, and comfortable. Perfect if you just need a safe and convenient place to sleep. Great location, only 20 minutes to the airport, with many bus routes nearby for exploring Jeju’s top sights.

Finding the right place to stay can truly shape your entire trip, and Grabel Hotel exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, the location stood out as both convenient and affordable, making it an easy choice for exploring Jeju without stretching the budget. The hotel itself was exceptionally clean, and the staff consistently went above and beyond with their warm, friendly service. It made the whole experience feel welcoming and effortless. One of the things we really appreciated was the ample parking space, which made coming and going stress-free. Although we didn’t get a chance to enjoy the infinity pool, it is a beautiful feature on the top floor with stunning ocean views. It is definitely something we are looking forward to trying next time. Traveling with kids can be challenging, but Grabel Hotel made it easy with their toddler-friendly rooms and thoughtful family-oriented setup. The small garden on the third floor was a lovely bonus, perfect for letting the kids unwind and play safely. The hotel also offers a great selection of food, and it is clear they host a variety of events, including weddings, which adds to the lively yet refined atmosphere. Overall, this stay checked all the boxes: comfortable, family-friendly, well-maintained, and welcoming. I would absolutely recommend Grabel Hotel and will gladly book again on our next trip to Jeju.
