Um maravilhoso hotel familiar com um quarto agradável, camas grandes e confortáveis, lençóis brancos e travesseiros macios e confortáveis. A limpeza e a troca de toalhas são diárias, e há duas máquinas de lavar e uma secadora em cada andar. O terreno é espaçoso, com amplo estacionamento e varais no quintal. Há duas piscinas: uma infantil com escorregador e duas para águas mais fundas. Nas proximidades, há um mercado noturno, vários cafés, uma pequena loja e farmácias. O mar fica a 10 minutos a pé. A equipe do hotel é muito simpática e prestativa. Obrigado pela ótima estadia; nós realmente gostamos. A recepcionista na foto com minha filha foi especialmente gentil.

The hotel is next to shopping malls and lots of restaurants around. Room - big and clean a Buffet breakfast - served local breakfast as well as breads, enjoyed the Tangshan local noodle Da Lu Mian ( 打卤面）and Chao Xian Mian (朝鲜面). The friendly staff and chef taught me the local way of eating the noodle, taste was great! Special thanks to Snow Wang, as I have problem getting the ticket to Nan Hu Light Festival. She helped me to booked the ticket and I have a great time enjoying the light Festival and the drone performance. Will recommend to my friends and stay here again if I come Tangshan the next round.

Ao fazer o pedido na plataforma, anotei que queria um quarto para não fumantes e silencioso. Ao fazer o check-in na recepção, também enfatizei que deveria ser providenciado um quarto para não fumantes. Quando entrei no quarto , o banheiro cheirava a fumaça de cigarro e havia um cigarro fumado pela metade deixado por um hóspede no armário da TV. , e pediu à recepção para mudar de quarto. O café da manhã da manhã seguinte terminou às 10h30. Quando cheguei lá às 9h45, não havia mesa limpa. Pedi ao pessoal de serviço para pegar a comida depois de limpá-la. Não havia comida em muitas áreas de coleta de refeições. Vários locais para bebidas nem tinham copos. É compreensível que durante o Festival da Primavera não haja tantas pessoas trabalhando como de costume, mas o departamento de limpeza e o restaurante não estão vinculados? Porque devemos preparar as refeições com base no número estimado de comensais em função da situação de ocupação?

I recently stayed at the Venice Waterworld Hotel in Shijiazhuang and, unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. The hotel feels quite outdated and in need of renovation. The rooms were dark and old, with furnishings that seemed worn and tired. One of the biggest issues was the air conditioning—it was old and lacked a proper thermostat, making it difficult to regulate the temperature. Additionally, smoking is permitted throughout the hotel, which was a major downside for me as a non-smoker. The smell of tobacco was pervasive in the hallways and common areas, making the stay less comfortable. Breakfast lacked food for its guests. They were not being topped up according to the people who were in the restaurant. While the location may be convenient for some, the overall condition and policies of the hotel make it a poor choice for travelers who prefer clean, modern, and smoke-free accommodations. If I return to Shijiazhuang, I will definitely look for a different hotel. Rating: ★★☆☆☆ (2/5) – Below Average, Needs Improvement

We were so happy with our stay! The hotel staff were so nice and friendly, and they were very accommodating! We really enjoyed the comfortable and clean room and amenities. The breakfast was delicious and the laundry facilities were also very nice. We can’t wait to come back to visit!

MMichael Exploring China and BeyondWe visit the Four Points by Sheraton, in Gu'an Langfang often. This was a particularly special visit, as there were numerous events to celebrate. Namely ”Mid Autumn Festival”, ”National Day” and my Birthday coincided during this period. This Hotel is without a doubt the best Hotel, not only in Gu'an, but in Langfang as well. The ”Eatery Restaurant”, plays a vital role in the success of this Hotel. I often say this when visiting a great Hotel or Restaurant, it's the ”Team”, whom makes the establishment a success. The ”New” pastry cheff, is truly a great asset to the Restaurant and Hotel. His pastries are of exceptional standard, and the variety is huge ”unlike the sister Hotel's Restaurant, The Sheraton”, whom barely have any pastries or desert on offer. Without the right team in place, the business can and will, never be truly successful. Especially, in the current highly competitive market. As a former ”Regional Retail Manager”, with over 15 years of Management experience, I can't help but observe and analyze certain businesses. Being University Qualified in ”Customer Relationship Management” and ”Retail Management”, I appreciate High levels of Customer service. The success of this Hotel and Restaurant, lies in it's team, and their hard work and dedication. True ”Managers”, lead from the front, and set an example to their staff. As the case with ”Samuel” the General Manager, whom always assists his team on the floor. The same can be said for ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, whom is always ”hands on” and working hard on the floor. Such ”leadership” sets the tone, for a great team as it will filter down to staff on all levels. Special thanks to ”Lydia” the Office Manager, for always being willing to assist in ensuring that guests receive the absolute best, during their stay. Lydia is always courteous and professional. As always, ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, treated us with extreme courtesy and hospitality. We appreciate your hospitality Marcus, thank you. Thank you to ”Molly” from the Restaurant, whom assisted us with with room service, as well as in the Restaurant. It's also note worthy to mention, that it's not only the ”Management Team”, whom deserve praise. As all team members provided excellent service, during our stay. Thank you to ”Housekeeping”, for friendly and prompt service. The team at the ”Swimming Pool”, also provided friendly and prompt service, during our stay, thank you for that. We also appreciated the friendly and professional service, received from the following Restaurant staff: Sam, Peter and Joe. Perhaps, ”Marriott” should consider, having this Hotel's ”sister” Hotel, ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management and Team, learn about ”Hospitality and Service”, from this Hotel ”Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang”. As in my opinion, the ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management” is not on standard. The facilities at the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an, Lanfang, are on International standard. We always enjoy the Swimming Pool, Lobby Lounge and Outdoor Deck, during our stay. The ”Alpacas” are truly amazing creatures and are well taken care of. They truly make guests' stay, more enjoyable. We can highly recommend the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang, to all visitors, ”Foreign, and Domestic”. This is still our favorite destination, in Gu'an / Langfang and surrounding areas. We look forward to our next stay, see you soon.

AAnonymous UserWe come here with the kids every year for skiing because the ski-in/ski-out access is super convenient. However, it gets incredibly crowded each year. This year it snowed when we were there, which was lucky, as we seem to hit the snow every time. But because of the crowds, things like dining aren't the best experience. Also, for some reason, the room temperature was extremely high this time, at 28 degrees, and I couldn't adjust it myself. I called for staff, and they were very polite, but even after they tried to fix it, nothing changed. We ended up sleeping with the window open at night, and it was really stuffy, so we didn't sleep well. My child got sick after playing. We needed a late checkout, and it was a hassle to request even just an extra hour. Isn't late checkout pretty normal, especially since I didn't even check in until after 3 PM?

GGuest UserThe hotel is right in the city center, safe, clean, and very affordable during the off-season. It's really close to the Mountain Resort, just a short walk away. The lobby even offers hot tea, which is a really thoughtful touch. Charlie provided excellent and attentive service, and the front desk even gave us some snacks. Very satisfied!

SSidingmudashanThis hotel is located in the first phase, and its surroundings are incredibly convenient. There's a canteen, a coffee shop, a bakery, a hot spring, shops, and three restaurants, all within a 2-3 minute walk from the hotel. Speaking of the hotel itself, it features a Japanese-style design, and both the hardware and software are impeccably maintained, perfectly complementing the outside scenery (you can refer to the pictures). Check-in starts at 3 PM, but if you arrive early, you can explore the nearby area. The hotel provides a shuttle service to the second phase, which takes about 5 minutes. Highly recommended!

KKellyC_**Hotel Review: Aesthetic Excellence Overshadowed by Comfort Failures** Our recent stay at this supposedly 5-star hotel left us with mixed feelings. While the hotel clearly invested heavily in aesthetics, creating a visually stunning environment that looks fantastic in photos, the design seemed to prioritize form over function, ultimately compromising our comfort. Sadly, this became a deal-breaker for us. The most glaring issue was the room's ventilation and temperature control—or lack thereof. We visited in early March, and the entire building was excessively heated. Despite being from a tropical country and accustomed to warm weather, I found myself sweating in shorts and a singlet. The staff, though polite and eager to help, seemed powerless to address the issue. They provided us with a small portable AC unit, which was better than nothing, but it was clear from their demeanor that this was a recurring problem for guests. Sleeping was a nightmare. The only way to cool the room slightly was to keep the windows open, but this meant having the blinds and curtains up, allowing outside noise and light to flood in. The choice was between sleeping in a sauna-like environment or enduring the disturbances from outside. Needless to say, we had a terrible night's sleep and were relieved to check out after just one night. On a positive note, the service was impeccable. The staff truly deserve recognition for their efforts to assist guests despite the limitations they faced. The breakfast spread was also a highlight—delicious, varied, and reasonably priced, especially if you inform them in advance about adding breakfast to your stay. The room amenities were top-notch, and the spaciousness of the room added to the overall sense of luxury. We got a family suite which was plenty spacious and came with 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 bathtubs and a living area. However, these positives couldn’t outweigh the discomfort caused by the poor temperature regulation. During our trip, we stayed in four different cities across China, and this was the only hotel that lacked proper air conditioning and heating controls. For a 5-star establishment, this is a significant oversight. In conclusion, while the hotel excels in aesthetics, service, and amenities, the lack of a well-thought-out solution for room temperature is a major drawback. Management needs to address this issue with a long-term fix. After all, no matter how beautiful a hotel looks, it’s hard to appreciate it when you can’t get a good night’s rest.

__ZFB886588****An older hotel, but the facilities are still complete and the room was pretty clean. You can't expect too much from an old hotel. It's best to take a Didi (ride-hailing service) from the station; don't just jump into a shared ride, you might get ripped off. It's just outside the city wall, and I personally think staying here is more comfortable than inside the wall. Among the performances, only the iron flower show is worth seeing, but you absolutely need to get there early to secure a good spot, otherwise, you won't be able to watch. The commercial streets are all pretty much the same!

The contemporary design and elegant decor create a luxurious atmosphere, while the spacious, impeccably clean rooms provide all modern amenities, including high-speed Wi-Fi. The staff are friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile. The on-site restaurant offers a diverse menu with expertly prepared dishes, and the hotel's central location makes it convenient for exploring the city. I highly recommend Modern Crystal Hotel for a luxurious and hassle-free stay.

GGuest UserThis was my first time visiting Aranya, and the moment I stepped into the hotel, I knew I'd made the right choice. First off, the environment is very new and the design is super modern. Every single staff member, including the housekeeping team, was incredibly friendly to guests, which made me feel so comfortable. The front desk staff, both the ladies and gentlemen, were all very polite and helped answer all my questions. They also offer a shuttle service within the hotel. You can contact the hotel for a ride anywhere in Aranya. I didn't think much of it until I saw people waiting at designated stops for the Aranya shuttle – that's when I truly appreciated how convenient the hotel's shuttle service is. There's also a DECK Bistro & Bar in the lobby. The manager there had a very friendly and gentle demeanor; he's handsome and incredibly nice. The boss should definitely give him a raise! Visiting Aranya is either a 'never' or a 'hundred times' experience. Next time, I'm definitely booking Noa again!

KKwanDuring the past few days in Zhangjiakou, the most unforgettable thing is not the passion of the track, but the emotion brought by the front desk. My family sent a box of sports drinks before I left. I made sure to make sure it was delivered on the day of the game. The result was that I, a road ******, filled in the wrong district address. The courier was sorting from the south of the city to a novice post office in the north of the city. Just after the race ended at 4 p.m., the logistics information showed that ”the post office is already at the post office,” but we had to leave for the next city at 5 p.m, and looked at the postoffice address 10 kilometers away on the map, stamping our feet in a hurry. When she heard this, Ms. Park comforted me by saying, ”Don't worry, I'll find a way,” grabbing the keys to her electric car and running out. She returned 20 minutes later, sweating and panting, saying, ”The sorting officers had the wrong zoning area. I went halfway through the warehouse with them to find it!” She thought she could get it now, but she frowned again and said, ”The box is too big to fit in the electric car basket. I'm afraid it will be broken on the road. I'll run around and pack it in the trunk again!” Before I could react, she turned and rushed down the stairs again - the second time she saw her, she had a sweat scarf on her arm, With her hands tightly wrapped around the trunk, even her work shirt was soaked with sweat, but she smiled and said, ”I just borrowed a shock absorber from the post office, and none of the drinks damaged.” When she tore open the packaging, she also purposely put a note on the trunk: ”Remember to replenish electrolytes after the game!” At that moment, I suddenly felt that although the wind of Zhangjiakou was cool with the grassland, but the box of drinks and the smile of my little sister, the trophy of the race course was more heart-warming. When I met such a service in a strange city, I really wanted to share the warmth with everyone! TTimLimBad check in service at front counter lady. Seems more occupied with her task than guest service. I have to call and request for our sofa bed to be open. Given we book and indicated a family of 4, unlike other hotels whom immediately arrange all additional required items such as toothbrushs, slippers, towels, water, etc. Here I have to call to request for each items. The wifi doesn't work. I have to physically bring my laptop to the front desk for assistance.. and even that was not able to connect. Breakfast, average as the food are abit hard - hard noodles, hotdogs, breads.. Only cons is location near to ski and restaurants but so are a few hotels nearby. Free scheduled public bus shuttle to/fro train station, have to walk about 7 mins to the bus stop. As a Hyatt member, this is the worse Hyatt Place hotels I stayed. I believe surrounding hotels will have better guest services and competitive price too.
