The hotel is located in the city centre of Sparta. At present, road construction is not possible for direct routes, but parks are found nearby without charge.
We had two relatively small rooms with connection door as a family room with a very nice roof terrace with super view over the city.
The relatively poor evaluation of the equipment and cleanliness comes from the demanding carpet in the rooms, as well as the bathroom in one of the rooms without washing desk with a shower cup of 70x70 cm size with too short shower hang. This is unacceptable, especially in one of the highest prices we paid in one of the hotels during the whole Greek tour. I cannot say what other rooms are in. Breakfast is taken in a newly renovated room. However, the espresso machine should be replaced urgently. The service staff are friendly.

Hotel near the old city, at the foot of the Palamidi fortress. Very nice staff who speak English. Good breakfast. Good choice. Beautiful view from the room.

Excellent location with a wonderful environment. The place of breakfast is pleasant. Your staff is kind and smiley.Two times I asked for a boiler and a cup and they arrived quickly.
Apparently, accidents occurred when we entered the room 2 hair near the pillow and a piece of glass broken up on the chair in the room.

Hôtel extraordinaire à l'image du joli village où il se situe. Vue magnifique depuis la chambre sur le village pittoresque et la mer. C'est un endroit magique hors du temps. Mon sommeil a vraiment été réparateur grâce au confort du lit et au silence environnant. Le personnel est très gentil et serviable. La chambre a tout le confort et l'espace nécessaire. En résumé c'était un super séjour et je ne peux que recommander cet établissement ! Cependant faites attention si vous avez beaucoup de valises : tout le village se fait uniquement à pied et l'hôtel se trouve assez loin de l'entrée du village.

The staff were welcoming, I arrived VERY early and was expecting to be able to leave my bag for several hours whilst I had a look around the town but was told it would only take an hour. Lovely room with a nice view of the harbour and pool area.
The bed was comfortable and breakfast was good.

I was charged 5 euros per night cash upon checkout with no receipt. This was not indicated at the time I made the reservation. Also, when I booked it breakfast was included however when I checked in I was told it's 8 euros per day which was not how I reserved the room. Fortunately, I wasn't charged upon checkout.

QQinghuayizhilianNafplio 非常棒的海濱酒店。幾步之遙就是海邊，海邊的公共停車場免費。房間有個小陽台，有太陽的時光可以坐在户外的陽台上喝咖啡。酒店的餐廳環境和早餐都非常棒，讓我尤為感動的是第三天一早我們要早餐時間前離開趕飛機，酒店前一晚送來了早餐盒，實際上是把全套的兩份早餐搬到了客房，麪包、甜品、雞蛋、酸奶、水果盤、蜂蜜，太豐盛了！前台美麗的小姐姐推薦的海鮮餐廳也太棒了，是家傳承了150年五代的家族餐廳。
以後如果再來小鎮，首選3-sixty

AAnonymous UserSecond stay at this place and probably the last. Staff are kind, but rooms ('standard', 'cozy') are so small that 1 trolley doesn't fit! Can you imagine a brand new 4* hotel where you can't open your bag due to lack of space? Soundproofness doesn't exist - we could hear every person passing by, each door opening or child screaming, not to speak about neighbors' bathroom. Breakfast below Greek standards - very limited vegetarian options and healthy choices; peanut butter low quality with palm oil, coffee payable and no fresh orange juice. No body lotion- even if you call reception. There are so many great options in the town, no need to go back to Naus.

GGuest UserExcellent service, but I suggest you rethink the spa pool policy in the low season. The outside pool was closed for the winter, and no point in booking a more expensive room with an attached private pool (unheated), which leaves the downstairs spa pool. Charging guests to use this for 45-minute sessions meant the pool was empty and unavailable for a spontaneous dip. Perhaps instead, you can allow a limited number of guests to use the pool at any one time.
Location: There's a well-lit path into town, but it's a LONG walk. The hotel was very helpful in arranging a taxi.
Breakfast was excellent.
Service was friendly and attentive.

GGuest UserWe stayed here several years ago and were impressed. Beautiful hotel, the food was excellent as was welcome. Now… sadly, it was different. Still beautiful buildings in a beautiful spot. The customer service is poor, the food average but expensive. The seating area near reception has been abandoned, so difficult to get served drink or coffee here, in a wonderful part of the hotel , which is a shame.

The hotel’s wine is good. But we were overcharged in restaurant, which fortunately we noticed.
All in all, a disappointing experience.

The night of the stay coincided with the festival, the hotel presented Greek honey pastries and Easter eggs.

Service staff at the front desk, breakfast and poolside bar were fantastic. Beautiful location, easy drive to nearby waterfront villages/towns. Wonderful buffet breakfast and relaxing pool area. Plenty of onsite parking.

EEvelyn CuiFrom the Mistra Castle, the hotel I found temporarily was very late. I came up all the way up the mountain road. There were hotel signs on the mountain. I was pleasantly surprised when I woke up in the morning. It was surrounded by mountains. The air was super refreshing. I didn’t dare to speak loudly in the room. I stayed for one night. As a result, I didn't want to leave, and I temporarily added another night. This environment and facilities are only 100 euros, which is simply great value! Love Greece!

I especially love their breakfast, there is a wide variety of choices, I tasted many greek food there! Staff is also very helpful and friendly, parking is never a problem and there're choices of restaurants and supermarkets around the area.

BBergenThe location was not great if you are not traveling with a car. I used the bus and cabs to get to Kalamata. Walking around Messini was not ideal, but I did manage. The staff was very nice. The room had a balcony, which I enjoyed. My biggest issue with the room itself was that the air conditioning didn’t work, at least not properly.
