Fiz o check-in no hotel marina logo depois da meia-noite e havia um cavalheiro lá para me receber, o quarto que me deram era agradavelmente bom, limpo e razoavelmente grande, e até tinha uma pequena varanda com vista para a rua principal. Grande bônus que o ar condicionado funcionou bem O colchão era confortável para mim, mas firme, no entanto, os travesseiros eram como 2 sacos de tijolos realmente terríveis. Comodidades básicas fornecidas e uma mini geladeira com alguns refrescos, todos com preços razoáveis. O chuveiro do banheiro tinha um pouco de mofo, mas isso não é incomum para esses lugares quentes e úmidos. Wotu não tem extração de ventilação adequada. Minhas únicas 2 reclamações, o wi-fi não é a maior dificuldade para fazer videochamadas com minha família usando-o, pois ficava caindo. E havia uma ventilação entre meu banheiro e o quarto ao lado e eu podia ouvir cada vez que eles iam ao banheiro, tomavam banho ou secavam o cabelo. Fora isso, eu me senti segura como uma mulher sozinha e foi uma estadia agradável de alguns dias. A localização era fantástica, bem perto (8 a 10 minutos a pé) da estação Basmane (que leva você diretamente para Éfeso), também perto dos bondes que levam você facilmente a qualquer lugar.

A equipe do hotel foi simpática, pois ficava perto do Folkart. Vim a negócios e era conveniente. Esperava um interior mais luxuoso pelo preço que paguei. Paguei quase 200 euros por um quarto, então esperava um quarto agradável, mas não foi o que recebi. Além disso, o cheiro vindo de fora era de ração de gato, muito forte. Me colocaram em um andar baixo, infelizmente não em um alto. Portanto, a relação custo-benefício é ruim. Eu não pagaria mais de 90 euros por este quarto, mas infelizmente paguei quase 200 euros. Infelizmente, não tirei fotos do quarto porque estava ocupado a negócios; caso contrário, adicionaria fotos do quarto pelo qual paguei muito caro. Definitivamente não vale 200 euros.

中心地にあるので観光がしやすく最高でした！ 空港行きのバスターミナルや、チェシュメ行きのミニバスのバス停までも徒歩10分圏内です。雰囲気の良い道が多くて歩くのが楽しかったです。お湯もしっかり出ますし、シャンプーやボディソープなどのアメニティ、ペットボトルの水も提供してくれます。テレビでNetflixも見られます。Wi-Fiのスピードがかなり速く（自宅より早いかも...）写真の転送に役立ちました。

Grande localização, mas a sala não estava limpa, especialmente a casa de banho, havia dois botões de cigarros no chuveiro que parecia estar lá por algum tempo de anteriores convidados.

A localização do hotel é muito boa.A equipe do hotel é muito amigável e amável.Entretanto, a facilidade do hotel é bastante antiga. Vivo perto do Hotel Renaissance em Shanghai, Putuo. Estava à espera de uma experiência semelhante, mas desiludida com instalações. Recomendo-lhe que pague um pouco mais e fique no hotel Marriott, que está a pé para uma melhor experiência.

This is the worst experience I have ever had when booking a hotel online. On the first day, I arrived at the hotel alone. Originally, I chose the most expensive room mainly because I thought the room was big enough, so it should have better sound insulation. I didn’t expect this weird room to be really weird. The kettle was filled with white scale. I tried to clean it at first, but later I found that it couldn't be cleaned at all, and it was all covered with white powder. I said I wanted to get a new one. I still had to wait until the next morning to go to the counter and ask for it to be replaced. What's even more exaggerated is that the air conditioner is placed in the kitchen. Then imagine that you can transmit the air conditioning from the kitchen to your master bedroom through the living room. As you can imagine, it's simply impossible. And the hotel staff didn't think this was a problem. So in order to prevent myself from freezing to death, I took a Youyou card and inserted it in my room. I didn’t even dare to get up when I went out, for fear that the temperature in the room would drop. The next day, my boyfriend arrived. I asked him to go to the counter and get me two bottles of water. A boy's waiter told him 60 Turkish dollars, and the next day I thought to myself that I would find the waitress and she would return it. The result is really a pipe dream. After explaining a lot, I can give you a few bottles of water if you want. As long as the money goes into their pockets, they can never take it out. The sound insulation of the room is also extremely poor. Anyway, you can complain about everything you can think of. The most important thing that made me furious was leaving for the day. He said to make sure we had snacks. Since I'm not in the habit of eating snacks in restaurants, I thought there shouldn't be any, but then he said yes, so I was sure my boyfriend had some. Told me a bunch of stuff. I heard chocolate,,,, and two bottles of water. I asked him if water doesn’t cost money? He said the two bottles in the refrigerator were charged. I really don’t think that’s how business works. He said he wanted 190 Turkish dollars. I directly gave him 200 yuan, and he pretended that there was no change for ten yuan at the counter. I asked him to keep it because the driver outside was waiting for us to go to the airport. Really, really, really don’t book this room. Because once you order, you are guaranteed to regret it. The scenery and people in Türkiye are really great. But the service quality of this hotel really deducted points for Türkiye. It's simply embarrassing.

Great stay, very warm receptionists. Had an issue with the laundry service and the staff went the extra mile to solve it even on a weekend.

The hotel is located in the center - in the heart of Izmir. Many different Turkish cafes around. Not far from the market. Before you check-in you should verify the actual details and size of your room. In our case what was in the picture on Trip.com was not exactly the reality. When we asked why we booked 20m3 double room and were given a small one of 14m3 they started explaining that the system booked automatically..., we have two types..., you should have told us you need the bigger one etc. Very funny and weak excuses. Otherwise the hotel is not bad, the breakfast is ok, the location is nice. By the way - parking is just along the road next to the hotel - it is a normal way of parking in many places in Türkiye.

A ar condicionado não estava funcionando bem infelizmente não era aceitável a partir de hotéis de luxo de 5 estrelas ... manutenção deve trabalhar mais duro !!! E gestores!!!
