I had a very relaxing and comfortable overnight stay at the Radisson Hotel (Daxing Airport). This is one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed at in China; it's both new and immaculate. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to and from Daxing Airport, with convenient return trips for catching the subway, making travel very easy. The complimentary laundry facilities are a standout feature, perfect for someone with a busy schedule like mine – I did my laundry in the morning and felt refreshed by the afternoon. The breakfast selection is extensive, ranging from Chinese to Western options. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

Booked a single room and got a free upgrade to twin room, very big size beds and big TV. When walking towards block B, will pass by the two big size alpaca. Hotel provides free pick up from T2 and T3, for T3 is departure gate 10. It’s convenient to use Trip app free internet call to contact receptionist after you collect baggages, it takes around 15mins for vehicle to arrive. The hotel vehicle has hotel name on it and is easy to spot. h

The hotel's location is excellent, conveniently close to both the subway and bus stations, making travel very easy. The room was clean and tidy, and the facilities were well-maintained; the TV, air conditioning, and water heater all worked perfectly. The bedding was soft and comfortable, with a variety of pillows to choose from. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, especially the fresh fruit. The front desk staff were warm and efficient, even helping to store our luggage. It was a very satisfying stay.

The hotel's overall service really needs a lot of improvement. For airport transfers, you have to actively call and ask the hotel; they won't contact guests in advance to inform them of the times. Upon check-in, there were no welcome drinks, no one helped carry luggage to the room, and no one introduced the room facilities. Regarding airport transfers, they don't confirm and tally the number of people for each flight in advance. Instead, everyone just waits in the lobby, which is very disorganized. Today, I missed the 6 AM shuttle. I thought there was a wake-up service and almost missed my flight (I caught it because the flight was delayed by over an hour due to weather). I felt terrible 👎. Aside from the airport transfer, there were no highlights, but even that one service wasn't handled well. The only good review is for the delivery robot; the robot brought my takeout right to my room door. The service is worse than the robot's!

We booked three family rooms when my parents and my sister with her family came to visit us in China. Beijing was our first stop on our leg of showing the family around China. The hotel had arranged two rooms for us that we got straight away when we arrived in the morning, even though we got there very early, and we got the third room in the afternoon. The hotel’s location is very convenient, as it is close to the shopping street, shopping mall, restaurants, the Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square. The only thing that could be improved is the cleaning, since small details are overlooked during the cleaning process.

The hotel offers complimentary self-service mineral water, beverages, snacks, and fruits at the front desk! They also have laundry service, where staff wash, dry, and deliver your clothes right to your room – super convenient! Plus, there's a robot that delivers takeout to your room! During breakfast, the manager personally served us in the dining area, even bringing us noodles. The attitude and service were excellent! It's rare to find a hotel with such thoughtful service. When we checked out, the front desk staff even offered us mineral water. A truly fantastic hotel! The price of this hotel offers incredible value for money within Beijing's Fourth Ring Road! It's only a 30-minute subway ride to popular attractions like Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City, and the National Museum.

The direct, covered walkway from Terminal 3 took less than 10 minutes, and I was in the elegant lobby without ever stepping outside—a true blessing in bad weather or after a tiring flight. The soundproofing is excellent. The bed was sumptuously comfortable, and the room was impeccably clean and modern. · Outstanding Service: The staff were the highlight. The check-in team was swift and welcoming. I arrived very early from a red-eye, and they proactively offered information about early check-in options and kindly stored my luggage without any hassle. · Excellent Amenities: The indoor pool and fitness center are fantastic for stretching out after a long flight. The executive lounge (accessible with my room type) offered a peaceful space with great refreshments. The variety of dining options in the hotel meant I didn't have to venture out. For Travelers: This is the gold standard for a transit hotel. It completely eliminates the stress of Beijing traffic and long security lines for your connecting flight. While it's perfect for airport access, the hotel also offers a free shuttle to the city center if you decide to explore. If you value a good night's sleep before a flight, seamless logistics, and professional service, look no further. The Hilton Beijing Airport Hotel turns a necessary stop into a relaxing part of your journey. I will not hesitate to book here again for any future transit through Beijing.

Small but perfectly formed! The location is incredibly convenient, right on the second floor of the terminal building, and you can reach security on the third floor, which saves a ton of time! Plus, it's surprisingly quiet; you occasionally hear hallway noise, but almost no other disturbances! The front desk staff, Xinxin, provided excellent service. I booked a windowless room, and she upgraded me to one with a window – highly recommend!

Staying at the Kempinski camping room with family over Christmas 2025 was an incredibly impressive experience overall. We checked in at the 15th-floor Executive Lounge on Christmas Eve. The hotel is located on the left bank of Beijing's 'Seine River,' the Liangma River, and you can walk to the riverside via an internal passage. The main hotel building is also connected to the Lufthansa Center mall by an indoor corridor. During our stay, every staff member, whether it was the person who checked me in, the concierge in the lobby, or the housekeeping staff we met in the corridors, greeted us actively and warmly. Special thanks to Clark and his colleagues at the Executive Lounge for helping me coordinate our check-in and afternoon tea arrangements. They made a later check-in for family members (with young children) feel incredibly welcoming and festive. The camping room setup was very thoughtfully designed. For the Christmas theme this time, in addition to the original large tent, there was a Christmas tree and festive decorations. I heard that the room's furnishings and decorations are constantly adjusted according to different seasons and holidays. My child has already requested to stay at the Kempinski Hotel Lufthansa Center again for our next holiday.

Whenever I visit Beijing, the Renaissance Beijing Wangfujing is my go-to choice. A hotel offering views of the Forbidden City and, at night, the illuminated Tiananmen Square, is incredibly rare in Beijing. This panoramic view is truly Renaissance's trump card. Moreover, the hotel's decor and ambiance perfectly suit my taste—it's both comfortable and inviting. The gym and swimming pool are additional reasons I consistently choose this hotel. And of course, its unbeatable location is a major plus. I'm also very fond of the exquisite food served at the executive lounge. Sitting by the window, gazing at the Forbidden City while savoring delicious cuisine, is simply delightful.
