Have always wanted to stay here. Sadly it's very dated in places. The first room I checked into was cold, it appeared that the heating was not working. Was offered blankets or change rooms. Opted to change room. 2nd room was unbearably hot but felt I couldn't complain again. Only one of the two small windows opened and the radiator had no controls to turn it down. The reception gave me no directions to get to either room location the hotel is a maze. Door staff on security were good and welcoming when getting back early in the morning and this was reassuring. Reception staff on check out were kind and happy to store our bags in the luggage room while we wandered round Bournemouth. For less than £50 for a Saturday night hotel it was as I expected.

Stunning hotel, great location. Everything was fantastic. Small thing is room 109 has a small frosted window with no view. When opening it opens to a dirty mucky roof. We did not leave it open as vermin might enter the room. We also mentioned it was a 40th bday but no extras not even a note.

This should be the best hotel in Bournemouth, right? The views and location are amazing, absolutely nothing to complain about there. Now for my gripes: 1. At check-in, they didn't even mention that toiletries and slippers needed to be requested. I got into the room and there was nothing. I had to ask specifically before they'd tell me. Although they did provide them later, why can't they proactively inform guests at check-in that these aren't automatically provided and need to be requested if desired? 2. The breakfast selection is pitifully small, and the person making eggs often walks away for extended periods. There's already so little to eat, and then you have to wait for them... Other than that, there's nothing else to report – nothing particularly good, nothing particularly bad.

We love our stay here. Just 10 mins to the beach. Hotel is clean and equipped with all you needs. We love the shampoo it smells so good! Definitely will stay again .

The hotel was lovely. Room was very clean. The pool area was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was expensive for what it was. The only negative thing I will say is that we were in the annex not the main hotel and the main doors and lift were out of order. Apart from that our stay was very nice.

We had a 3 day stay at the Harbour Hotel in Christchurch. We ate dinner there twice - once at ”The Upper Deck” and once at ”The Jetty”. Both meals were excellent: we had lovely tables, the food was great and the service made us feel special. The experience at breakfast was the same, with attentive service from all the staff and great food served on the open veranda. Although we were using the hotel as a base for our walks around the area, we also used the spa which was well maintained and had all the facilities you could want. We did have an issue with our assigned room which was not as ordered from Trip.com. Although the reception team reconfirmed they had allocated the room accurately based on what Trip.com had ordered for us, the Cherry the reception manager took it on herself to compensate us for the mismatch. From start to finish the service at The Harbour was outstanding. All the staff that served us in reception, the bar, the restaurants and the spa were helpful, efficient and friendly. Although our room was smaller than we'd ordered, it was well appointed and the bed was very comfortable. All in all, this was one of the nicest hotels we've stayed in, this in no small part due to the professionalism and caring attitude of the staff team. We will return !

Hotel is clean and tidy, there is a hill to walk up .? We have stayed at Hampton Hilton a few times , unfortunately like most things there are cut backs . In the scheme of things they are small , Breakfast no fried eggs no mushrooms, they used to serve small chocoate muffins , disappeared , instead of being an outstanding breakfast its now just average at best . Quilt on the bed very thin for December. But all in all it’s okay .

Amazing location with a spacious room and balcony, the breakfast is also wonderful with fresh homemade bread and offering a lot of amities introduction from the spa and fork and spoon cafe. We have a good time oh and the car park with overnight special offer

We specifically booked this hotel for our anniversary and they decorated the bed with petals which was a nice touch. The hotel itself was very nice but the rooms were a bit outdated and the toilet was dirty. There were quite a few downsides which did ruin our short stay. We booked this hotel specifically for the spa facilities mainly the jacuzzi pool but this was out of order before we got there and we were not informed of this otherwise we would’ve booked elsewhere and it wasn’t fixed for our entire stay. Swimming pool was decent but not the cleanest as i felt dirt on pool floor. On our last night we ran out of water and my wife is pregnant so i went to the night porter and asked for a bottle of water which they provide complimentary daily but he said he couldn't give me one and he could sell one from the bar, which i found ridiculous. The room didnt have a fridge so we couldnt buy any water and keep it cool. Parking was £10 a day which I believe should be included in the stay. Hotel staff were friendly other than that but I would probably look elsewhere next time. For the price we paid I did expect a lot more from the hotel.

Ficamos aqui como casal e tivemos uma experiência mista. O hotel tem seus charmes, mas também tem algumas desvantagens. Quartos e Comodidades: Os quartos eram bem pequenos e pareciam congestionados, incluindo o banheiro, onde a disposição dos vasos sanitários era muito apertada. As comodidades oferecidas eram básicas — apenas sabonete e um sabonete líquido para cabelo e corpo. Surpreendentemente, não havia sabonete líquido para as mãos, geladeira ou secador de cabelo no quarto. O lado positivo é que o quarto estava limpo e não tivemos problemas com a higiene. Equipe e Serviço: A equipe foi muito simpática e acolhedora, o que tornou a estadia ainda mais agradável. Instalações e Ambiente: A piscina era linda e a vista da piscina era incrível, com vista direta para o mar. O lounge compartilhava a mesma bela vista — um ótimo lugar para relaxar à noite. Havia até um pequeno cantinho para joias dentro do hotel, então cuidado — você pode acabar comprando um anel ou colar se seu parceiro começar a olhar! Outras observações: O elevador foi provavelmente o mais antigo que já usei — realmente me senti como se estivesse voltando aos anos 90, o que de certa forma adicionou um toque peculiar ao lugar. Comida: O café da manhã inglês completo foi realmente muito bom — um dos destaques da nossa estadia. Custo-benefício geral: O preço era razoável, mas para um custo-benefício melhor, seria ótimo se incluíssem itens essenciais como geladeira, sabonete líquido e secador de cabelo nos quartos.
