Fantastic stay, the best rooms in Hong Kong for home stay. The swimming pool and gym are great , and there is also sauna and steam room. Location is near shenzhen bay checkpoint, and three or four stops by tram from the nearest metro station.

We stayed for a night with friend very happy with cleanliness and service. Staffs are very helpful and polite. Although location is slightly away from the Centre but transport is convenient to all amenities. We didn’t have a chance to eat in the hotel but within few minutes walk has some lovely places to eat, they serve lovely breakfast and dinner. I would definitely come back here again.

Nice hotel, artistic design and layout. Closer to metro station 5-10mins. The size of the room is enough for my family. They regularly clean the room which is nice. They provided toiletries but sometimes were inconsistent. For 4pax booked, sometimes they provided 2 sets of toothbrush/slippers. Other days they provided 4. No problem though, you can always ask the receptionist but it would be better if consistent. However, one of the reasons I chose this hotel are the amenities posted. Children playground-maybe I overlooked it or haven't read that you need to pay for 200 hkd per hour. So it is not free. Swimming pool- you need to book in order to use and limit it for 1.5hrs only. I am not sure if it comes with a fee, better check it first. No free drinking water provided. Charger outlet/adapter- you need to buy or bring one Using their power source- it takes ages to charge. Tried the breakfast, just okay for 77/pax Overall, a good stay but would prefer another hotel with the same rate next time.

Location is okay, a bit far from the TST. But walking distance to MTR Station. Cleanliness is okay also. Service average. Facilities okay. I would suggest that the hotel make an upgrade with their room, the colored carpet is a bit old style design. But overall its okay.

Good condition and services Very clean and comfortable and high efficient for special orders Easy transportation for MTR, tunnel bus, So many Shopping centres and food centers I lounge for simple bread and juices for breakfast. Also 24 hours drinks and coffee is a very good offering. The hotel is easy to find because you can see the bldg. w/ Panda logo at the far distance. However, the only disadvantage for me is it's a little bit far from the MTR station and when you walk during the hot weather, it's kind of disturbing feeling, maybe it's just ok during winter time. Anyway,check in is smooth, good thing is that you don't need to deposit, just get directly into your room. Also there is a mall, restaurants, coffee shop, bakeshop at the groundfloor and around the building so you dont need to worry where to eat. Room is clean w/ big and small bed, but found something strange when I walk into the restroom to pee in the middle of the night and suddenly heard strange noise which bothers my sleep. Room rate is reasonable and near the Disneyland or if you want to go day tour in Macau by bus.

Perfect place for relaxation. The seaview is just mesmerizing. Worth the money. The location is a bit far from the city but there's a free shuttle nus so it's still convenient.

i love the view at the rooftop swimming pool on the 38th floor. it is great to have a swim in the late afternoon. you might be able to see a magnificent sunset while swimming. the breakfast buffet is quite sumptuous and the dining area is cozy and has a great street view. the room is cozy and spacious for hong Kong standards. the receptionists can speak fluent English, Chinese and Cantonese.

The hotel is a bit out of the way from main tourist area- Nathan Road. It is about 15 minutes from the nearest tube station. The east and south of hotel is surrounded by some small metal retails commerce and car repair shops. I didn't like the metal and repair smells. The west of the hotel is one block away from a shopping plaza and also a lovely park. My taxi driver didn't know the hotel location until I gave him the address. The hotel entry is not easily spotted. The hotel reception is on the third floor. It looks bigger in the picture than in reality. I booked the 2 nights stay as I thought it is in a new reclaimed land area. I thought the hotel is located in a residential area. Considering the hotel is only 2 years new, I would expect the lifts are in best condition. I would appreciate the staff at the front of the desk with some smile. The lady in charge of the breakfast was lovely. The rooms are small, but designed to maximize the space. They are clean and the shower is great.

The perfect place to relax before entering HK downtown, or after leaving it. It shows signs of the time passed but it is totally OK. Chinese or Western breakfast available. Smack on the beach with an outdoor ground terrace. Super quiet in the evening. It can be reached by bus from Tung Chung bus station or by ferry from HK. Nice walks are to be had too, to hill tops or beaches. HK airport is on the other side of the island, and you can take the Ngong Ping cable car to the big Buddha from Tung Chung. If I get back to HK I will relax in this hotel first.

This is our top 1 favourite hotel, The room was amazing very clean and spacious, i was expecting to have a complimentary toothbrush but they don’t have it. Thank you for the small cake our celebrant was so surprised and happy, sad part was we didn’t get to enjoy the pool area since the bad weather came. will definitely comeback here again!

Good size room for Hong Kong standards, free shuttle bus to shopping centre and MTR station. It’s about 7 minutes walk from Tai Wo Hau station just walk across footbridge and turn left, walk about 7mins. Breakfast was Ok.

Very unique and recognisable building at Causeway bay. Hotel location is very good. Times square and MTR station, shopping mall etc are all within minutes walk. Local restaurants and wet markets are also near by. Room is small but tidy. Would recommend this hotel to friends when they visit Hong Kong.

It was a very old hotel. I had set my expectations accordingly. Price was surprisingly affordable considering how expensive Hong Kong is. The airport bus stops right in front of this hotel which was a plus point. It was also walking distance to Avenue of Stars. I would book this place again!
