Pros - clean comfortable room - near the cost line with view over the channel - super polite staff - great family pool area - used to the place being full so it’s organised extremely well - 24 hour room service Cons - no concierge to greet new guests getting out of taxis - No one to show you to your room! Have to find your own way. - loud banging doors waking guests very early in the morning due to neighbours from doors next to one another (see pictures) - bird poo all over the windows (see pictures) - breakfast buffet was just okay.. self service coffee and not great food. A decent hotel but somewhat ruined by poor welcome and the early morning noise of other guests. Ask for a quiet rooms.

Foi o primeiro a experimentar a fazenda de Pearl e realmente excedeu a nossa expectativa 🥰 Já tivemos um Grande tempo para ficarmos Neste resort, relaxar, confortar seus alimentos de pequeno-almoço para jantar com snacks e bebidas deslizantes, A paz do local que sentimos tão bem tranquila, e o pessoal estava tão bonito e amigável, especialmente para o nosso padrinho, que realmente gosta de falar com todos os funcionários que conheceu. O melhor resort que já fizemos e não podemos parar de falar sobre o tamanho do lugar e de todas as pessoas.

MMs. HayleyFrom the moment we arrived at Dusit Thani Residence Davao, we felt welcomed and well-taken care of. The lobby, though modest in size, exuded a calm charm and the check-in process was smooth. We were greeted warmly by staff who treated us with genuine hospitality — their attentiveness set the tone for our entire stay. Many previous guests also praised the staff’s politeness and readiness to help. We stayed in a studio apartment, and it was nothing short of comfortable. The room came with a kitchenette, a coffee/tea maker, minibar, and free WiFi — extremely convenient whether you’re staying briefly or planning a longer stay. The modern fittings and thoughtful layout made it easy to relax or be productive: there was enough space to move around, and everything was clean and well-kept. Cleanliness, indeed, stood out during our stay — a point frequently echoed by other guests. One of the highlights was the leisure amenities. We took full advantage of the outdoor swimming pool — a serene little oasis perfect for a morning dip or evening unwind. The fitness centre, spa, and wellness offerings added to the sense of pampering. For those traveling with kids or family, there’s even a kids’ pool and a family-friendly vibe. Breakfast and dining at the hotel also deserve special mention. The buffet breakfast was generous and satisfying — a great way to start a busy day in Davao. For lunch or dinner, the on-site restaurant served a mix of Thai, Asian, international, and European dishes, giving a variety that could cater to different tastes and dietary preferences.
