This is a really great hotel. The facilities have a wonderful sense of history, and it's very clean. It's a shame I only stayed for one night, but I'll definitely come back if I have the chance.

My recent stay at the Kozmo Hotel Suites and Spa in Budapest was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, the experience was luxurious and flawless. Here’s why this hotel deserves all five stars: 1. Warm Welcome and Check-in: Upon arrival, we were greeted by the friendly and attentive staff who immediately made us feel at home. The check-in process was seamless, and they provided us with a helpful overview of the hotel’s amenities, spa services, and nearby attractions. The lobby itself is stunning, with modern decor and a welcoming atmosphere. 2. The Room: We stayed in one of the Kozmo Rooms, which was beautifully appointed with elegant, contemporary furnishings. The spaciousness of the room was impressive, with a separate living area, a comfortable king-size bed, and floor-to-ceiling windows that offered breathtaking views of the city. The room was immaculately clean, and the design was both stylish and practical. Every detail, from the plush linens to the luxurious bathroom amenities, screamed luxury. 3. The Spa: The spa at Kozmo Hotel is truly a hidden gem! After long days of exploring the city, we treated ourselves to a massage and some time in the sauna. The staff at the spa were professional and the treatments were incredibly relaxing. The heated pool and whirlpool were the perfect spots to unwind, and the ambiance in the spa area was tranquil, with soft lighting and calming music. 5. Location: The hotel’s location is perfect for exploring Budapest. It’s situated in the heart of the city, within walking distance to many of the major attractions, including the Danube River, Parliament, and St. Stephen’s Basilica. There are also plenty of cafés and shops nearby, making it easy to experience the best of Budapest’s culture and cuisine. 6 Exceptional Service: What truly sets Kozmo Hotel apart is the level of service. Every staff member we encountered was courteous, helpful, and went out of their way to ensure we had an amazing stay. They provided great recommendations for restaurants and activities, and they were always ready to assist with any request we had. Final Thoughts: Kozmo Hotel Suites and Spa is the perfect blend of elegance, comfort, and top-tier service. Whether you’re visiting Budapest for leisure or business, this hotel provides a luxurious retreat in the heart of the city. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a truly five-star experience. We can’t wait to return!

The toilet and shower were separate, and there was also a bathtub, which was very convenient. The shower was button-operated and very powerful, and the hairdryer was a high-quality German product. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. It was midsummer and hot, but they brought ice to my room and cooled the two complimentary bottles of cold water I could drink. The concierge at the reception spoke clear and easy-to-understand English, and was able to understand my poor English. It's also right next to the airport bus stop, and is very convenient with both the subway and bus stops nearby. This is a highly recommended hotel with few Japanese or Asian customers.

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and professional, from the moment we arrived at the hotel entrance, through check-in, and all the way to check-out and luggage handling. Every service was polite and attentive. The hotel breakfast was quite rich, with à la carte options, and the fruit was delicious. The room size was quite large for European standards, and housekeeping was prompt and thorough. The only minor drawback was that the shower facilities in the room were a bit old-fashioned and the drainage wasn't great.

Our recent stay at the Pullman Budapest was largely positive, though with a couple of minor hiccups. Upon arrival, we were immediately impressed by the fantastic service and the hotel's unexpected kindness in upgrading our room. The room itself was quite stylish and comfortable, featuring a clean, minimalist aesthetic with a large, inviting bed and crisp white linens, as seen in the photo. The artistic wall mural behind the bed added a unique touch of warmth and color to the space. The bathroom, which appears to be integrated into the room's design, was modern and well-appointed with a sleek sink and ample towel storage. However, our initial experience was marred by a blocked sink in our upgraded room, which, while frustrating, was resolved within two days. Another somewhat unusual incident occurred late one night when we requested a refill for our water bottles; we were asked to bring the bottles down to the reception for refilling, which felt a bit unconventional for a hotel of this caliber. Despite these minor issues, the Pullman Budapest proved to be a decent hotel, offering good service and comfortable accommodations.

From this hotel, It is only a 10-minute walk from the train station connecting Warsaw and Prague, and it is also within walking distance of the city's tourist attractions. It is not far from the central station that connects to Vienna.This hotel is kept luxurious for a five-star hotel, but I couldn't believe that fruits in the breakfast buffet were only apples during my stay.However, this was the only hotel that gave a bottle of champagne as a welcome drink in my travel.

First and foremost, the service is the best I've encountered in dozens of European countries. From the concierge to the front desk to room service, you truly feel honored and comfortable. The valet always leaves my car immaculately clean before handing it over to me, and even provides bottled water based on the number of people in the car before departure. Such thoughtful details. The hotel's location and amenities are also excellent. This is a hotel brand under the UAE Royal Group, and I highly recommend it!

The hotel is right on the Buda fisherman bastion the best location,a little pricey. Disappointed due to no air conditioning hotel said they put off air conditioning during this season Starting October. Most of Europe does this. They instructed us to just open windows,if a person has respiratory issues it would affect their breathing. The temperature of the room is not consistent near the window is cold away from the window is hot, Otherwise it is a good place to stay.

The hotel is in a very good location, on the quiet side. But there is public transportation right outside, and it's a 7-minute walk to the opposite side of the Congress. It's a great place to walk along the river at night. There is a nice bar on the top floor of the hotel, and the guy was super nice and gave me a free meal! The room is very exquisite, not big but tasteful, and everything is new.

Perfect location. Great staff. Room a little outdated in some places but still a great place for my hubby as he is disabled. Tram stop is outside of the hotel and we can see the Chain bridge from our room. Enjoyed our weekend break. Participated in the Wizz Air Half Marathon.
