"The large sea view from the room was nice, but the in-room facilities felt a bit outdated. I asked the front desk several times, and they just kept saying 'turn left outside, it's in the building next door,' without mentioning it was in a different hotel. We walked back and forth multiple times under the scorching sun and couldn't find it. When we asked another staff member, they said this hotel doesn't even have a kids' club! I saw reviews online of other guests using the infinity pool, but the front desk also failed to mention it was at the Belmont Hotel, so we just assumed it wasn't open. The front desk was also vague about the breakfast restaurant's location, just saying 'in the building next door.' Every time we went to that 'next door building,' we had to walk a long way under the blazing sun. Whether it's a kids' club or a water park, why can't they clearly state it's in a different hotel? Even if it's 'next door,' it should still be part of *their* hotel. Who would guess it's a completely different property without clear information? Our butler added us on WeChat after we had been running around all day and went out in the evening, but we didn't see it until the next day at check-out when they reminded us to add them. What's the point then? How can I possibly leave a good review with an experience like that? Objectively, the facilities at the partner hotels are quite good, making the overall value for money reasonable. But shouldn't the subjective service keep up? It's just a matter of saying a few more words, yet they made everything so complicated every time."

"Hilton Wenchang offers an opportunity to discover another curious side of Hainan. We could see Wenchang Space Launch site directly from our balcony. The beach was nearby, and we watched sunrises and sunsets there. The swimming pool was spotless clean, although only one pool out of there was open due to a low number of guests. A couple scenic spots are very close too, about 10 min drive. There has been a delicious breakfast every morning. The staff was polite and helpful. Jason He helped us with multiple needs, such as ordering medicine, finding restaurants, and booking a shuttle bus to Wenchang railway station. The latter is free, just need to book it in advance for a certain time period."

"My family and I enjoyed our stay at Westin thoroughly. It was a breeze checking in and the rooms were extremely comfortable. We have the lounge access and I will suggest to anyone to top up the difference in cost to enjoy the view and cosiness of the lounge and evening cocktail and food. The staff were extremely helpful and polite, greeting u. The amenities were good too, nice beautiful pool and a fully equipped gym that was one of the best i have seen in any hotel around. "I would rate it 20 out of 20, if I could. Really amazing hotel with friendly and helpful staff. And they all speak english, what is not common in Sanya. The private hotel beach is beautiful, clean with many sunbeds for hotel guests. And you CAN swim in the sea, because before coming here I found some information that you can’t. And the water is clear and warm. So it is in the swimming pool. We’ve also stayed at another hotel at Yalong Bay and it was a complete dissapointment. But fortunately we’ve moved here afterwards, so we’ll have great memories from Sanya. In my opinion you can skip all the rest od the island, just come to Hyatt and you’ll have a memorable stay full of joy!"

Breakfast is abundant, and there's also a coffee shop where you can leisurely enjoy a cup. It's a peaceful retreat amidst the lively surroundings, and you can walk to the beach. It's so comfortable to just relax and unwind here."

"Hotel is great and comfortable. Lobby is tastefully decorated and service staff top notch. Special shout out to Shaw for his excellent customer service, being accommodative of our needs and ever attentive. Rooms were large and sound proofing is excellent. Also a shout out to the service staff, Hardy, for the first night stay. He handled all my parcels swiftly and even helped resolve a delivery which had a little issue. Highly recommended, will return to stay at the intercontinental for sure!"
