"Great location and just next to MIXC shopping centre. Spacious and clean room. The bed is the firm type but still comfortable. Love Byredo toiletries. The electrical bidet was not operating well but was fixed the next day when the room service cleaned and tidied the room. The common corridors and some of the communal toilet have no airconditioning which makes the place very stuffy and warm. Hopefully, the hotel management can relook into their ESG strategies and find a balance between hotel guest comfort level and their ESG goals. Understand that this is a hotel for holiday purpose, so there is no business centre. I went to the lobby area to use my laptop. The hotel reception staff was very kind to provide blanket and water as I was working late throughout the night. My stay included breakfast buffet which is passable. Love the fresh fruit juice and the honey comb. The conceirge service staff Rachel was exceptionally helpful to provide recommendations on place to visit and to assist me with the restaurants reservation, purchase ferry tickets to Gulangyu and booking for Nantuo Temple."

"We booked the two-storey villa and truly enjoyed the beautiful scenery within the hotel grounds, as well as the excellent service. From the doorman, restaurant staff, electrician, to the drivers — everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. A special thanks to our Butler, Xiao Fang. She is such a lovely and caring lady — incredibly helpful, patient, and attentive. No matter what we requested, she always did her best to assist. I changed my boat-ride schedule multiple times, and she handled everything with so much patience and professionalism. Xiao Fang truly made our holiday more enjoyable and completely hassle-free. We would love to come back to this hotel again."

"We stayed there for 4 nights and enjoyed it. Location is not in the downtown but still convenient with Didi share car services ( 8-9km to ferry pier and Chung wah walking street ). Staffs are kind and helpful and breakfast is sophisticated with enough choices. Thanks."

"My wife and I recently spent a few days at the Fuzhou Sanbaobindi Hotel for a much-needed getaway, and it was, without question, the best hotel experience we’ve ever had. Situated in the heart of Fuzhou’s historic Sanfang Qixiang district, the hotel was the perfect base for exploring the cultural treasures of old Fuzhou—all within easy walking distance, including access to the metro. From the moment we stepped in, the experience was exceptional. We were warmly welcomed with traditional tea and snacks, and the check-in process was a breeze—under three minutes! Our room overlooked a beautifully manicured Chinese garden and perfectly balanced traditional design with modern comfort. Every detail in the room was spotless, showing a clear respect for the historical architecture. The true highlight of our stay, however, was the level of care and hospitality provided by the staff, especially our guest services manager, Roy Huang. Roy went above and beyond, offering us night snacks and daily desserts and taking time to share insights into Fuzhou’s rich history and culture. Our conversations with him were a true pleasure—learning about the city’s architecture, the hotel’s own story, and even the local tea culture, which he introduced us to with great care and knowledge. It’s rare to meet someone who makes you feel so genuinely welcome. Roy’s attention to detail and kindness transformed our stay into something extraordinary. We left Fuzhou with a much deeper appreciation for the city, and it was all thanks to the team at the Sanbaobindi Hotel. If you’re looking for an authentic yet refined stay that captures the spirit of traditional Fuzhou, I couldn’t recommend the Sanbaobindi Hotel highly enough. "Is a new luxury hotel and everything is still new & well maintained. The room is spacious and the bed was so comfortable to sleep. Good cleaning service from the hotel cleaners and they offered bedtime cleaning every night. Generous enough to extend my checkout time after asking for it as my flight time is in the evening. Not to forget the good service from the bellboy. The location is near to airport which is around 15 mins drive. However, it's slightly further from the popular tourist attractions such as gulangyu island, zhongshan road, Xiamen uni. It was not too expensive to take the taxi ( Didi) and the bus stop station is just 5 min walking distance where's the nearest metro station is around 15-20mins walking distance. Breakfast is a plus point with multiple options. Overall it was a satisfactory stay which I will consider to come back for my relaxing getaway."

"Yesterday, I stayed at the newly opened Xiamen Jimei Marriott. It was clean and fresh, and the staff were warm and polite. The location is a significant advantage, very close to Xiamen North Railway Station and the airport, which is super convenient for travelers needing to catch high-speed trains or flights. You can easily take a taxi to Joy City nearby. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Xiamen. Highly recommended! 👍"

"【Brief Review】It’s expensive for a reason. 【Environment】1. Room style preferences are subjective. The view outside the window wasn't as bad as I'd imagined – the downstairs pool, park, villas, and the 'Li He' on the roof, plus the distant twinkling lights of the city like a river of stars, and the layered sky. Lying in bed watching the clouds drift by was incredibly relaxing. 2. The room amenities are Aesop (also in the hotel's public restrooms and pool showers). There's a pillow menu with various options, sleep masks are provided, and bath tub liners are available if you want a soak. The minibar is quite well-stocked. Unique touches include the postcards in the Hermes orange folder and the inside of the umbrella. The TV volume in the room was extremely low. Also, for some reason, the computer connected to Wi-Fi but couldn't access the internet; the login page didn't pop up (though it was fine on my phone). Additionally, the doors to the bathroom and toilet were a bit transparent, even though we were staying with someone familiar… 3. The various restaurants in the hotel's public areas each have their own character, and every section feels thoughtfully designed. Even the intricate details of the pool corridor, adorned with light and shadow, felt beautiful. It felt like exploring the hotel was like visiting an exhibition. If the weather is bad or it’s too sunny, strolling around the hotel is a great alternative to going out. 【Service】Nico and Alisa's proactive communication and timely responses were excellent. The welcome staff and front desk during check-in made us feel very comfortable. All the staff we encountered in different areas during our stay were great. The overall service definitely matches the hardware, and the souvenir at check-out was also very exquisite, making you feel like, 'Yes, this is truly Waldorf Astoria.' However, there might be some new staff who seemed a bit nervous. Finally, I'd like to thank them for the upgrade; the view was even better. Some small details could still be improved. 【Dining】(1) The Chinese restaurant is still the best. (2) The buffet breakfast and the Chinese restaurant share the same space. The variety was decent, and the individual items were alright. Although it's a buffet, there aren't many à la carte options. It was rare to find shrimp dumplings and phoenix claws. The signature satay noodles finally had a decent taste (the broth was a bit too rich; you can add some clear soup if you don't like it too thick, but at least it's closer to local taste than Andaz or Voco). Local specialties like beef soup, fish balls, and vermicelli paste were also available, but local snack options were still a bit limited. They also offered sparkling wine, which is a nice touch for those who like an early morning drink. Western options like croissants, baguettes, and Danish pastries were also available (though a companion felt the food stations were too scattered, similar to Voco, but I feel this arrangement allows for more diverse uses, for example, transforming into the Chinese restaurant after breakfast). By the way, the extended breakfast hours until 11:00 on weekends are fantastic! (3) I loved the eel fry for the second round of drinks. Other options felt pretty standard; it was mainly about enjoying the relaxed atmosphere of chatting with friends while listening to the live band (ordering songs from the band costs 200/song, which felt a bit pricey). 【Facilities】1. The pool is excellent (not a professional lap pool, but more for leisure), and there's a sauna. 2. The gym facilities are also comprehensive, but children under 16 are not allowed."
