O pessoal era muito amável e útil durante toda a nossa estadia, NOS agradava a sala e o serviço geral, e eles nos fizeram sentir-nos bem-vindos e confortáveis.
No entanto, houve algumas questões que afectaram a nossa experiência, e a localização era bastante difícil de aceder, o caminho para a principal estrada é Muito rígido e desigual, e infelizmente, caí duas vezes enquanto tentou chegar lá. Pode não ser adequado para todos, especialmente se tiver preocupações com bagagem ou mobilidade.
Houve também um acidente de energia que durou mais de 12 horas, e durante esse tempo não conseguimos fazer chuveiro com água quente.
Em geral, o pessoal e o serviço foram excelentes, mas estas questões tornaram a nossa estadia menos confortável do que esperavamos.

A good option for a Mardin stay. It is clean, the staff is incredibly nice and always available to help (even though the english level of some staff members made the communication a bit difficult sometimes, but we always worked things out). Gym is good and the pool area is really nice. 10 minutes drive from the old city. Really recommend it 😃

様々な観光スポットやバスターミナルから徒歩圏内にあり、立地もとても良いと思います。

You will climb stairs – but that is part of Mardin’s charm. You will stay in rooms filled with the authentic spirit of the city, yet everything inside is new, comfortable, and beautifully maintained.
Breakfast is a wonderful experience: delicious local specialties served on a large, beautiful copper tray with traditional copper plates. A true taste of the region.
From the terraces, you will admire the breathtaking views over Mesopotamia. The atmosphere is unforgettable.
The staff is attentive, caring, and genuinely welcoming.

GGuest UserHighly recommend this hotel to everyone! As so many stayers at the hotel said, the location is sooo convenient to everywhere. It is right in the middle of the town! Also there is a fancy restaurant out there with gazebo, from where you can have a whole glance at the scene of this city. Meanwhile the manager is handsome and so helpful to give good advice on tourism! You won't regret to stay here.

JJOI stayed for two days and there was no inconvenience. Minibuses often run to the old city center, so I used it often. The staff are friendly everywhere, so I didn't feel the need to talk about it.

They went right next to the hotel door, which were very pleased. While waiting for the settlement, we were offered tea. In general, the staff is polite and friendly, though speaking English badly, but it didn't prevent us, there is an interpreter and a sister speaks Turkish. In general, in Mardine, it is bad with English, in terms of speaking speech. The room was three-bedroom, like in the old castle. We already lived in a similar place in Kapadokia. The breakfast is Turkish, we really liked the Turkish coffee excellent. And the view from the terrace at all is a bomb, to Mesopotamia. In general, next time only there!
