A good option for a Mardin stay. It is clean, the staff is incredibly nice and always available to help (even though the english level of some staff members made the communication a bit difficult sometimes, but we always worked things out). Gym is good and the pool area is really nice. 10 minutes drive from the old city. Really recommend it 😃

Hoteli ve imkanlarını beğendim telefonumu kaybettim eski Mardin’de ve resepsiyon telefonumu bulabilmemde teknik anlamda yardımcı oldu. Yalnız bir şikayetim olacak.Ben bu hoteli Trip.com üzerinden satın aldım.Ama resepsiyon bana ısrarla rezerve yapıldığını ödeme alınmadığını söyleyip durdu.Kredi kartı eksremi ve trip uygulamasından ÖDENDİ şeklinde ekran resmi aldığım çıktıyı göstermeme rağmen ödemediğimi iddia ettiler.Benimle alakalı olmayan sistemsel bir temassızlık durumu var belli ki .Resepsiyon görevlisi internette kayıtlı olan bir kredi kartından benim iznim olmadan çekim yapmaya çalıştı ödeme alamayınca benim kredi kartımın geçerli olmadığını söyledi.Ben bir kere uygulamadan ödemeyi yaptım ve kredi kartımı kaydetmeye izin vermedim.Ön ödeme şeklinde rezerve yapmadım ki tamamını ödedim niye kredi kartımı sisteme kayıt edip bağlayım.Hotele girişte bu sorunla karşılaştık çözmemişler çıkışta da aynı söylemle yeniden geldiler uçağa yetişeceğimizi söylemeye çalıştığımız halde ödeme yapmadığımız konusunda ısrar ettiler.Hotel konaklamamı tek gölgeleyen bu iletişimsizlik oldu.Siz siz olun başka bir aracı üzerinden bu hotelden ödeme yapıp hizmet satın alırsanız ödeme yaptığınıza dair ekstreler ve ekran kayıtlarını muhakkak muhafaza edin sonra kendinizi haklı çıkaramazsınız.

オールドマルディンの真ん中にあり、とても美しい場所にあります。部屋も素敵で、テラスからの眺めも素晴らしいです。
（部屋の写真は基本的にどの部屋のプランでも同じものを表示されているようなので、事前にホテルに確認されたほうが円滑だと思います）
シャワーも使いやすく、ドライヤーも強力でした。
朝食も十分でした。むしろ明らかに食べきれない種類のおかずがあるので、毎朝大量に残してしまい、もったいないと感じました。必要な分だけ取れるようにできればいいのですが・・・。
また、トルコでは難しいのかもしれませんが、朝食会場を禁煙にしてくれるとありがたいです。
スタッフも含めみな室内で喫煙するので、共有スペースではくつろげない点だけが残念でした。
ただ、それ以外には何も問題はなく、本当に立地も雰囲気も素敵で、快適なホテルであることは間違いありません。

O pessoal era muito amável e útil durante toda a nossa estadia, NOS agradava a sala e o serviço geral, e eles nos fizeram sentir-nos bem-vindos e confortáveis.
No entanto, houve algumas questões que afectaram a nossa experiência, e a localização era bastante difícil de aceder, o caminho para a principal estrada é Muito rígido e desigual, e infelizmente, caí duas vezes enquanto tentou chegar lá. Pode não ser adequado para todos, especialmente se tiver preocupações com bagagem ou mobilidade.
Houve também um acidente de energia que durou mais de 12 horas, e durante esse tempo não conseguimos fazer chuveiro com água quente.
Em geral, o pessoal e o serviço foram excelentes, mas estas questões tornaram a nossa estadia menos confortável do que esperavamos.

Having one of the best stays with my best friend at this cute, vibrant hotel. The interior view is absolutely beautiful and feels so exotic to me coming from China—like a little oasis tucked away from the world.
The people here are incredibly warm and lovely, which makes the whole experience even more special. Don’t forget to check out the artwork on the walls—the owner is actually the artist behind it, which adds such a personal and creative touch.
This is definitely a stay you don’t want to miss if you want to truly elevate your experience. I already know that whenever I think about Sem, it will bring a smile to my face.

DDoris.FThe hotel is conveniently located near several attractions. The service was excellent; they had someone waiting to pick us up at the taxi stand. What was truly unexpected and very much appreciated was that on the day we switched hotels, they even took us to the reception point of our second hotel (where someone else was waiting to take us to that hotel). We're so grateful for that! Breakfast was a bit average, but that's pretty typical for a traditional Turkish breakfast. The facilities aren't old, but it seems to be due to the mountainous region – the power went out a few times on the second day, and the internet was unstable.

GGuest UserHighly recommend this hotel to everyone! As so many stayers at the hotel said, the location is sooo convenient to everywhere. It is right in the middle of the town! Also there is a fancy restaurant out there with gazebo, from where you can have a whole glance at the scene of this city. Meanwhile the manager is handsome and so helpful to give good advice on tourism! You won't regret to stay here.

GGuest UserThe room is large, comfortable and clean. The hotel is outside the old town and very quiet. The waiters at the front desk and restaurant are very enthusiastic, the breakfast is rich and colorful, and the scenery outside the restaurant is even more pleasant.

JJOI stayed for two days and there was no inconvenience. Minibuses often run to the old city center, so I used it often. The staff are friendly everywhere, so I didn't feel the need to talk about it.

GGuest UserI liked the hotel and its facilities. I lost my phone in Mardin and the reception helped me find it technically. I have only one complaint. I bought this hotel through Trip.com. But the reception kept telling me that a reservation was made and payment was not received. They claimed that I did not pay even though I showed them my credit card statement and the screenshot I took from the trip application as PAID. There is obviously a systemic non-contact situation that has nothing to do with me. The receptionist tried to charge a credit card registered on the internet without my permission and when she could not receive payment, she said that my credit card was not valid. I made the payment through the application once and did not allow it to be recorded. I did not make a reservation as a prepayment, I paid in full, why would I record my credit card in the system and connect it. We encountered this problem when we entered the hotel, they did not solve it and when we left, they came again with the same statement and insisted that we did not pay even though we tried to say that we would catch the plane. The only thing that overshadowed my hotel stay was this lack of communication. If you make a payment from this hotel through another intermediary and purchase a service, be sure to keep the statements and screen recordings showing that you made the payment, you will not be able to justify yourself later.
