Se você procura um hotel econômico de 4 estrelas, não procure em lugar nenhum. Este é o melhor que você pode conseguir. Eles têm um serviço de ônibus gratuito que sai a cada meia hora. Ele deixa você no Portão Marwa. Você tem que caminhar de 10 a 15 minutos para chegar ao Haram. Eles vão buscá-lo no mesmo lugar. Não tive nenhum problema com o serviço de ônibus. O serviço de transporte foi bom o suficiente. A única queda é caminhar em direção ao haram. Eu estava com meu filho comigo e ele lutava para andar todas as vezes. A comida do hotel é pior. eu realmente não gostei disso. Tomei o buffet de café da manhã e paguei 100 riais. Foi uma experiência alimentar pior. A escolha do café da manhã era muito limitada. No geral, é um bom hotel econômico. Eu acho que você deve se comprometer em algum lugar.

Fiquei surpreso ao ver que o hotel era tão grande, agradável e limpo. Ao chegar ao lobby, um oficial convidado me recebeu com um sorriso e uma conversa amigável que tivemos, me sinto muito bem-vindo. Todas as coisas são muito simpáticas e prestativas também. O melhor do hotel é que não fica longe de Masjidilharam. Normalmente eu apenas caminho até Masjidilharam e às vezes pego o ônibus. O serviço de ônibus foi incrível, eles chegarão a cada 10 a 15 minutos, eu acho. O café da manhã foi excelente, a comida é deliciosa. Todos os dias eles mudam muitos e a comida nunca falha, sempre excelente a comida que nos fornecem. Comidas e bebidas completas, tudo o que têm. E o material do restaurante, todos eles são de excelente atendimento ao cliente, nunca deixam de atender bem e acolher cada convidado, e sempre vêm até a mesa e perguntam se você precisa de alguma ajuda. Mas desculpe, só preciso destacar uma coisa sobre o banheiro. Quando tomo banho, todo o banheiro fica cheio de água. E os ladrilhos ficam escorregadios quando molhados e cheios de água. Pelo que percebi, não há cortinas de chuveiro e entre a área úmida e seca não há calha. Essa é a razão pela qual eu tento evitar não molhar todo o vaso sanitário, mas por mais que ainda fique uma poça de água. hehehe Para mim tudo bem, só consinto em relação a idosos, crianças ou deficientes. É muito perigoso para eles usarem este banheiro. E sim, infelizmente, o quarto que recebo é um quarto para deficientes físicos. O que eu não me importo nem um pouco. Então, por favor, por favor, a gerência precisa verificar e levar isso a sério. No geral, tudo foi excelente 10/10👏👏😊👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽 Somente o banheiro 3/10 🙏🏽😔

Hotel muito bom, o melhor hotel em Makkah, a apenas 5 minutos de Haram Sharif, o café da manhã é 10 em 10, os funcionários são 10 em 10, o check-in e o check-out são expressos, o acesso ao shopping é feito pelo elevador do hotel. Dentro da torre do relógio

The location of the hotel is fabulous There are three routes to the masjid ul haram. One is exiting the lobby and turning left, walking up marriott and then turning right (you will see the haram to see what I mean) - then walk down the slight hill. The second is exiting the lobby, and walking left across the street, straight through hilton convention. The third is exiting the lobby, turning left and walking up the stairs that are next to Makkah Gate sign. You then turn left and head to haram down the escalators that everyone posts about online! It is hilly using route one or three, but not really an issue for walking or pram users. This is aside from two other ways to reach the haram: the marriott shuttle bus which drops you near conrad, near the I love Makkah area. Or, the golf buggy which takes you the same route as Walking Route One I mentioned above. Id recommend getting the buggy as its less crowded. The golf buggy comes to the same drop off spot to take you back. Shuttles buggys are really constant and timely, jus wait around. The marriott is opposite the Address hotels back entrance. There are wonderful coffee shops if you climb the stairs as mentioned in my Walking Route 3 I mentioned above. Great area to take children to play and run around. The mosque is part of the haram so every room has a live speaker during prayer time with mic volume to adjust. You can joim salaah from your room or go to the prayer room on floor 3. Reception gave us a cheaper breakfast or dinner price than online voucher places. Breakfast is average but convenient. There is a cafe on ground floor that serves nice hot or cold food anytime in the day. A baskin Robbins freezer is also there. Hotel staff and reception are lovely!!!

I was kindly given a complimentary upgrade to a higher floor with a beautiful view of the Clock Tower, along with a more spacious room. The staff were genuinely lovely and attentive throughout my stay. Having direct access to a shopping mall on the lower level was incredibly convenient, and the shuttle bus service was excellent and consistently reliable. Overall, the service was seamless from start to finish. You truly receive top-tier quality at very reasonable prices.

Jumeirah Hotel was excellent in terms of facilities — everything is new, clean, and well-maintained. Credit where it’s due: the staff were genuinely outstanding, extremely attentive, and always eager to help. Service level is easily one of the best. Location-wise, it’s around a 4–6 minute walk to Al Haram, which is acceptable. However, let’s be real — compared to the Clock Tower hotels, they are noticeably closer and more convenient, especially during peak prayer times. Now, about the “Partial Haram View” — this needs honesty. We booked two Deluxe Rooms with Partial Haram View, but the view is technically there… if you really look for it 😅. The Haram is barely visible, and most of the view is dominated by unfinished construction. You’ll spend more time spotting the Haram than enjoying it. Bottom line: Excellent hotel, top-tier service, great facilities — but don’t book it expecting a meaningful Haram view. If proximity and view matter, Clock Tower hotels still win.

O quarto é datado com móveis evidentes de desgaste. Há um forte cheiro desagradável ao entrar no banheiro. Além da localização, este hotel deixa a desejar em tudo, apesar do preço exorbitante pago.

Very good and clean hotel ! 15min walk to 79 Gate. Bathroom is a bit small, but worthy for what we have paid

Hotel is situated inside the clock tower, so it’s right in front of Masjid Al Haram. Sometimes the lift from the ground floor to the hotel reception takes a while as it gets packed.
