"1. Quarto: Excelente, era uma suíte, muito espaçosa, com design de apartamento. Quartos assim são raros em Hong Kong. 2. Localização: Muito boa, ideal para compras. Fica perto do hotel saindo da Estação Wan Chai (saída D). É melhor evitar a saída A3, pois há muitos vendedores de rua do sudeste asiático e é um pouco bagunçado. 3. Serviço: Muito bom. Embora tenha tido um pequeno problema com a reserva desta vez, não consegui adicionar uma cama extra. No entanto, a Trip.com e o hotel foram proativos na resolução do problema. (Se tiver pedidos como adicionar uma cama extra, é melhor enviar um e-mail diretamente para o hotel para confirmar. Observações no pedido podem não ser vistas pelo hotel). 4. Transporte: Um táxi de West Kowloon custou HKD 120, mais uma taxa de túnel de HKD 68. Se tiver pouca bagagem, o metrô também é conveniente. 5. Food & Beverage: F&B is excellent across the board. Quality, presentation, and service are all consistently high, reinforcing the hotel’s reputation as a culinary destination, not merely a place to stay. Location: The location is convenient, particularly with direct access to transportation and the Elements complex. However, for guests accustomed to staying in Causeway Bay or other more central, street-level districts, the area may feel relatively far from traditional shopping and nightlife zones. This is more a matter of preference than a drawback. Overall Impression: Very, very happy with this stay. From service and cleanliness to views, dining, and amenities, the experience reflects what a true flagship Ritz-Carlton property should deliver. This is a hotel that excels in execution, consistency, and atmosphere, making it an exceptional choice for a refined and elevated Hong Kong stay."

Estação de metrô próxima com diversos restaurantes e lojas. funcionários atenciosos e muito prestativos, só precisam melhorar a organização do café da manhã e agilidade na limpeza das mesas. no meu quarto o vaso sanitário fica próximo a uma parede angulada, para utilizarmos precisávamos ficar de lado. "Fica muito perto da Disneylândia, o que facilita o retorno. Além disso, o serviço de ônibus gratuito é frequente, então estar um pouco mais longe do metrô não é um problema.
