"1. Quarto: Excelente, era uma suíte, muito espaçosa, com design de apartamento. Quartos assim são raros em Hong Kong.
2. Localização: Muito boa, ideal para compras. Fica perto do hotel saindo da Estação Wan Chai (saída D). É melhor evitar a saída A3, pois há muitos vendedores de rua do sudeste asiático e é um pouco bagunçado.
3. Serviço: Muito bom. Embora tenha tido um pequeno problema com a reserva desta vez, não consegui adicionar uma cama extra. No entanto, a Trip.com e o hotel foram proativos na resolução do problema. (Se tiver pedidos como adicionar uma cama extra, é melhor enviar um e-mail diretamente para o hotel para confirmar. Observações no pedido podem não ser vistas pelo hotel).

"Fiquei muito tempo neste hotel e achei inconveniente sem guarda-roupa. Eles projetaram um varão de tamanho médio para pendurar roupas e economizar espaço, como mostrado na minha foto. Não há porta no box do chuveiro e sempre sinto frio ao tomar banho.
Além disso, não há mesa de cabeceira para deixar meus pertences pessoais, como celular, garrafa de água ou produtos de beleza noturnos, e tive que mudar uma cadeira para perto da cama durante toda a minha estadia.
Acabei comendo na cama, pois não havia mais cadeira para comer à mesa.
O travesseiro está mole e tem um cheiro desagradável! O pior é que não há placa de ”não perturbe” no quarto e a faxineira tocou a campainha enquanto eu dormia.
No geral, não foi uma estadia agradável. Não recomendo este hotel para estadias longas."

If you demand a high level of service, our guests have indicated that this hotel has excellent standards. For guests traveling alone, this hotel is consistently one of the most popular choices.

XiaoyaogeThe hotel is located close to the bay with a nice environment. However, there are hardly any dining options nearby, and the restaurant downstairs is expensive and serves bad food. Since there are no other places to eat around, I wouldn't recommend it. While the bay view is a plus, the surrounding area is simply inconvenient. I heard it's a hotel for expectant mothers. This stay was a failure, and I won't be returning. The room facilities are also basic, but at least it's spacious. Given the price, I can't give it too harsh a review. In short, I don't recommend it unless you're looking for extreme quiet. The surrounding area is really inconvenient, and getting to the hotel itself isn't easy.

jason7788Coming to Tuen Mun, I go to Sam Shing Hui for seafood, shop 'til I drop at V City, and hike the Tuen Mun section of MacLehose Trail. This hotel is really clean and affordable. Even though there's no breakfast, I can go to the August Flower restaurant in the mall next door for dim sum. The room has a Japanese-style theme and is spotless. Toothbrushes and slippers are provided. This is already my third stay. The front desk staff are friendly too. The main reason I keep coming back is how clean the rooms are. Remember to exit Tuen Mun MTR station at Exit A, and you'll see the big sign for Hotel COZi Wetland.

Павел_27Hello everyone, what can I say about this hotel? It's clean and cozy, and the room was spacious. We booked a standard room and got upgraded to a suite! The breakfast isn't a buffet; it's à la carte, but it's enough to fill you up. The location is on a hill near Victoria Peak, within walking distance, and there are many bus routes around. There's also a supermarket nearby. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay here.

JueduililiangshanheyitongFacilities: The facilities are complete, and the beds are very comfortable for sleeping. The only downside is that the windows are completely sealed and cannot be opened.
Hygiene: Very clean and free from pollution, no bed bugs, so you can sleep with peace of mind.
Environment: Very good. The room window offers a sea view of Tsing Yi Pier. At night, you can see strong light penetration in the corridor outside the room's main door.
Service: Excellent. The front desk lady is proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, and is almost always able to accommodate requests. Two orders were arranged in the same room, so there was no need to change rooms midway.
However, the hotel's strict check-out time is 12:00 PM, and late check-out requires a half-day fee. I hope that Rambler Garden Hotel can be a bit more flexible with check-out times in the future (for example, allowing free late check-out requests until before 2:00 PM when the room availability is good. I think this would improve the guest experience and increase their satisfaction).

Yanxi66The hotel environment and room facilities were actually quite satisfying. However, when we first checked in and stored our luggage, there was only one staff member who seemed a bit impatient. The next day, the person who handled our luggage storage was much more pleasant. I had read reviews beforehand and knew this hotel didn't have a shower, so I specifically prepared disposable bathtub liners for soaking. Since I stayed in Macau the day before, I felt there was a difference in the service attitude of the staff between Hong Kong and Macau hotels. The staff at Grand Emperor Hotel in Macau were particularly warm and polite. Overall, for a hotel stay in Hong Kong, considering the room size, cleanliness of the facilities, and other aspects, the value for money is quite good and it's worth recommending!

戴_小西瓜We stayed here for a staycation when the hotel first opened during the pandemic and had a great experience. Returning after a few years, however, was quite disappointing. First, the cleanliness fell short of standards. As soon as we entered the room, we found long hairs left behind by the previous guest on the sofa, along with a lot of white crumbs in the sofa crevices. When I went to the pool, I found that the clean towels in the locker room smelled awful. I was going to use one to dry my hair, but as soon as it touched my hair, the smell made me want to vomit. Second, the breakfast options were extremely limited. The waffle toppings didn't even include chocolate sauce, the yogurt only came in pineapple flavor, and the other hot Chinese and Asian dishes were very monotonous. It is severely overpriced (over 400 per adult and over 200 per child). The view is still great and the staff are friendly, but the hotel management and pricing simply don't match up.

Guest UserThis was my first time in Hong Kong for a concert, so I chose the hotel my good friend always stays at, and it was truly excellent! The location is superb, just a seven to eight-minute walk from Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station. The street views around the hotel also have a great vibe, and you can see the Victoria Harbour seascape just a short walk from the hotel, which is super photogenic – perfect for friends on a short trip. After the concert, our route back from Kai Tak was also very smooth. Plus, the hotel environment was very clean, and the staff's service attitude was excellent! Highly recommended!!!

You can enter the hotel directly from the main stadium direction, and nearby there's a shopping mall with a wide array of shops and food, making it very convenient.
