Had a wonderful New Year trip! The hotel is conveniently located just over 200 meters from Tin Hau MTR station and very close to a bus stop, making it super easy to get around by metro or tram. There are also plenty of food options right downstairs to the left. What's truly amazing is that the room has windows on two walls, offering stunning views of Victoria Harbour. We could also see the brightly lit and bustling Victoria Park ***** New Year Fair, which really added to the festive atmosphere. The room even provided a universal adapter, which was very handy for charging devices. Oh, and there's complimentary afternoon tea and a breakfast buffet – a fantastic bonus!

I wasn't expecting much, just needed a place to stay for one night. But the front desk staff proactively upgraded my room, which was a nice touch! The hotel is a bit older, but it has all the essentials, and it was pretty quiet at night. Overall, I'm satisfied with it as an airport hotel.

Not ideal for families with children, and the hotel is a bit hard to find. Our Hong Kong taxi driver circled twice before we finally located it, as it's in a somewhat out-of-the-way location. There's a Hong Kong auntie on the ground floor near the hotel's vehicle entrance/exit who I assume works at the front desk. She was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful, giving us very detailed directions when we asked. She's a truly dedicated person, and I'm very grateful to her.

Facilities: The hotel isn't new, but the facilities are well-maintained. Hygiene: Both the room and bathroom were very clean. Environment: You can walk to Tai Wo Hau MTR station from the rooftop. This hotel is a complex with its own restaurant, and there's a supermarket, Sasa, and many restaurants downstairs. Taxis are also readily available. Service: Despite many guests, the staff managed everything efficiently. They offer free luggage storage and a shuttle bus service.

Room type issue: Generally, for the same room type, the room allocated this time was just too small. Last time I came with a friend, the room facing Victoria Harbour near the lobby felt great. It wasn't big but it was spacious. This time, I was allocated a room facing another direction, directly opposite two funeral parlours. Ugh (I didn't even open the curtain on one side). Hotel location: The hotel is right above the MTR station, a 10-minute walk to Victoria Harbour, and there are many restaurants downstairs. This is why I chose the hotel again. Opposite is Hong Kong Polytechnic University, you can ask someone on Xiaohongshu to help make a reservation.

The hotel is really close to the concert venue, which was super convenient as I could walk there indoors even when it was raining. The room was small, but you could tell a lot of thought went into the design. The glass made the space feel bigger, and the lighting and sparkly decorations were unique without being tacky. The only thing that could be improved is the shuttle service to the subway station – it only runs once an hour, and it's always so packed that not everyone can get on, leading to long waits for the next one. In contrast, the shuttle to the airport runs too frequently and is often nearly empty. Perhaps they could adjust the airport shuttle to fewer trips with a reservation system, freeing up more shuttles for the subway station, especially during peak meal times and in the evening.

This hotel is super close to the Tuen Mun MTR terminus! Just take the elevator down from Exit B, turn left after you exit, cross one traffic light, and you're there. You can even see the MTR station's second-floor walkway from your room, making it incredibly convenient to get anywhere. To get here from the airport, take the Airport Express to Tsing Yi, transfer to Nam Cheong, and then take the MTR all the way to the terminus. It's about a 40-minute ride to Tsim Sha Tsui and also about 40 minutes to Disneyland. The MTR station also has light rail access. Downstairs, there's a convenience store and a restaurant, and a commercial area and market are just a 10-minute walk away. If you exit the elevator on the first floor of the MTR station and turn right, you'll find Tuen Mun Park. Although it's a bit far from the city center, the environment is excellent – quiet and clean. For Hong Kong, having such a spacious room with two 1.5-meter beds is simply divine! I'll definitely stay here again. Picture 2 shows how close the MTR station is to the hotel – it's so convenient. There's also a gym on the 4th floor, open from 6 AM to midnight, perfect for some simple cardio or weightlifting.

260124· This stay was incredibly heartwarming! The issue started when the lock on our suitcase suddenly wouldn't open. With the concert about to begin, we were frantic and immediately rushed to the front desk for help. Upon learning of our situation, Mr. Cyrus at the front desk immediately put down his work to assist us. Throughout the process, he patiently calmed our anxious nerves and kept asking if we had any time-sensitive plans. He carefully attempted to unlock it with professional and meticulous skill. Not only did he successfully open our suitcase, but he also managed to do so without any damage to it. We realized the situation around 1 PM. Mr. Cyrus then told us to go ahead with our plans and he would help us after he finished his work. By the time we returned to the hotel around 3:00 PM, the suitcase had already been opened. His work was meticulous and efficient—huge praise! This thoughtful help and efficient problem-solving allowed us to make it to the concert on time. We sincerely thank Mr. Cyrus for his care and support, and we applaud the hotel for cultivating such an excellent employee! We also wish the hotel continued success and prosperity! 1. **Room:** Excellent! It was a suite, very spacious, designed like an apartment. You rarely find rooms this big in Hong Kong. 2. **Location:** Very good, perfect for shopping. It's a short walk to the hotel from Wan Chai Station Exit D. I'd advise against using Exit A3, as there are many Southeast Asian street vendors there, making it quite messy. 3. **Service:** Great. Although I had a minor issue with my booking this time, and couldn't get an extra bed, both Trip.com and the hotel were proactive in trying to resolve it. (If you have requests like an extra bed, it's best to email the hotel directly to confirm. Notes in the booking might not be seen by the hotel.) 4. **Transportation:** A taxi from West Kowloon cost 120 HKD, plus a tunnel fee of about 68 HKD. If you don't have much luggage, the MTR (subway) is also convenient. 5. **Surroundings:** There's an abundance of great food – Lee Tung Avenue across from the hotel, nearby tea restaurants, and eateries right downstairs. I had an unexpected surprise this trip: I got to witness the spectacular firework display on the second night of the ***** New Year!

The facilities are a bit old. The glass in the bathroom, which I used for brushing my teeth, chipped when my toothbrush lightly hit it. I was worried they'd charge me for it, but after explaining to the staff, thankfully, they didn't. I also struggled for a while with the shower; water was coming out of the tub faucet instead of the showerhead. I eventually had to call staff to fix it. The cleanliness was pretty good, quite tidy. For the environment, I booked a king-size room and found a children's bed upon entering. Waking up in the morning and opening the curtains, I could see people kayaking and training on the Shing Mun River nearby, along with morning runners – really giving off that slow-paced Hong Kong vibe. Service: The cleaning lady was very nice and always smiling. The younger staff at the front desk seemed a bit 'cool' (especially when they heard me speak Mandarin). Hotels in Hong Kong don't provide disposable toiletries (which I knew beforehand from the booking info); you have to pay for them if needed. Luckily, I always bring my own skincare products. The front desk also informed me about a shuttle bus service to West Kowloon Station for HKD 60. Hotel breakfast: Going at 9 AM, it was extremely crowded, and I had to wait to find an empty seat. The food quality was just okay; I didn't eat much. The mini pineapple bun was too hard, so I only ate half. Strangely, there was an abundance of fruit and cold dishes. The mixed sauce cheong fun (rice noodle rolls) wasn't good either. Perhaps it's just not what mainlanders are used to.
