Had a fantastic stay at Divan Mersin! The service was excellent, and the rooftop restaurant not only offered delicious food but also an amazing panoramic view. The location was perfect as well. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit. Highly recommended!

Excellent and clean hotel! The room was small but cozy. The bedding and towels were new and spotless. The plumbing, drainage, and air conditioning all worked perfectly. The decor is beautiful! The staff are responsive and friendly. Everything at breakfast was fresh and delicious. We walked to the waterfront. We really wanted to stay a bit longer, but we were pressed for time.

Fantastic stay at Mersin Hilton! The hotel is right by the sea, offering stunning views. The staff provided excellent service, and the restaurant had a great variety of delicious food, including an amazing buffet. However, despite the temperature reaching 28-29°C, the rooms were still set to winter mode, so the air conditioning was not available. Other than that, everything was great. Highly recommended!

직원들이 매우 친절했다. 주변에 식당이나 편의 시설이 많고 택시 정류장이 있어 공항 버스를 타러 갈 때 편했다. 조식도 맛있었고 가격대비 매우 좋은 곳.

El personal amable pero no hablan inglés ni otro idioma me han cobrado la noche dos veces y se han equivocado en la factura y aún estoy esperando

Очень неплохой отель. Рядом есть большой пляж, продуктовый магазин и инфраструктура. Сам номер достойный, удобная кровать и подушка, есть чайник, балкон.
Из минусов: номер был плохо убран на полу песок и пыль на мебели. Плечиков в шкафу две штуки. Завтрак скудный: вареные яица, картофель фри, сосиски, огурцы, помидоры, джемы, хлопья и чай

Hotel was nice the staff are lovely but talk little English if you don’t talk Turkish downstairs they always had fresh Turkish tea I always seen the ladies cleaning room out it was nice little stay the rooms are comfortable

Als Paar unterwegs gewesen für zwei Nächte gebucht.
Wären gerne länger geblieben, abernächster Halt in Antalya wartete schon.

Видно, что отель знал лучшие времена и сейчас ему явно требуется реновация. Очень жаль! Район совсем не располагает для прогулок, складывается ощущение, что попал в неблагополучный район.

MMiladGreat place to stay if ur just driving through like us. Not for a holiday stay but more like a rest stop. Friendly staff especially the valet and the restaurant staff. Check in staff was also nice but checking out time the lady was not very friendly. Rooms are tiny but enough. Quality of blankets can be improved. Shower was hot and perfect. Breakfast quality was good too. Overall a nice hotel.

GGuest UserI liked the hammam, it was very clean. The breakfasts were delicious. The only downside is the location. It's located in the middle of favelas, and the walk to the sea is also through favelas. The view from any window is terrible.

AAndyDang99This hotel is located near Mersin Railway Station. There are various other hotels nearby. The rooms are clean. The power button on the remote control was broken, but I fixed it by turning off the main power.

SSergey25I needed to stay for 2 more days and I did not hesitate to extend my stay in this hotel. Once again I want to express my gratitude to the hotel staff for their helpfull. They sent me a personal item forgotten in the room by mail the next day. Dear friends, I wish you good luck and prosperity!

GGuest UserThe hotel was in a good location. The room was big and comfortable. But at mealtimes we were always rushed. Staff would take away your plate etc whilst other people were still eating. Not good manners. We were told once you have 30 minutes to finish your drink! My friend had a steak so asked for a steak knife. No steak knives in restaurant so had to cut it with ordinary knife. My friend had his own restaurant in UK and was not impressed.

AAndyDang99I had stayed in a dormitory for a while, so I was able to relax for the first time in a while. The place is about a 15-20 minute walk east from Mersin Station (even though it's on the train line, I couldn't hear the trains). I think the price is reasonable for a private room. Breakfast was good, with salads and hot meals (if you can choose non-smoking, that's better, because it smells). The bathroom is a shared toilet style, which is standard in Turkey.
