We would like to highlight the friendliness and high level of professionalism of the hotel staff. Cleanliness and facilities in very good condition.

It is within walking distance to the central area. The room has a balcony and the bedding is clean. The style is relatively old and the soundproofing is not good. You can hear the snoring of the neighbors next door. I did not use the parking lot and swimming pool, so I will not comment.

Terrible room, above the air conditioning units, it was impossible to sleep all night. Again, revenge from the hotel for a very cheap room booked on Trip.com. Breakfast typical for 4 stars, a bottle of water and two cookies, a gift from the hotel.

The hotel is in the centre of Horta, you walk down a street and you are in the port. It is old but everything is very clean and has spectacular views. The breakfast is simple but very tasty. Bring a swimsuit and a cap as there are free indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a sauna, a jacuzzi and a gym. The staff help you as much as they can and speak a lot of Spanish. There is free parking nearby.

Whilst the hotel was very modern it seemed to lack basics such as a kettle in the room (there is a nespresso machine but for any tea drinkers out there they will know that making tea through a coffee machine is far from ideal) and being able to retrieve an iron. Instead you are expected to put items in for laundry when all we wanted to do was run an iron over a shirt for the evening. Pool area is stunning however has the most uncomfortable loungers you could ever find. They look great but the max stay to bathe is less than an hour before your entire body goes numb. It seems that this stunning hotel is trying to be a little above its star rating and failing on these few points at just trying that bit too hard for the clientele staying. Rooms were very clean although signs of some wear and tear are already starting to show. Location is EXCELLENT and staff helpful, polite and welcoming. Not sure if we would stay again as we are real sun worshipers and really struggled to enjoy the pool area here.

The service I received was amazing, the staff members were super helpful, nice and professional. The facilities were clean and operational, I had no issues with any of the equipment or appliances. Lastly, the location, the view, the room, all beautiful like something out of a movie! I would definitely love to stay here again and is a strong recommendation to friends and family!

It is the best hotel for the whole trip. The hotel staff are warm and the room is very clean. I stayed for three nights, and the new bedding was replaced every day. The room has a good view.

The hotel has great facilities, especially the indoor swimming pool which is a huge bonus for children. From the hotel, it's about 10 minutes walk to the town centre where you can find many restaurants. The room furniture is slightly out of date but the hotel offers great breakfast, I have to say the coffee machine is the best.

Cozy, quiet hotel. Very helpful staff. 10 minutes from the airport by taxi. There is a swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, you can warm up after a cool winter walk. The staff helps with organizing excursions, it's great. I would like more variety at breakfast, but you won't go hungry. Thank you for your hospitality 🤗

Para el precio mal. El desayuno siempre lo mismo, poca variedad de embutidos y de fruta. La hab de minusvalidos que es la que nos dieron sin serlo, muy mal situada, planta baja con la ventana a la calle( no se puede abrir por el ruido ect), huele fatal,está justo en la cocina-comedor y al lado de la puerta de entrada por lo que hay ruido cada vez que entra alguien, cuando utilizan la cocina, parece que los tengas dentro de la habitación. Las habitaciones son bonitas pero para nada con vistas. Suerte del personal que compensa un poco estas deficiencies.
