A casa de banho é um pouco deslizante e o chão também não está limpo.A bateria de TV remoto e AC não funciona, você TEM que ligar para o serviço de quartos para mudar. O aquecedor está frio, o quarto é bonito, o copo também é bonito, não é demasiado alto, e EU posso dormir com força. O pequeno-almoço é assim, EU amo o sioma e o prudge, eles sabem tão bem.O omelete é padrão porque eles colocam qualquer coisa no omelete.

Service in general by All Staffs were impeccable and faultless. Extra surprise for our Anniversary and daughters birthday was the sweetest!

New hotel. Rooms with a contemporary design. Nice view from the front of the room. Nice views around the hotel.

Facilities and food are excellent. The service however, especially the staff at the hotel restaurant, are not so friendly, and sort of less than the standard to expect from such a 4-star-hotel.

The rooftop bar offers exquisite views, and friendly staff tend to your every need. A staple since the early 2000s for families and solo travelers alike, the Gumaya evolved into a quality offering in a sea of competition for the best 5 star in Semarang. Clean and spacious rooms with a good view either side, tasteful decor, and a comfortable overall experience. Breakfast was Lucious and plentiful, easy parking, and central location to explore Semarang plus the added taxi convenience makes it an all rounder

We stayed in the suite room. It was great! The hotel also prepares various breakfast. The staffs were nice and polite. A spacious prayer room is available nead the reception counter.

Maybe the best one hotel in the town, great swimming pool and breakfast was good. Rooms close to the generator are noisy.

I recently had a delightful stay at Hotel Tentrem in Semarang, and I can't recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome, and their attentiveness truly enhanced our experience. The cleanliness of the rooms and restrooms was impressive, which is always a top priority for me when traveling. The hotel amenities, including the gym, were excellent and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights for me was the delicious breakfast spread. The variety was fantastic, and the quality of the food was outstanding. I also want to give a special shoutout to Ibuk Elfi for her warm hospitality during breakfast. Her cheerful demeanor made our mornings even more enjoyable. As a coffee lover, I was particularly impressed by the skills of Mas Arafi, the barista. I thoroughly enjoyed the cappuccino, mocaccino, and café latte he prepared; each cup was a treat. His knowledge of coffee truly shines through in every sip. 🏨 Review Jujur Menginap di Artotel Leguna Magelang (3–5 Maret 2026) Saya menginap di Artotel Leguna Magelang dari tanggal 3 Maret 2026 sampai 5 Maret 2026 karena ada acara di Universitas Muhammadiyah Magelang tanggal 3 dan 4 Maret. Lokasinya cukup strategis dan memudahkan saya untuk mobilitas ke kampus, jadi tidak terlalu capek bolak-balik. Awalnya saya pesan Standard Room dengan 1 bed besar, sudah termasuk sahur 2 pax. ************* dapat free upgrade ke Superior Room, jadi kamarnya terasa lebih lega dan nyaman. Kamarnya bersih, rapi, dan enak untuk istirahat setelah kegiatan yang padat seharian. Tempat tidurnya empuk dan bikin tidur lebih nyenyak. Yang paling saya suka, dari kamar bisa dapat view gunung 🌄 Suasananya tenang dan adem, terutama pagi hari. Lumayan banget buat recharge energi sebelum lanjut aktivitas. Soal pelayanan, menurut saya timnya ramah dan responsif: Pagi hari dibantu Mbak Risty dan Mas Aga Sore hari dibantu Mas Bangkit, Mbak Sheila, dan Mbak Nayra Malam hari dibantu Mas Fino Semuanya helpful dan komunikatif. Kalau ada yang saya butuhkan, responnya cepat dan tidak ribet. Rasanya dilayani dengan baik, bukan sekadar formalitas. Untuk housekeeping, saya dibantu Mas Dani. Kamar selalu bersih dan terjaga dengan baik selama saya menginap. Untuk sahur disajikan secara buffet di resto. Walaupun pilihannya tidak terlalu banyak, tapi cukup, rasanya enak, dan disiapkan dengan baik serta tepat waktu. Jadi tidak perlu khawatir kalau menginap saat bulan puasa. Secara keseluruhan, saya puas dan merasa nyaman selama menginap di sini. Cocok untuk yang ada kegiatan di Magelang, baik acara kampus, kerja, maupun sekadar staycation dengan suasana tenang dan view gunung. Kalau ke Magelang lagi, saya tidak keberatan untuk stay di sini lagi 👍
