The hotel is nicely located near the train station and clean. There are also many eateries around it. The front desk receptionist is very kind and helpful. We called at 9.30 pm to check whether there were any rooms available and she managed to accommodate our request. We checked in at 11.30 pm. The next morning, we left early to visit some places, but my child realised she had lost her mobile phone in the lobby. They managed to find it, and we returned to collect it. They also provide free use of laundry machine. The only issue is noise with doors closing at level 5 cause people are using the laundry room. Overall, it is a perfect place for its price and services.

Excellent location and service. This is a great place to stay for the night when you're traveling the next day. The metro station is right in front of the hotel and the train station is within walking distance (one stop direct line by metro). There's also a nice park in front of the hotel and the area is quiet and clean. The room was spacious and we got an upgrade for free. The bedroom was a bit cold during our stay (early October) as they hadn't turned on the heating yet. Everything else was pleasant and comfortable.

I had a terrible experience at Atour X Changchun Station: took an hour to find the hotel & the room was not ready at 5pm cause they allowed their members to check out at 3pm to 6pm. We went out to eat and came back 40mins later to check in but was told that they CANNOT accept foreigners. They canceled our room booking & told me to find another hotel. Immediately I chatted with Trip.com staff for help. Within 5mins she changed my booking to Yatai hotel :) we were happy staying at Yatai 👍

Yanji Red Net Wall 延吉红墙 - (10-15 mins walk or 3 mins by Didi/Taxi) - Friendly staff with much to recommend for activities and attractions - Free coffee and welcome drink at lobby area Cons: - Room comes with very narrow walking space - Do not have a proper wardrobe and much space, especially to hang multiple winter jackets - Our road facing room on level 2 was exposed to some noise from the traffic from main road - Access walkway from lift to room comes with curbs that are not easy to pass with heavy luggages Overall (Summary) - Hotel with great location to many places which is a plus point and staff is always ready to recommend local food places. Great service with much of smile. Will book again should get to visit in the near future.

This was our second stay in three days - both times because of the nearness to Changchun Railway Station - and again we enjoyed the excellent service (even if your phone runs out of battery, there’s a two day weather forecast on your desk together with water and snacks, s. photo), classic Chinese hard mattresses and pillows (good for our backs) and the history exhibits that remind guests of the fact this hotel was first opened in 1909 in this very building. This time, we did have time for their extensive breakfast buffet and it is indeed extensive: salad, various types of eggs, oats, fruit, cakes, Chinese dumplings, Chinese porridge (the local “hei mi” black rice is lovely), fried noodles, rice, steamed veggies and buns, toast, jam, various Chinese hot dishes, freshly made noodles, ….you get the idea. The only regret we had: they have a coffee machine - for instant coffee…. Lots of lovely teas, but only instant coffee, alas. You can’t beat their price, either: RMB 304 for a twin bedroom including two breakfasts and two vouchers for afternoon tea.

Because we booked a special tatami room in advance, he was afraid that we southerners would not be used to it, so he upgraded our room type. Although tickets to Changbaishan were sold out they we’re able to secure some in arrangements to great experience going above and beyond  The hot springs were absolutely amazing—so relaxing and rejuvenating. We also indulged in the massages, which were top-notch and truly relaxing. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options that catered to every taste. Overall, the service, amenities, and atmosphere made this an unforgettable experience. We’re already looking forward to our next visit! We stayed for four nights and had dinner here every night. The dishes we ordered were different every night, and the taste was great! Chef Qin is very nice. He gave us some extra free dishes every night, from Changbai Mountain wild vegetables to peanuts for drinking, and he gave them away at hand! I have stayed in many five-star hotels, and so far Erdaobaihe is the one I am most satisfied with in Zhihe!

The parent-child room is very large and has a large balcony. The guest room building is in the shape of a Chinese character ”回”. The parent-child room we stayed in faces the garden in the building. The hotel is located in the center of the town. There is a free hot spring club on the roof. It is very convenient for going out, shopping and eating. It takes two steps to reach the riverside park. There are Meirensong Park and Wetland Park two or three kilometers away. It is very pleasant to walk along the river and park in Erdaobaihe Town in the morning and evening. The air is fresh and the scenery is beautiful. The price is a bit expensive.

There are couple of things that I love about this hotel and some things that they can be improve. 1. Hotel is nice, bed is comfy as expected 2 . Very near to the mall, where there are tons of delicious food/ restaurants there 3. There is subway just beside the hotel which is very convenient if you choose to take subway 4. Breakfast is varies from Chinese to western which is great. I usually have omelette, toasted bread, coffee and juices. We had issue with the air purifier, and asked for someone to fix it then seems it couldn’t be fixed, then they keep coming back coz after 5 mins of use it’s broken again. We asked to change to another one, at first they keep saying that no way that it’s broken, but it is broken. Finally they changed, but they wasted our time, we wanted to sleep early instead having them in the room with us. This kind service should be improved. They should just take it away and fixed it somewhere else and not to disturb guests.

She knows what customers like and can make your stay money worth. the hotel and rooms are very clean big and all staff are so kind and helpful first time I got the feeling of a hotel stay in Changchun. I like to praise the management for the awesome job but just one thing I didn’t like is the restaurant staff is very immature running and tickling each other looks a little unprofessional in a high establishment there. As always, this hotel offers a great escape from the city; with fab gardens, excellent food, and an endless array of activities to keep everyone happy. Beautifully appointed rooms with enormous beds and marbled bathrooms and lush toiletries. The staff here are so courteous and helpful-impeccable service. Throughout the entire facility you are greeted and guided around. A special mention goes to young Fairy for all her efforts; from check in through to check out. Our every wish was accommodated, even when I requested for a birthday cake (to surprise my friend) Fairy organised it and it was freshly prepared and delivered to the lounge, accompanied with fresh fruit! Wow! Thank you Fairy for all your hard work! This is my All time favourite now. Thank you all for looking after us so well!
