Hotéis com Wifi em Zagreb County, Croatia

O hotel é cercado por escritórios. Não é muito conveniente para pontos turísticos nem para restaurantes. Reservamos um quarto para duas pessoas, mas o hotel só oferece um conjunto de comodidades. Chegamos mais cedo do que o horário de check-in e a recepcionista pareceu um pouco irritada, talvez seja o estilo de expressão deles.

The hostel is very clean and conveniently located, yes!  Would I return there? Not sure. This is due to lack of amenities that I have never seen missing from other hostels: - 1 bathroom per floor, the bathroom is shared between 3 rooms of 4; 12 people at 1 bathroom is a bad idea. - sockets, sockets, sockets. The beds does not have a socket, there are 2 of them randomly located in the room but other hostels I have been in had bed and own socket which should be standard. - no curtains for the beds, no privacy - no light in the bed, like a small lamp that everyone can use if others are sleeping. Clean hostel but the lack of these amenities is disappointing.

I have stayed twice now and a little disappointed that the last visit I was in the older area of the hotel. Room was smaller and could go with an update. Was in a great location.

Cosy, boutique -style hotel decorated with whimsical touches. Friendly staff, free and fast Wi-Fi, good water pressure and a small basement gym. Limited, though adequate breakfast buffet selection. My room's mattress showed its age as it was sagging to one side. Staff were prompt in retrieving lost property and posting to my next destination. As Zagreb is a compact city, the hotel is within easy walking distance to all major attractions, with convenience stores at the doorstep and the central train station 2 blocks away.

Amazing hotel and 10/10 service. The room service was excellent and they allowed us a late check out until 2pm

The hotel is located in a quiet little neighborhood next to the major bus station. The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, they even gave me an extra sleeping pillow upon request. The room was livable, shower was tiny, and the view looked out into a cute backyard. The breakfast options were phenomenal and often went back for a second portion.

Goede ligging, correcte prijs,propere ruime kamer. Enkel savonds in de buurt niet veel te beleven,wat ook rustig is natuurlijk.

Hotel is located conveniently, especially if traveling by car. When I arrived, while taking a shower I realized that the bath drain was clogged and had to clean it myself (as I was already soaking wet). Obviously, clearing out other people's hairs wasn't my idea of a well maintained bath in a 4-star hotel so I complained at the reception. They apologised, but it was all a bit too late. In general, the shower could use some TLC as the toiletry shelf inside the shower was not clean as well (had some mold on it). Other then that, the room was adequate, and the location of the hotel allows for a good sleep, even with windows open as it is far enough from busy streets. Breakfast was mediocre - croissants were semi-baked, almost raw inside and definitely just baked to finish from frozen (not freshly made in hotel bakery). The selection of food was meh, but it wasn't horrible.

Recentemente, fiquei hospedado no Sheraton em Zagreb e achei a experiência bastante mediana. Embora a equipe tenha sido simpática, as acomodações foram decepcionantes, especialmente para um hotel 5 estrelas — o hotel tinha mais a aparência de um 3 estrelas. A falta de janelas deixava os quartos abafados e o carpete estava visivelmente sujo. O banheiro era pequeno, a TV era antiga e pequena, e nem todos os canais funcionavam. Os quartos, no geral, pareciam velhos e precisando de reforma, o que contrastava fortemente com a recepção lindamente reformada no andar de baixo. O lobby moderno e iluminado contrastava com os corredores escuros e antiquados e os quartos antigos, deixando muito a desejar. Eu esperava algo melhor, dada a reputação da marca. Embora o serviço tenha sido bom, as acomodações em geral não corresponderam à classificação ou às expectativas.
