Este hotel está a um curto passeio (cerca de 10 minutos ou um paragem de tram) longe Da estação ferroviária.O hotel TEM um aspecto algo datado, um estético estreito e brutalista.O interior é um pouco mais moderno, com uma vibe de 90. Nada está partido e o trabalho está feito.Francamente, encontrei a localização para o preço e o desempenho de um hotel reservado no dia Da minha estadia.Em geral, tive UMA boa estadia.As quartos também são grandes!

Excelente localização e adorei o buffet de café da manhã. O hotel também tem um café muito agradável. Dá para ir a pé até a cidade velha, o castelo e o rio. Muitas opções veganas também. Os funcionários foram extremamente simpáticos, assim como o motorista que me buscou no aeroporto, providenciado pelo hotel, que foi muito atencioso e nos deu ótimas dicas sobre o que fazer e ver em Cracóvia.

Excelente serviço e estadia confortável Tive uma estadia maravilhosa. Os recepcionistas foram incrivelmente simpáticos e prestativos, fazendo-me sentir bem-vindo desde o momento da minha chegada. Gostei muito de poder fazer o check-in antecipadamente, o que tornou minha viagem muito mais conveniente. O quarto era confortável e bem conservado, embora a vista da minha janela não fosse das melhores. Além disso, a localização era um pouco mais distante da cidade do que eu esperava, mas ainda assim era administrável. No geral, fiquei muito satisfeito com a minha estadia e definitivamente recomendo este hotel, especialmente pelo excelente atendimento ao cliente!

Brilhante desde a recepção até a despedida! Equipe adorável que se esforçou ao máximo para nos receber e ajudar no que fosse preciso. Inglês impecável; britânicos são péssimos em outros idiomas, na minha experiência. Nada para se orgulhar 😌 O quarto era incrível. Um hotel muito novo, então tudo estava impecável. Provavelmente o lugar mais elegante em que já me hospedei. Silencioso - imagino que era bem à prova de som; não ouvi ninguém - parecia que tínhamos o andar só para nós. A recepção e o bar/café eram acolhedores, servindo lanches e um ótimo café. Não utilizei o restaurante, mas a área parecia muito boa, no piso -1. Produtos de higiene pessoal de ótima qualidade. Toalhas e roupas de cama luxuosas. Máquina de café Nespresso. Frigobar. Filtro de água/chaleira. Realmente não tenho nada a reclamar. Eu experimentaria outro hotel da rede Tribe e espero que seja do mesmo padrão.

1891 Hotel Garni had everything we required for our trip to Krakow. On the doorstep of all that the Jewish Quarter (Kazimierze) has to offer and a 10-15 minute walk to the Old Town. Lovely modern and fresh hotel. Rooms are of a good size and standard. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was plentiful, although very busy each morning. We had a lovely lunch in the restaurant which was excellent value.

The location was the best, right next to main station, big shopping mall, and tram stops. The room was modern ( it is either very well maintained or recently renovated ). The breakfast was great. It even provide juicer machine where you can make fresh juice by yourself (choices are: apple, carrot, beetroot). Something that I rarely see even in five stars hotel. The most amazing is the hospitality of the staff. We received welcome wawel chocolate during check in and polish pretzel during check out. Special thanks to the receptionist, Ola for passionately explaining the major tourist attractions in the city ( seriously, you have the talent to become a tour leader ;-) ). Also not to forget special thanks to Anita for recommending local polish restaurant and offered welcome chocolate. Both are amazing staff and I can feel their sincerity when serving guest, so make sure you treat them well Mercure, they are your assets :)

Our stay in Krakow was perfect especially the hotel we stayed in was nice and comfortable. We would love to come here again should we go to Krakow in the coming years.

I booked a room for my mother. Thank you for allowing her to check in a bit earlier – it was very helpful and much appreciated, as she didn’t have to wait in the lobby. Overall, everything was good. However, there was one issue: there was an empty white bottle left in the room (it looked like a used vodka bottle), and there was no drinking water provided, even though the photos showed two green bottles of mineral water included in the room

I wish I'd read more reviews on other platforms as what I experienced was common and longstanding. It looked good on paper and was affordable. The first room 107 was at the back with a blocked view and air con that didn't work. After 5 hours a/c at 18 but still at 27 in the room I felt like I was suffocating and got moved (3am). Second room 403 great view but curtains cream. Lit up all night. Then light with dawn. And trams outside along with church bells mean you have to be a great sleeper (I had an eye mask and earplugs but to no avail). All rooms have 2 single beds together and 2 single duvets which I personallydont like. It's definitely not 4*. The location was decent but a schlepp to the old town. Good tram connections.

The hotel is about 25 minutes away from the center, however it is close to both a train and a tram stop. Breakfast was fair, and the receptionists were nice. My room was clean. It was a nice stay.
